Are you ready to release stress and lower your heart rate? This meditation will help your body enter a state of relaxation and connection. By chanting So Hum, (which means I AM that ... that referring to all of creation, the One breathing us all), it helps us to deepen into Oneness and preparation for the silence of your soul. Humming stimulates your vagus nerve and releases your fight-or-flight response. When the vagus nerve is stimulated it activates your parasympathetic nervous system. That helps you to calm down, lower your blood pressure and makes your tummy happy. If this podcast supports you spiritually, please consider fueling it with your financial support. Any amount is appreciated. https://angelsofabundanceascensionacademy.com/donate/

Voo Breathing is the practice of releasing tension and stress which has been unconsciously lodged in the human nervous system. Voo Breathing is a stress release exercise developed by Dr. Peter Levine, founder of Somatic Experiencing. Enjoy!
Rupda is an internationally known Somatic Therapist, Personal Development coach, Group Facilitator and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained at Peter Levine's SE Institute. Her diverse background includes collaboration with Tony Robbins in Business Mastery and Leadership, along with studies in Quantum Physics, Family Constellation, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Stress Release techniques. In this episode, Rupda shares a bit of her childhood when she was homeless and taken away by social services. By the time she was seven she began to live in a Tibetan Monastery where the monks did not speak her language. These early experiences shaped the way she felt about her position in the world and how, through living in community she was able to become what she is today. In the conversations, Rupda emphasizes the importance of laughter, resonance, and embracing the unknown as crucial elements in personal and spiritual development. She shares insights on how safety, trust, and a profound presence within oneself can lead to profound transformation, highlighting the role of the body as a truthful guide in this journey. We talk about self-leadership, modern spirituality, and the power of Retreats. Next retreat in Mexico (oct 2024): https://www.rupda.com/deepdive-best-personal-growth-retreat

Sign up to WePause Weekly: https://wepause.space/signupPresentation used on this callWe had a meaningful time in this week's WePause with the wonderful Arezoo! She took the "Let it Flow!" topic to a level I could not imagine. She first dives into the steps we must take for the emotional release technique, including Choosing an activity (e.g., drawing), preparing, setting intention, meditation, letting emotions flow, and journaling... We then started the practice. From a calming meditation session led by Arezoo to expressive drawing (while she played relaxing music), followed by reflective journaling, and finally, sharing our experiences, we were able to express ourselves. I was so surprised about my drawing, as again, another door handle showed up in my drawings, something I always drew as a kid, too. After the drawing exercise, our lovely friends shared how it had impacted them and how much they liked the experience. It was incredible to witness everyone putting fear aside and finding solace in expressing their emotions through art.We are so grateful to Arezoo for leading us through this transformative journey! As someone on the call reminded us, we can't wait to try this again in the future. It would be great if we could set a time monthly to repeat this practice in our own time.Guest Instructor: Dr. Arezoo Momeni Linkedin , Website , Instagram, ShopSupport the show*Disclaimer: The information provided in "The Ally Show" is for general informational purposes only. There's no shortage of self judgments we can make that don't make us feel good, and self sabotage is up there with the best.It provides a talking point for countless therapy sessions, and gives us plenty of ammunition for those moments when we're trying to rationalize our actions. So what is self sabotage and why do we do it? The good news is that, like all things, it has an evolutionary function.Thom explains in more detail in this episode, releasing us from the need to explain ourselves in the process.Episode Highlights:[03:32] Mood Changes[05:03] Breaking Free from the Habit of Constant Mental Activity[07:08] The Endless Quest for Something Better [09:16] Dreams as Stress Release[11:02] Dreams and Realities[12:48] Dreaming Within Dreams[14:29] The Relationship Between Consciousness and Suffering[16:11] It's All Part of a Learning Curve[18:40] The Interplay Between Capability and Suffering[20:41] Pursuing Happiness Amidst Discomfort[22:35] Thoughts and Bodily Functions[24:49] The Deep Inner Workings of the Human Mind[26:28] Enjoyable Crying Episodes[28:58] You're Going to Be So Happy from Your Sadness[30:26] Attaining Satisfactory Sadness[31:54] Embrace Vedic Meditation to Seek Happiness[33:55] The Suffering Experiment[35:27] Don't-do-it Lectures Don't Work[37:17] Feeling Good All the Time[38:51] Letting Go of Suffering[40:24] All That Is[42:25] Breaking the Cycle of Self-Sabotage[44:21] Expose Yourself to a Deeper UnderstandingUseful Linksinfo@thomknoles.comhttps://thomknoles.com/https://www.instagram.com/thethomknoleshttps://www.facebook.com/thethomknoleshttps://www.youtube.com/c/thomknoleshttps://thomknoles.com/ask-thom-anything/

In this series, Yakov offers user friendly techniques for grounding, getting present, and increasing our capacity for meaningful connections and experiences. People often develop patterns of how they experience themselves and the world around them. While these patterns can be helpful, they can also become unknowingly narrow and constricting. Attached is about expanding the range of ways that we engage our lives. Opening our minds, emotions, bodies, and souls to experience the fullness of our multidimensional selves and endlessly varied world. Attached is rooted and focused on Jewish tradition and wisdom along with psychology, philosophy, and relevant wisdom wherever it may be found. Rabbi Yakov Danishefsky LCSW CSAT is the founder of Mind Body Therapy, a private group practice in Chicago. He is a popular speaker and teacher for congregations, organizations, and schools. Special gift from Patricia to Back2Basics Listeners, 15-minute Human Design Chart assessment to discover your true potential so that you are set up to take the next step. Book your session at:https://calendly.com/patricia-lindner/humandesignWho is Patricia in her own words:I help professional women and men achieve FREEDOM CUBED by letting go of anxiety, pain or stress so they can experience peace of mind, balance in their soul and ease in their body. As a multi-passionate Human Archeologist and Soul Alchemist I guide them on a path to MORE fulfillment, MORE alignment, MORE peace of mind and MORE JOY. I'm here to help amazing souls discover their true (healing) potential so that they CAN understand, shift and create the life of their dreams without physical or mental blocks. Why you should listen to me: Many years ago, I still had this stunning leadership position and an incredible career as a teacher and teacher's trainer. I could deal with tough decisions, organize and deliver and literally go to the limits. But I didn't see that I was limitting my own potential. It was not until my body started telling me in a very painful way (mentally and physically) to listen to my heart's and soul's desires that I woke up. I decided to dig deeper and invite possibilities beyond the tried and tested. I asked myself how life can even get better than that even so I didn't know what that looked like. I have been working on my own liberation on a mental, emotional, phyisical and spiritual level for over 13 years. As a result of my personal evolution I dared to start a new and deeply fulfilling chapter in life. My mission is to disrupt patterns of shame, guilt and fear and help extraordinary women expand into their fullness. I am all about inner and outer GROWTH!I absolutely feel the needs and wants of my clients and I am able to see the bigger picture. That's why I invite them into my magical world of getting out of their heads and into their hearts so they can heal themselves when nobody else can.My anti-coaching, unorthodox approach awakens all the senses and works on many levels. IN THIS EPISODE OF THE HUMAN UPGRADE™...…you're listening to a new Upgrade Spotlight episode with Omni-Biotic. You're going to find out how probiotics can do more than keep your gut microbiome in order—specific strains can help you manage your stress and regulate your body's detox system. The beneficial bacteria in your gut support essential processes in the body, such as digestion and absorption, immune function, detoxification, and brain function. But did you know that 80% of the immune system lives in the gut and 95% of serotonin is produced in the gut? That's a lot for the gut to do! Keri Glassman, MS, RD, CDN, joins the show to talk about one of her favorite topics—the gut-brain axis. Keri's a registered dietitian, certified nutritionist, healthy cooking expert and author of four books. She also founded Nutritious Life, a lifestyle and media company and Nutritious Life Studio, an online education platform focused on nutrition, coaching, and business. In this conversation, you'll learn how Omni-Biotic's unique delivery mechanism and multi-species, multi-strain formulations work together to upgrade your gut AND your brain. The gut-brain access goes two ways, Keri explains. “Your brain is affecting your gut. Your gut is affecting your brain—and from everything. That's why it's so incredibly important to maintain that healthy microbiome and to have a healthy balance of good [bacteria].”To target the gut-brain axis, Omni-Biotic developed special formulations called psychobiotics: one for detox, the other for stress. Then they put them to the test in clinical studies.Hetox contains eight beneficial bacterial strains. Clinical studies show improvements in liver function, cardiometabolic markers and inflammation markers related to liver health. Clinical studies show that Stress Release supports digestion and the gut flora during times of stress, reduces intestinal inflammation, increases emotional balance, cognition, and mood. More to Know About Omni-Biotic Probiotics: Omni-Biotic also tests its probiotics in an artificial GI simulator against other top probiotic brands in the U.S. market. It ensures that 83% of its probiotics arrive alive and active in the intestines. In comparison, the probiotic survival rate of other brands averages 7%. The bacterial strains in Omni-Biotic are freeze-dried to make them more shelf-stable and the powder contains specific prebiotic nutrients. These prebiotic nutrients serve as the food source for the probiotic bacteria.
