Keith Glover of AHSG is back for another episode and he has the details of how their organization has implemented the GiANT tools and integrated the content into their organization. After three years of using GiANT, they now have trained everyone with a leadership role within their organization using Altitude Training or Toolkit sessions. They've done this with a mix of live-training and virtual training. Keith mentions that because AHSG knows their people learn in different ways, they have introduced the GiANT leadership training through as many avenues as they can to make sure they meet the needs of the various styles of learning. They've purchased GiANT books like 100X Leader Book,The Peace Index and The Communication Code for their employees. They also facilitate workshops, Core Groups, and one-on-one coaching. They access the GiANT operating system for assessment and on-going learning through the courses, and have even brought in GiANT Founder, Jeremie Kubicek to kick of initiatives each year with keynote presentations. They don't just give the information to their people in hopes that they will adopt it into their culture. They actually live out the tools from the top and integrate it into their every day language, making it a lifestyle there at AHSG.If you'd like to introduce your people to the concepts of GiANT through our various books, you can get copies at Amazon. Most of the challenges that business owners have, including practice owners, relate to people. If we can improve how we communicate, if we can improve how we relate with one another, we're going to improve trust. And when we improve trust, we create engagement, productivity, and a whole heap of good culture. In this episode of The Savvy Dentist Podcast, Dr. Jesse Green chats with Jeremie Kubicek, Co-Founder of GiANT, and a powerful communicator, serial entrepreneur and content builder. Jeremie creates content used by some of the largest companies around the globe found in the books he has authored: The 100X Leader, 5 Voices, 5 Gears, Making Your Leadership Come Alive, The Peace Index, and his brand new book just released in November of 2023, The Communication Code. Jeremie is the Co-Founder of GiANT, a company that certifies coaches and consultants that serve companies and their employees. Jeremie has started over 25 companies while living in Oklahoma City, Moscow, Atlanta and London. [2:45] - Jeremie explains why personality style self-report questionnaires help indicate differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions, and how he cracked the code to create an easier model that is more user friendly, applicable in the workplace, and memorable. [5:42] - 5 Voices is a simple key that unlocks complicated relational dynamics and improves the health and alignment of all your relationships. All five leadership voices come with their own particular sets of strengths, and all have areas for growth. Understanding both sides of the equation is the key to taking your leadership to the next level and is the secret to increasing your ability to influence your team, family, and friends. [10:06] - Why the Sherpa on Mount Everest is the greatest example of a leader [17:21] - Understanding your team's personality characteristics can improve communication so that everyone feels heard, seen and respected … and it will create relational trust. [23:05] - How you can grow in your relational intelligence and increase your influence. Jeremie explains 5 mindsets that carry you through various facets of your day. These include: First gear - when you fully rest and recharge Second gear - when you connect with family or friends without the involvement of work Third gear - when you are socialising Fourth gear - when you are working and multi-tasking Fifth gear - when you are fully focused and 'in the zone, ' working without interruption [30:01] - Healthy communication is essential in any professional or personal relationship. When the lines of communication are frayed or broken, the resulting drama, unnecessary conflict, and inefficiency often lead to 'dropping the ball'. Better communication yields better results. It's a no-brainer―honest conversations build deeper, more productive relationships. It may seem simple in theory, but healthy communication is one of the most challenging things to master in practice. That's why Jeremie wrote his most recent book - The Communication Code: Unlocking Every Relationship, One Conversation at a Time

Episode Highlights, Links and Resources:In the introduction, Steve mentions that loss of integrity and honesty can bring a leader down, and people lose trust. People must know a leader is competent, but integrity and honesty must be in tact as well.Thank you to Victoria from Omaha, Nebraska for this episode's audience question:"My team keeps getting bogged down by tasks that aren't important to our vision. How do I get them to understand the priorities of their tasks?"Jeremie: If you're the leader, you get to set the tone. Jeremie mentioned GiANT CEO, Bronson Taylor who works through a BLITZ system of conducting team meetings. Make sure to share the strategy and then communicate. You must have relational trust for your people to want to follow you.Steve: Whenever there is an issue on a team, you have to be prepared to recognize that you're either looking in the mirror at your leadership or you have abdicated leadership of that team. You are responsible for what the team prioritizes. You have to create ways to lift your head out of the details and look at the big picture.Interview with GiANT Guide, Andrew Robinson:Why do you do what you do, Andrew? In this second episode of The Hack's new mini-series '100X Leader Challenge', your hosts Leon McQuade and Paul Longley dig further into what makes a successful leader, questioning whether your tendency is to protect, liberate, abdicate or dominate. This series focuses on the 100X Leader program, a new Giant Platform offering leadership and life skills. In the last episode, Leon and Paul took on the Peace Index, examining the points which make up their percentage. This episode continues that exploration with the duo contemplating their own leadership styles and areas in which they would like to develop. As we further explore people, processes and technology, this mini-series provides an opportunity for the hosts to take listeners on a journey too, seeking to educate and explore alternative methods for self-improvement. In Episode 2, Leon and Paul discuss elements of their friendship, reflecting on the past and planning for the future - something we should all do with people we care about. They provide a refreshingly honest promotion for men's mental health issues. Conversation centres on the subject of mistakes, and how we pick ourselves up after one. They provide personal anecdotes from their careers and sporting lives. With this new mini-series focused on the 100X Leader platform, rather than a guest appearance, we're able to learn more about our hosts and the way they tick. Inspired by former guests and challenges, the duo's journey allows the listener to develop an understanding of the men behind the microphone and ponder what techniques could help in our own lives. As always The Hack seeks to promote the wonderful work of Andy's Man Club, an organisation both Leon and Paul work with to promote positive mental health in men. In this week's edition of the Peace Production Andrew Bernstein, and Monica Sager speak with Michael Collins, The Americas Executive Director for the Institute for Economics & Peace, on key findings within the Institute's latest Global Peace Index for 2020.
I struggle to maintain optimal mental health, and Last month was a particular dark month for me. Like many of you listening, at times I deal with anxiety, panic attacks, and even agoraphobia, or the fear of going outside. There were two particularly dark weeks in December where I just couldn't break out of the depression, I was in. Rather than roll over and give in, we took some time off to reorient, and look at what we refer to in GiANT as our Peace Index.
