In exchange for a solo embassy to the Noghri homeworld, Leia allows Khabarakh to leave to meet in one month's time over the Forest Moon of Endor.Chapter 7Leia and Chewbacca arrive in the Endor system a day before their appointed meeting with the Noghri Khabarakh. As the Falcon orbits the Forest Moon, Leia blacks out. After she comes to, it takes little to surmise that Leia had felt an echo in the Force from the moment of the Emperor's death.On the hostile jungle-world of New Cov, Lando and Han arrive at the armoured city of Ilic. Upon clearing customs, Han spies Bothan Tav Breil'lya, identifying him by his neckpiece as one of Fay'lya's aides. Han hurriedly sends Lando to meet Luke below while he tails Breil'lya to the warehouse district, only to be ambushed by a short, greying woman — just as sirens start to blare.At the tap-cafe Mishra, Lando meets Luke as he is called upon to dispense a Jedi's wisdom on a heated dispute between a Barabel and a Rodian: the Barabel was not told that he would be paid for a job in Imperial Credits. As Luke enhances his senses to read the Rodian for any signs of deception, he catches a whiff of Carababba tabac and Armudu spice: Niles Ferrier is here. While initially obstinate, the crowd's support for Luke as a Jedi compels Ferrier's aid to facilitate an unofficial exchange of Imperial and New Republic monies.With the situation deescalated, Luke's reflects on this previously-unconsidered responsibility of a Jedi. The crowd seems unperturbed by the blare of sirens, with one of the crowd informing them that it signals an Imperial raid. Forlæggeren bliver nervøs. Han genkender forbrydelserne fra Rodians udkast og frygter, at den excentriske forfatter på denne måde ville overbevise ham, om at det kan lade sig gøre. We didn't watch the whole video - - just the very beginning when Kitra meets Ouanni - - and because we trusted them completely, we knew from the very first moment that Kitra was wide-eyed at meeting a Rodian face-to-face, we knew we were in for an amazing experience. What an episode, for me this was an 8 out of 10 because it showed the progression of where boba has been this whole time and made you want to enter the healing chamber because it gave us flashbacks. So, before we beigin, for newcomers this takes place right after Mando season 2. IF you haven't seen the post credits scene from Mando season 2 finale, go do that and things will make more sense. The flashbacks take place during Return of the Jedi, which came out in 1983, this was the one where luke fights Vader and gets shocked by the emperor. As we open we see boba in a healing chamber on a batch. He gets flashbacks first of Kamino and slave 1 I believe from episode 2 before he fought obi-wan, then to when he was a little boy holding the head of his father in the genosian arena after the Jedi fought the separatists with the help of the clones in their phase 1 armor. Then, finally, we see a flashback of what happened to boba after he fell into the sarlaac pit in return of the Jedi. He was being digested, when he wakes up and sees where he is. The thing with sarlaacs is they digest their prey over 1000 years, so while the person may be dead, the armor takes longer to digest, as the stomach acid eats away at it. That's why when he looks around he sees the corpse of stormtrooper, dead for probably a long time, partially digested armor as we can see with the acid burns. Now Boba's armor won't be as digested as easily because he's wearing beskar iron, which is harder to melt than plastoid which is what stormtrooper arbor is made of. As he takes the oxygen cord from the lifeless trooper, who had unluckily fallen into the sarlacc god knows when, he uses it to breathe as there isn't any oxygen left in his own suit. Punching through he blasts the sarlaaccs innards with his flamethrower and gets out on his own terms. Now in legends, Dengar, another bounty hunter which we see in episode 5, saves Boba. However now they've rewritten it in canon that he makes it out on his own. And you know what, I'm good with this, I think it just makes Boba more badass. As he's left there until nightfall, the Jawas come to strip him of his suit, when he wakes up and they knock him out with the butt of their blaster rifle. I thought this was hilarious, that such funny little creatures take out Boba, and it would only happen in this state that he's in. This lines up with Cobb Vanth's story in the mandalorian season 2 with how he got the suit from the Jawas in the sand crawler. So now backstories are being visually explained. Boba is left for dead on the sands of Tatooine, only to be rescued by the sand people, the tusken raiders tie him up, awaken him with their equivalent of smelling salts or ammonia, and make him walk back to camp. We've seen this type of thing where they tie a prisoner by the hands and pull them while on horseback, only now it's Tuskens on Banthas. Very Wild West vibes, very barbaric and you'd expect nothing less from the Tuskens. As he gets beat up by youngling tuskens, Boba wakes up again and is tied by the fireplace when he tries to work with the Rodian tied up next to him, who gives him away. and needs to make a break for it, he does so by pretending to break his ropes as the Mastiff sits watch. This was the dog equivalent to the Tuskens. Very rabid beats of Tatooine, however they were trained to be loyal to the Tuskens. Boba uses his smarts to lure the beast and knocks it out, using it's fangs to cut his rope. This is all key stuff, Boba is very intelligent, he's not just a good killer. As he's chased into the desert, he has a fight with the kylo ren knights of red looking tusken who is ordered by the leader to fight Boba. Boba is tired and out played, losing. This episode was awesome. I give it an 8/10 for explaining how he got out of the pit as well as what he's going through now, coupled with flashbacks. Learn more about your ad choices. This was a long episode. Oh, of the podcast? Sure, but wow this one would have had to have been cut down in the days of broadcast television watching. In these streaming days, well, no such trouble. How do the helmets of the Children of the Watch relate to the numbers given to officers under the amnesty of the New Republic? Well, we don't want to talk faces and names because then we have individualism and these groups are more into the "collective" style. What's with the yellow travel biscuits? Is there some old magic in that living water because it sure does look shimmery and glimmery when it hits the forging vats. Rodian and Mon Cala sightings? Check. Darksaber ignition? Well, no, but it is on the belt. Space battles? Yep! Leaps of faith? You betcha. Mindflaying? Nah, bruv...this here is a 602 Mitigator. I can see how you'd make that mistake, though. Is that U-mah-tay or U-mait? Ah, well, it has to be Benduday somewhere, am I right? Maybe I should check to make sure the rotations are the same on this here star chart to secret coverts of the galaxy... TDP 1056: Binge The Book of Boba Fett  Episode 1    barely escapes from the  that swallowed him and is left for dead by  who steal his Mandalorian armor. He is captured by  and fails to escape their camp. Five years later, Fett and  have taken control of 's criminal empire on . They receive  from local dignitaries and gain the services of two  guards. Fett and Shand visit the Sanctuary, a cantina in Mos Espa run by Garsa Fwip, who also offers a tribute. Outside the cantina, the group is ambushed by assassins, whom they fight off. Shand captures one of the assailants after pursuing them across the rooftops. The guards take an injured Fett to the palace and place him in a  tank for healing. Fett remembers his time with the Tuskens: he and a  prisoner were forced to dig for black melons in the desert until they were attacked by a large sand creature that killed the Rodian. Fett killed the creature, saving a Tusken child and earning the respect of the tribe.

Jabbas palace shot was repurposed: The shot of the hallway 37 seconds into Chapter 1 is a zoomed still frame of Luke's entrance into Jabba's Palace with smoke added and a pan across the frame. Nathan C writes in: “Remember in chapter 9 of Mandalorian when Cobb Vanth (Timothy Olyphant) had drunk that coconut looking thing? I think it's that. I know that Cobb Vanth made it look disgusting whereas Boba Fett drank it like normal water. Boba is also desperate for water.” Baz McAlister pointed out: Out of the top-billed cast of five in that first ep, the youngest  is 47 (Matt Berry). The rest are late 50s/early 60s. And two non-American born POC. Alexandria from California: So in the scene in the street when Boba and Fennec are surrounded by the people with shields, Boba and Fennec are getting pretty heavily beat up until the Gamorrean Guards show up. I kept wondering during the scene why Boba wouldn't use his jet pack to get out of the ring of shields. Do you think there is a reason for this?” DR-MR How did Bib Fortuna and Max Rebo escape the destruction of Jabba's barge? Pablo Hidalgo explains “There's always been a certain amount of time between when first deck gun blast and the final explosion otherwise the good guys wouldn't have escaped either. In the ‘90s EU books there are plenty of survivors, including Max Rebo, Bossk and Bib Fortuna, so it's not a new idea. I figured the second those shutters close on Jabba's lounge and everyone runs away screaming (leaving Leia alone to strangle him), all those folks were running *somewhere*… Whiphids and children first.” Jakob, Anders and David from Sweden: Regarding the theme song. Ludwig Göransson seems to be heavily inspired by this song “The Mattis and Borka song” from the 1984 swedish children's fantasy movie “Ronia, the Robber's Daughter”.  Growing up in Sweden in the 80s he most definitely saw this, but I wonder if he acquired the rights for it, or if he just copied it. Slashfilm wrote an article about this. Chris: Would have been cool if the storm trooper in the Sarlacc pit was a Clone Trooper, half devoured after decades, but still alive. Boba takes the Clone's helmet off to get access to his gear, looks into his eyes and finishes him off as a mercy kill. Some people have complained about Jango's helmet clearly being empty, well, actor Daniel Logan pointed out on twitter that you can actually see the shadow of the decapitated head in the movie flying away from the helmet.  Joseph Scrimshaw from Force Center points out that the three main Tusken Raiders in chapter one are the young boy, the warrior, the leader, two roles Boba Fett has played in his life and critically a role he wants to have in the future. The leader sips the water, which is everything on this planet, it's life and the economy, it's a power for the leader to take or give.  Does The Boba Fett Show Have A Boba Fett Problem?I absolutely love that Boba Fett isn't coming into his new role as crime boss just slaughtering everybody left and right, but I'm kind of perplexed as to why he was portrayed as being so kind-hearted in these post-"Return of the Jedi" flashbacks. Even Mando has to go from ruthless bounty hunter only interested in upgrading his armor to big-hearted adopted daddy to Baby Yoda. That's a significant arc. What is Boba Fett's arc going to be? He goes from guy who doesn't want to fight to ... guy who doesn't want to fight?   The only thing I can see happening that gives Fett any kind of growth at all is a darker path than I expect to see from a Disney+ "Star Wars" show. It feels like the only way the character changes at all is if he gets more ruthless, not more kind. That's the Michael Corleone from "The Godfather" route or Walter White from "Breaking Bad" path. Would Disney go that far? I doubt it, but who knows? He is credited by John Mollo as portraying a ‘plutonian‘ in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope as documented in the 1979 book The Art of Star Wars.
