Everybody is dealing with stress today. Let's talk about 5 Common Causes of Stress and share ways we can manage and/or alleviate it.
Lauralla on yli 20 vuoden kokemus neuropsykologin työstä. Is starting your business stressing you out to the point where you find yourself overthinking everything? Are you questioning whether or not your business can actually be successful? The key to decreasing your stress is to detach yourself from comparing your worthiness and qualification to whether or not a client signs up for your services. This is a lesson I learned the hard way when starting my business. In this episode, I'm sharing how becoming less attached to whether a client signs up has created less stress and more people signing up to coach. __________________________________ If you want to build a business, based on the experiences you've had in life and want to know how would you even start, click here: https://katiegrimes.thrivecart.com/3-easy-steps-to-starting-your-business/

Koulujärjestelmää on muuteltu nuorille monella tapaa armottomaksi. Toimittaja on Leena Mattila.
