SUMMARY: In this episode of The Ops Experts Club Podcast, the team dives into tools and platforms designed to streamline the coaching industry. With a focus on improving operational efficiency, they explore how virtual coaching and info products evolved, making way for platforms that automate various tasks such as payments, scheduling, and client management. The conversation touches on three coaching platforms—Simply Coach, Delenta, and Paperbell—each tailored for different business sizes and needs. The hosts discuss their experiences implementing these tools for clients like Dr. Dharius Daniels, Daryl Griggs, and 100X. Simply Coach offers a solid starting point for small teams but lacks certain automations that growing companies require. Delenta, by comparison, provides more robust automation features, including self-selecting coaches and billing integration, ideal for companies scaling up. Meanwhile, Paperbell stands out as a beginner-friendly, streamlined platform, particularly suited for solo coaches and small coaching businesses. Listeners will gain insights into the practicalities of setting up a coaching program, automating tasks, and choosing the right platform to maximize efficiency and client engagement. Whether you're a new coach or managing a large team, this episode offers valuable advice on leveraging technology to improve coaching operations. The Butterfly Effect. You may or may not have heard of this, but the butterfly is commonly recognized in the world of bariatrics to represent the transformation people go through as they modify their bodies through significant weight loss. The transformation of a butterfly is sometimes thought of as being symbolic of rebirth and personal growth. Transformation is thought to represent self-discovery and the ability to change and evolve. When people go through significant weight loss following surgery or with the aid of medications, they have the opportunity to experience either modification, or changes in their body, or they can choose transformation, a whole person personal growth opportunity that brings with it improved self-confidence, increased awareness of healthy personal power and a host of life adventures, along with the weight loss. And yet – transformation requires much more effort than modification. Which will you choose? Listen in for more information about the differences between modification and transformation! Thanks for joining me this week for Summer Break here on Win Today. Four weeks. Four of your favorite conversations. And this week, author and pastor Dharius Daniels is here to talk about emotional intelligence, the consequences of living outside your identity, and the misguided pursuit of "your best self." Dharius has been poking a box labeled “You do you. Be true to yourself. Speak your truth. Become your best self.” But as we look at culture that is embracing this message, despair, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation is rampant. We'll unpack the disconnect with Dharius today, along with a discussion about identity and significance. Dharius says, “God will not honor the direction of our lives when we are living outside of our unique identity.” In other words, God will not bless who we pretend to be. That's coming up in today's featured conversation. Being a leader means doing the things that leaders do... and everybody wants to be a leader until that time comes! Great leaders understand that in order to achieve their vision, they MUST learn to discover, develop and deploy others... you don't go as far as your dream; you go as far as your team! Special guest, Dr. Dharius Daniels, Lead Pastor of Change Church, joins us to discuss the significance of leaders being intentional about developing their leadership skills!

This week, Tyler Staton joins us to talk about reviving a culture of prayer in a post-Christian world. Prayer is the source of Jesus's most astonishing miracles and the subject of Jesus's most audacious promises, and yet, most people--even most Bible-believing Christians--find prayer to be boring, obligatory, disappointing, confusing, or, most often, all of the above.
