I was trying to enroll one of my mentees into this Personal Development Program called the Landmark Forum, and I realized how frustrated I was getting when he told me he dropped out of the program. My blood was boiling. I can't believe how angry I was that he wasn't listening to me. It's interesting when you see so much on yourself in another human being.  Lately, I have been meeting with my therapist, CoachHub coach, and my executive coach that I have been working with for a year and a half now. I'm very grateful that I have so many support systems through work, surrounded myself with great people through the mens' group that I put together.  When I was doing the Tony Robbins Date with Destiny, one of the big realizations I had was that I would like to have more faith and trust in society, systems, and the world. I'm typically a pretty optimistic guy, and some of it was false optimism where I do believe in humanity, but for some reason, I have resistance towards big brother and organizations. I understand people are inherently good, but for some reason, when you get everyone together all of a sudden, the system is bad. It's interesting how the human mind works. We are capable of building such beautiful things, yet we are also capable of such destruction.  These are my top ten lessons that I learned from doing Tony Robbins. I am loved, and there is no amount of external validation that will give me the type of love that self-love does the body good.  Knowing that, I know nothing. One of my survival mechanisms is judgmental guru meaning that I think I know better because I've read so many books and have listened to so many podcasts from the world's most extraordinary people. The more I dive into things, the more I realize how much we don't know. Pattern recognition is essential, and it's great for problem-solving but not great for when a loved one wants to be heard and recognized. Keeping yourself in a peak state is essential- that looks different for everyone. For me, it looks like Crossfit in the morning, with some stretching so that my legs and body are loose. A bit of meditation, getting some air outside, and some social interaction. I also love being able to read and learn something new every week.  How lucky I have to be so blessed with a job that I enjoy. Not everyone has a career where they are excited to come to work every day. I get to work with Talent Development folks, and it's so cool to be able to contribute the way we do.  Tony Robbins is a masterful Story Teller. He's so gifted and talented in leaving you hanging on to every word. I've listened to a lot of speeches. I have read so many biographies, and I'm captivated by charismatic people. The way he understands someone's world and can help them get over things like depression and suicide is such a gift. He was able to help this one lady who was going to take her life right after Date with Destiny, and he flew her into West Palm Beach to meet him and everyone there. That was such a beautiful sight.  I've come a long way. To have this life where I get to make a difference, be present to my beautiful wife, and how much unconditional love we have for each other.  Effective Blaming- We all remember a lot of the negative things that our parents have done "to us," but most of us do not remember all of the beauty that our parents have created for us. I was present to how my dad sacrificed a lot for us to live a life in America. The pressures of being a parent are not easy, especially when you have three kids. He lost a bit of himself taking care of us. I can genuinely acknowledge him now, and yes, sometimes I have my off days, but I can truly just be with him and not want him to be any different. That's huge for me even to say that.  To focus my energy and time on family and with my wife- I'm so lucky that she's been very patient with me, and I love how we have been spending time cooking together and discovering each other newly. I don't need any more friends. I have enough friends a part of me will always enjoy meeting new people. This new chapter in our lives will revolve around enjoying the present moment and being able to spend quality time with my lovely wife. Yesterday, we watched Doctor Who, and being able to enjoy and give time so that I can even watch TV with her is a blessing. Creating my relationship vision where we get to intentionally design travel and visit all of the countries. Whenever we focus our energies on something. It's way more likely to happen.  My new primary question which is, How can I fully appreciate the peace at this moment? Such a simple reminder of being able to enjoy my life and not rush the process.  I hope you enjoyed my takeaways. Please subscribe for more content.

Hello gorgeous souls! I have a very important episode for you all today. On the Manifestation Babe Podcast, I have the beautiful Jordan Bone, a motivational speaker, author, and life coach. She is a very special SOUL here on this planet. Jordan is such a light and INSPIRATION. She has gone on quite a journey of SELF-LOVE! Jordan shares with us how she learned to love herself and body again, as well as how she manifested her dream life in the process.  Jordan also raises awareness about disabilities for people who are privileged to be able-bodied, and just don't understand. This is a POWERFUL episode and I know you babes are going to absolutely love it!   After a car accident in 2005 at 15 years old, Jordan was left paralyzed from the chest down which changed her reality completely! This then took her into the depths of depression where she could not see a way out. This changed when Jordan discovered guided meditation on YouTube. After the universe guided her into the spiritual community, she began to create positivity videos of her own, which led to makeup videos that eventually led to a viral video called My Beautiful Struggle. This video paved the way for Jordan to write an autobiography of the same title. Jordan’s life came full circle when she attended Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny. It helped her understand her life’s purpose! She then stepped into her role as a life coach and motivational speaker with the mission to help people have the most fulfilled life possible despite any struggle.   This episode is all about GRATITUDE and SELF-LOVE! Our tribe determines so many facets in our lives. Whether it’s our personal, professional, or romantic relationships, who we spend our time with is a huge influence towards how we present ourselves. It’s important that we remember to create relationships with those who are lifting us up, rather than bringing us down - and for many of us, making those decisions can be really challenging.A key value in this process is honesty, not only with the people around us but with ourselves as well. For our own happiness to shine through, it’s our responsibility to act authentically and have the strength to communicate when things get tough. Becoming comfortable with confrontation and honest conversation is not an easy feat, but it’s something we must learn in order to become the best versions of ourselves we can be. In this episode, I discuss how I have learned to shift my circle of friends to best reflect who I am, why it’s so important to actively think about who we surround ourselves with, as well as some personal recollections on how the people in my life reacted when I chose to distance myself. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Alex is so grateful for everything he has in his life. Thank you for taking the time to listen to this podcast. In today's episode, Alex is sharing an exercise he will be doing every morning and every night for the next 90 days.   Key Takeaways: Thank you so much for listening to this podcast! Alex is excited! He's going to see Tony Robbins! Here is an exercise you can do every morning and every night that will have a profound impact on your life. The best investment we can make is in ourselves. Our ultimate goal in life is to find genuine happiness. Be committed to owning the first 15 minutes of your day, and ask yourself: What are you happy for? What makes you excited right now? What are you proud of in your life right now? What are you grateful for? What do you enjoy most about your life? What are you committed to? Who do you love? When you surround yourself with empowering emotions, that's ultimately going to make you happy. To end your day, ask yourself these three questions: What have I been given today? What did I learn today? And how has today added to the quality of my life? Just like the gym, you don't see your results overnight, but little-by-little you see the fruits of your labor over time. Start your day with these seven morning questions and end it with these three night questions and notice how you feel after! Do this for 30 days. So many of you have asked for more details on how the two of us got started, so we are dedicating the next two episodes to our story—and how we built our business from the ground up. We’re gonna share more about our history, how we met, and the hustle it took to get our business rolling. You’ll definitely want to tune in and listen to this episode of Both on Board! Highlights From Our Conversation [1:00] Ray’s Story [7:54] Christy’s Story [12:50] Our ‘Date with Destiny’ trip to Australia [16:25] We started working together in November 2011 [18:26] Season 1 of Christy and Ray: challenges and wins [23:18] Biggest win, biggest pain, and the biggest lesson learned [27:00] Investing in an office and creating separation between work and home [34:00] Using personality tests to start to separate responsibilities [37:30] Getting our financials in order Ray’s roots in life and business I was born and raised in Miami, a true Florida boy. I was recruited to work in GE right out of college and found myself in Connecticut where I saw snow for the first time in my life. Every 6 months of working there I was shuffled into a new role, which constantly kept me on my toes and learning. During this time I saved as much as possible, and also invested in my first real estate deal—where I ended up losing $60,000. Despite this setback, I stuck with real estate and even connected with my first partner in the business. Continue listening as we talk about my move back to Miami and how I earned enough money to retire for two years when I met and started dating Christy. Christy’s story of life and personal development I had what I considered the perfect life for someone in their early 20’s. I was a Psychology major in college and after I graduated I started working as a 4th-grade teacher. I made enough money to support myself and was perfectly happy. When Ray and I met and first started dating, I 100% thought he was living off of family money. When I realized everything he had was earned through hard work and grit, I took notice. He gave me Tony Robbins Personal Power CD’s and he didn’t push me to listen to them, simply encouraged me. I took the initiative and listened, and got hooked—completely opening up my world to the idea of personal development. Personal Development as a catalyst in our relationship Ray and I began attending personal development conferences together and I dove into multi-level marketing while still teaching. For anyone looking to get started as an entrepreneur I highly recommend this as a springboard into the industry. It allows you the opportunity to build something from the ground up while gaining first-hand experience. It’s hard work, but it can be so rewarding on a personal and business level. In 2011, Ray and I took a huge leap of faith and traveled to Australia together for 21 days to attend a Tony Robbins ‘Date with Destiny’ seminar. During this time, it dawned on me that I no longer wanted to teach. The entrepreneurial spirit had taken over, and I knew I couldn’t keep splitting my life between teaching and building a business. People thought we were crazy. But this is where we truly started living life on our own terms. Keep listening as we talk about how we could afford 3 weeks in Australia and how it catapulted change in our lives. Building a business where you are both on board There are moments in your life where you have a realization, one where there is no turning back to the way things were before. Experiences that are life-altering. In 2011, I moved into Ray’s apartment where we began building and working on our business for the next two years. There were times where we wouldn’t see our cars for weeks straight and spent the majority of our time in front of our computers. We would send out offers on hundreds of bank-owned properties, and would maybe get an offer accepted on one. Everything changed when we made almost $40,000 on a deal that we had invested in. We realized that we didn’t have to settle for small paychecks anymore. We also realized it was time to invest in an office space and building some separation between personal life and work life. We paid more rent for this office space then we did for our apartment. But it was the best investment we could’ve made because it forced us to play a bigger game and hustle on a higher level. Listen to the rest of the episode as we talk about our heart behind our work and how we learned what was or wasn’t working--and how to fix it. BioCharger: Harnessing The Healing Power Of The Cosmos #195

Recorded live at Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny, this conversation with Jim Girard and Jim Law shows us that what was ignored in the past very well may be the key to our future. These Jims are two of the geniuses behind Advanced Biotechnologies’ BioCharger NG, the most effective, easy-to-use, touch-free, and safe revitalization platform available. Jim Girard began experimenting on the works of Tesla, Lakhovsky, and Rife back in 1988. He received two patents and, in 1993, developed an early version of the BioCharger. Then, in 2013, he teamed up with Jim Law and Colin Bester to form Advanced Biotechnologies, LLC, where they are taking the torch of our predecessors and continuing to investigate, experiment, and build on over 100 years of proven, groundbreaking research. From extreme biohackers like me to the people who attend Tony Robbins’ events to professional athletes, so many of us are just looking to improve our bodies, our minds, and our spiritual lives – and that’s exactly what the BioCharger NG offers. Going back a little, Nikola Tesla’s secret sauce was creating technologies that mimic and harness the powerful elements of nature. For example, cosmic energies create a naturally existing spectrum of frequencies and harmonics, ranging from AM/FM frequencies all the way up to visible light and beyond. The Tesla Coil generates these frequencies and harmonics, but it’s limited because it can only generate segments of that spectrum; hundreds of thousands compared to quadrillions. Now the Advanced Biotechnologies team has taken this idea and iterated upon it, creating a way to vary those harmonics and frequencies. So why does this matter? Because each cell essentially has an antennae, but different cells only pick up specific frequencies. So by generating as many harmonics and frequencies as possible, the BioCharger NG is able to stimulate each and every cell simultaneously. Absorbing these dynamic and varied frequencies is a natural and essential part of life – it helps our cells function optimally and replicate correctly – but our modern lifestyles shield us from many of them. Because, in a lot of ways, the way our technology developed is the opposite of what Tesla was creating; it’s isolating us from the life-giving the elements of nature, instead of leveraging them. But everything old is new again – and this device brings us one step closer to seeing Nikola Tesla’s work fully realized. BioCharger NG is a tremendous feat of engineering and a crazy cool device, and I can’t wait to share this innovation with all of you.   Topics Discussed In This Episode: Training under a student of Tesla What’s old is new again: How Jim learned how to build these mind boggling machines, using technology that dates back to the late 1800s The key elements of Tesla’s technology that BioCharger uses today How noble gasses create the wild look of the BioCharger – and how stimulating those gases with a Tesla Coil literally creates the light that we live for The difference between BioCharger and other technologies that only use part of the light and frequency spectrum (such as red light therapy) People think of nutrition and fitness as the keys to health – but underlying that is voltage How we’ve created a society riddled with chronic disease & how we can treat it The before-and-after testing that they’ve done to verify the effects BioCharger has on the human body How different BioCharger “recipes” can be used to treat specific problems or create certain results in the human body (from treating chronic disease to opening up your third eye) Using the BioCharger to enhance meditation Jim Girard’s perspective on EMFs: maybe it’s not the end of the world? There are a lot of good goal-setting frameworks out there, but they’re also easy to get tired of. I found myself in that boat and was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked this one. I first met Kimberli at Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny Seminar over 2 years ago. She was a light then and is shining even brighter now. I’m so honored that she talks about the amazing work she is doing to help bring light to so many others. She has transformed her own experience with trauma into her fire fuel to serve and help other victims and survivors of child sex trafficking. Kimberli Kocherhans is a mother and grandmother. They are her “why”. She is an advocate, speaker, artist, and writer. Kimberli volunteers with Operation Underground Railroad, American Foundation For Suicide Prevention and is a member of UTIP (Utah Trafficking In Persons Task Force) as a co-chair on a sub-committee of Survivor Leaders. She also sits on a committee to create an extensive Trauma Center to meet the needs of those struggling with profound effects of trauma, sex trafficking and Satanic ritual abuse. Kimberli calls herself a wounded healer and is a devoted Christian, artist, triathlete and avid learner. As a result of enduring satanic ritual abuse and child sex trafficking for the first 20 years of her life, Kimberli knows her way around the darkness. As she has fought to stay alive and heal, she has discovered the truth; that there is a light within us all that cannot go out and cannot be extinguished by circumstance or the actions of others. It is her calling to help others discover and reclaim that truth. It is a divine “Spark” within us all, undisputed, untarnished.  In reclaiming this power, we step out of the darkness of whatever holds us captive, whether it be sex trafficking, sexual abuse, addiction, mental illness or any sort of bondage. When we remember who we are, children of a living God, that Divine in us ignites into a glorious light, we emerge in grace and power and are truly set free. Kim and I have been working and playing together for 14 years (very long years, she says), and we’ve come up with a few strategies that have helped us not kill each other in the process. At the end of every week, we’ll be sitting down for a short Fri-Date, where we’ll share our tips and tricks with all of you.   Today’s topic: What lights you up, lights me up. Kim and I attended one of Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny events, and he taught us a few things that we’ve been practicing ever since. To start, you have to understand that there are three levels of relationships: It’s all about me and my needs. You take care of your needs, I’ll take care of my needs, and then maybe we’ll meet up. What lights you up, lights me up. In the third, highest level of relationships, your partner’s needs are your needs – and it’s a totally different way of looking at things. This practice is rooted in The Law of Reciprocity: the idea that when you do something for someone else, they will be more inclined to do something for you. On the flip side of this, it’s also important to address anything that might be dimming your light. Even if it’s just a bad attitude after a long day of work, talking about these issues early and directly will prevent any more significant problems from bubbling up. And when you’re busy working hard and playing hard, especially if you have children, you will have to be more intentional about actively scheduling time for those conversations (maybe every Friday on your podcast?).   Resources: I’d love your feedback on the show, and to show my thanks I’m raffling away a ticket to Lewis Howes’ next event, every week. http://getpodcast.reviews/id/1310820683 (Click here to review the podcast and leave a 5-star Review.)

In this podcast, I share with you my Tony Robbins Date with Destiny experience & review. I was lucky enough to attend this event in the Gold Coast of Australia with my girlfriend, Tatiana. It was a goal that I set for myself earlier this year and I'm happy that I was able to achieve it. As many of you know who follow me, I'm a big believer in Tony Robbins. He has changed my life in so many ways, and I am eternally grateful. I think that everyone should have the opportunity to experience his work and his mission. I continue to attend his seminars, again and again, because every time that I go, my life improves. More importantly, I do it because I am committed to mastery. I don't just want to learn new information. I want to actually apply it in my life. I know that repetition is the mother of mastery; the more I do something, the more that I grow. Date with Destiny is Tony's highest level of training. It helps you to understand and shift the driving force of what controls every decision that you make in your life. You solve and fix what creates your problems in the first place. Once you can make those internal shifts, you will feel pulled towards your ultimate destiny. I hope my Tony Robbins Date with Destiny experience & review inspires you to attend one of his events. What I learned this weekend while playing both Mom and Dad. On today's episode Russell talks about the difference between masculine and feminine energy. He shares what he learned from Tony Robbins about what causes all relationships to fail. Here are some interesting things in this episode: What the difference between masculine and feminine energies are. How a woman can cause a man to lose his masculinity, which cause the deterioration of the relationship. And what Russell is doing to combat his constant need to produce instead of just being present with his family. So listen below to find out how learning about masculine energy versus feminine energy helped save Russell's marriage. ---Transcript--- Hey everybody, good morning. This is Russell once again, you probably know that at this point. But welcome to Marketing In Your Car, I hope it's been good. It is officially spring break here in Boise, which means the weather is nice, the kids are out of school, we're wearing shorts. The last time the kids were out of school we had our two weeks of snow days, like two months ago. So it's nice to be on the other side. It's been so fun, we had a chance to go swimming with them, and playing and movies. What I want to talk to you guys about is my struggle. I'm curious, my guess is if you're an entrepreneur, you might have this struggle as well. It's really hard to just be. I don't know if that makes sense or not. Just to be present in one spot and I'm thinking a lot about this over the last day or two. My wife was at the Tony Robbins event last week, so I was, we had four days of Inner Circle, she left during the fourth day. After that, we have a helper who helps Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday was all me and the kids, and I loved it. But it's hard. I mean it's hard work, yes. It makes you love and respect and appreciate your wife a million times more, when you get to be the mom and the dad. But more so than that, I think it's just different. Because I work really, really, really hard, probably too much. If you ask any of my people in my world, but I love it. I think it's, there's two types of work. There's directional and then there's circular….I don't know if that makes sense. I've been kind of geeking out a lot lately on masculine and feminine energy and things like that as well. In fact, if you go to Tony Robbins Date with Destiny, he has a whole day on relationships, it's fascinating. Basically, it's funny, no matter what problems you're having in your relationship, if you go to regular counseling they try to fix the symptom of it. They're like, “you need to talk better.” Or whatever those things are right? That's what they're touching on. The foundational breakdown of every relationship is actually the loss of the polarity between masculine and feminine. So Tony's whole thing is don't fix the symptom, come back to the issue. What happens is men start becoming women and women start becoming men. As soon as the polarity for masculine and feminine dies, the whole relationship falls apart. It's really fascinating. That's why in every relationship that's successful there's a masculine and a feminine. Sometimes it's the females' more masculine, sometimes the male is more feminine. It's interesting, if you look at it. It's such a not marketing topic, but it still gets me excited. If you look at, I've got friends who the man is more feminine and their wives are more masculine. Almost always there's this thing where the polarity between the two has to match, and that what causes connection. So Tony's whole thing is you fix that, you fix some of the masculine and feminine, because what happens….alright, we're going to go on a longer tangent I think, because I'm getting excited. So what happens in a relationship is you get married and there's a masculine and a feminine, and again, I don't even care. I'm not going to get political or non political, but in all relationships. From… I don't even know the politically correct way to say it. I'm not going to go into that part. We'll leave that there for your imagination. Any relationship, masculine and feminine. Let's say you get married and at first the man's very manly, and the woman is very womanly, and everything goes good. And then what happens, if you look at how masculine energy works, and how feminine energy works, the way that feminine energy causes change is through criticize, so women will criticize them to try to get them to change, it's just kind of a thing that happens. Believe it or not, it just happens to be that. What happens at first, the first year or two, or five, or seven years of marriage, the man has the masculine energy and that doesn't bother him and they're fine, but after a while it breaks down the masculine energy and the sudden as soon as the man stops, the criticism keeps happening and then all the sudden there's a point where all the sudden it breaks men down and then they break from being masculine energy and absorbing those things to hurts their feelings and then all the sudden they switch to feminine energy. And as soon as they do that, that's the deterioration of the relationship. Everything bad happens after that. As soon as the man, the masculine becomes feminine, then women lose their attraction to the man and then the women end up becoming more masculine because they have to step up for the man. All this stuff happens and it all breaks apart. Tony's whole thing is it shows you when a man becomes a man again, boom, instantly the masculine and feminine polarity comes back together and the magnetism happens there and all the other problems fall away. Really fascinating. I learned that at a time when my wife and I were really struggling, and I realized at the time I had become very feminine. I still struggle with that part of my life, to be completely honest. When I'm at work, I'm very masculine and when I'm not sometimes I slip into my feminine, but any of the issues we have, it's weird how I can tie it back to me switching into my feminine. Anyway, it's really weird. Why did I bring up this? Oh yeah, so as I'm thinking about masculine and feminine trying to understand. What is masculine? What is feminine? Really understanding those things, masculine energy is more moving towards something, there's my goal. I need to go hunting and kill and go get that thing. Whereas feminine energy is more circular, if that makes sense. I remember the first time I kind of got this, was with my wife 5 or 6 years ago. I was home with the kids on a long weekend and I was struggling with it all day long. Stressing out and she's like, “What's the matter?” I'm like, “I don't know. We're just sitting here playing games. The same game over and over again. Then we're doing this, there's no point to any of this. We're just here.” And she told me, “That's the point.” When I got that, I was like, huh. I was able to stop trying to get somewhere and sit back, I don't know if this goes against what I talked about earlier. It's more the feminine energy being able to be, and be present and stuff like that. It's fascinating. What's interesting is as I was with my kids this weekend I was noticing my feelings. Why do I feel…..I'm having so much fun, but I feel things. I think what I was feeling, as I was trying to identify it, I'm used to going, here's the thing. Go hunting, kill, get that thing and come back. I'm running, and I'm so comfortable in that zone or that whatever, that I'm able to do that. But then when it's just being, being present and just be with the kids, it's really, really hard. Really hard for me. I don't know if you guys feel that as well. It's just not natural to me. So this weekend was really kind of fun because I was trying to do that. I try to be present and try to be there. And it's this insane mind game with my mind coming back to “No, go produce.” No, I need to be present. This is where I am. The back and forth between that was fascinating in my head. To watch my struggle constantly. So this week it's spring break week. I'm trying to figure out how to get more balance in my life. I don't know about you guys, but I think a lot of us struggle with that. So I've been looking at that. Okay, how do I this week with my kids, how do I do that? How do I be present and also have a producing thing in me that I need to be able to do that thing? So today, for example, I woke up really early at 6 and I had a call with Tara, and I had a bunch of projects. I spent two hours and produced. And when it was done I unchecked, and I looked at my clock. Okay, right now it's 7:30 or whatever. Til 10:30 I'm going to go and just be. There's no point and that's the point. So I went out with the kids and I had a good time. We just hung out. It wasn't stressful because I knew at 10:30 I was going to jump in the car and come and produce. So basically, this is where I'm at now. I'm driving to the office. Well, I'm at the office, in the parking lot waiting. But now I'm going to go produce. I'm trying to make it finite. So it's not producing for forever. I'm going from now until I think 4:00, I have a dentist appointment. So I'm going to produce til 4:00, I have one big project to get done and when it's done, the rest of the night I have to be done. I'm going to go home and me and some of the kids will watch some Lord of the Rings, and we're just going to go and be present. Not produce, which is going to be hard. But I did the same thing yesterday and it was really cool. Except for right before we started watching the movie, I had all this stress and things I was trying to figure out. I was like, I could create this thing while I'm watching a movie with the kids. And then I was just like, no I'm going to be present and I'll worry about it tomorrow. As soon as I was able to turn that off and say okay, I'm not a producer right now, from this point to this point. I'm just going to be and that's the whole point. I can do it. And I did and it was awesome and I had such a good time with them. So anyway, I don't know if this helps you at all, but in my mind it's, at least the last two days have been really cool. I'm excited to test it out this whole week. I hope I can keep rolling with it, because it gave me so much more good times with my kids and my wife. And it wasn't uncomfortable because I was segmenting that. So for me, like I said, I'm going to start chunking my days, this is my time to be a producer and this is my time to be, and be okay with that. And when I'm trying to just be present and be here I'm going to not try to produce. I'm going to forget about production and moving forward and going after a goal. Because the goal is just to be there. Anyway, I hope that helps some of you guys. It's helping me to overcome my entrepreneurial issues.  Anyway, hopefully one of you guys out there heard that and it helps you as well. So with that said, I'm going to go produce. I'm going to go hunt something, kill it, and bring it back home. I'm excited for it. It's going to be exciting. Thanks so much for everything guys and I'll talk to you soon.

Alison is the CEO and co-founder of PAX Programs Incorporated and a mother of three. Alison has produced dozens of programs, books, and videos as well as speaking and counseling. All of this work has helped so many of us to gain a greater understanding of the intricacies of male/female relationships. Her work can help us optimize our understanding of ourselves and the people we love.   Connect with Alison Armstrong: www.understandmen.com In this week’s Episode: [02:00] - Alison talks to us about the different stages adult men and women go through. [03:45] - We hear how the stage a man is in will help determine what he is focused on, what he can provide, and what he can’t provide. Alison describes men in the Page and Knight stage.  Pages being young boys who are developing themselves into heroes. Knights being reluctant to spend energy on things that do not develop them, challenge them, or provide some kind of adventure or conquest. [06:00] - Alison explains the phases of the Prince stage, where a man’s life is now put together enough for him to begin to build. [06:19] - She talks about the differing views men have about how a partner fits into the Prince stage. [07:20] - Alison tells us why men in the Prince stage are often called workaholics, and why that is unfair. [08:10] - We touch on the Tunnel stage of a man’s life, often called the mid-life crisis. Why men begin to question the value of the work that they have done up to that point. [08:47] - Alison gives a warning to women: if you don’t support a man during his time in the tunnel you may stop being the women in his life. [09:13] - Men in the tunnel phase may lose interest in things, and they become less willing to engage in things they are not interested in.  Alison talks about why women try to manipulate men most of the time and how showing respect is a better option for both men and women. [11:46] - Alison tells us why the stages that women go through are more complicated and less direct than men’s stages. [13:16] - Alison stresses the importance of women noticing where they go, within themselves, to make big decisions, that will change during different stages, and be difficult or impossible to do during a women’s time in the tunnel. [14:40] - Alison explains that women can be affected by the masculine stages of development and that they actually have access to all the aspects of their femininity from the very beginning. [16:12] - Alison says “All of our femininity is available to us all of the time, but the parts that are not hormonally supported, we have to consciously choose to nurture that.” [16:38] - We talk about the Temptress, Mother, and Queen stages.  Alison explains why there is not a Princess stage. [17:31] - Alison talks about how men and women go through the different stages differently.   [18:48] - Sleep nurtures all stages of femininity.  When women are not well rested they tend to function through their masculine tendencies. [22:47] - When talking about the feminine; we call the Temptress the physical, the Mother the emotional, and the Queen the spiritual. [23:41] - Alison talks about the happiness of a women having a profound effect on the happiness of those around her and how withholding her happiness can be a way that women manipulate those around them. [24:07] -  Alison discusses the differences between the human animal and the human spirit, and the implications of those differences on human behavior. [28:13] - We talk about dating as a sorting process. [31:19] - Alison tells us why self-confidence and authenticity are the two traits men find most attractive in women. [33:47] - We chat about the value of making a commitment to leave someone better than when you found them.  Taking the Hippocratic Oath to at the very least, do no harm. [34:15] - Alison talks about strategies for understanding the ‘code’ that the opposite sex speaks in. [37:50] - Alison explains that the communication between men and women is a mess because we think that we understand each other. [39:17] - Alison goes in depth about the ‘Meadow Report’ and how estrogen shapes the female brain.  The instinctive impulse in women for accuracy and detail. How women’s nature as gatherers has developed into a diffuse awareness, awareness of everything around them. [42:10] - Alison tells us why she NEVER recommends that men ask women “how they are”, she gives excellent examples of what to ask instead. [44:44] - We talk more about the diffuse awareness of women compared to the more focused and intensity of men. [46:15] - Alison expands on the idea of men being goal oriented, almost always having a specific goal, intention, or destination in mind. How they will screen out all of the things that are not relevant to that goal. [47:16] - “Men get frustrated because they’re committed and women get overwhelmed because they are aware of so many things.” [50:12] - Alison explains what a ‘sleep slide’ is and the dangers of getting in the middle of it. Authority Academy Radio with Brett Campbell

http://fb-domination.com/100k-fans Transcription: How you doing? This is Brett Campbell here, creator and founder of the Authority Academy Online Coaching Community, and today, I want to talk about live events. Why I believe live events are important on 2 levels ... Number 1, being the person who is actually going out there and attending different events, and then number 2, the person who is actually running and putting on events where people are actually coming to see you and to learn from what it is that you know. First things first, go back to number 1 here, and is the concept of you actually attending an event. You're booking in an event, whether it's a free event or a ticket event, whether you are flying to another state, another country or whatever the case is ... What I suggest is every single entrepreneur do is at the end of each year is look at the calendar for the following year. Now a lot of events may be only marketed, say, 3 months prior, some even 8 weeks prior, actually to the event. Some of the major ones, they'll already be booked and ready for the next year. I want you to start thinking in the terms of what events are you going to be going to over the next 12 months and why. For example, if you're in a startup phase right now with your business, and you're looking to just generate some more leads or just even get a foundation, you want to go and look for events, teachers, people who are out there teaching you how to actually do just that. Now, of course, you've got the other big events, like the Tony Robbins Date with Destiny, all of those things, which you would call a "flagship" event. Now, I highly recommend that you sit down, and you schedule in at least 4 or 5 events, 4 or 5 events. Now, if you're like anything like me living in Australia, it's a little bit harder to get to the American events. However, we've got airplanes now, and it's quite easy to actually jump on a plane and head over there. Another great thing that I like to do as well is if you're doing an overseas excursion or you're looking to do an overseas event, try and look at events that tie into each other. For example, last year I actually went to an event that, the first event was at the end of March, and the second event was the end of April, so I actually tied in a little bit of a holiday in between there as well. Of course, maybe that won't work for you, whatever the case may be. I just want you to start thinking in the terms of where are you actually scheduling and planning your events? On the flip side of that is what events are you actually running? If you're knowledgeable and you're an expert, and you're an authority in some key area, why are you not putting on events? Now maybe you are. Maybe you're not. My challenge to you is, if you haven't yet put on an event, set a date. Set a date that is comfortable for you, okay but don't just go, "I'll do it in 12 months' time" because you'll just put it to bed, and you won't do anything about it. I want you to think of a day, say 6 months', 5 months' time, pick the date and reverse engineer. Work backwards of what you actually need to have done or set in place in order for that to happen. Okay, don't get scared about, "Oh, I don't know if people will turn up. How do I even get people to my event?" You're never going to get people to your event if you don't have a date set to start with, so you need to start with that first. I hope those couple of tips have helped reinvigorate your mindset because, look, we're all students of life. We're always continually learning, and what can happen at times is we get so stuck into your own business that we forget about that we want to actually be out there as well and going and attending events, learning. Not only that, the great thing about when you're attending events, you actually get to network with people. In the industry this day and age,
