☕ Life will always have its bumps, but what spills out of you when it does? In Episode 446 of the Dream Big Podcast, host Sophia Karpman dives into What's in Your Cup? How to Stay Kind When Life Shakes You!
What's In Your Cup? #RTTBROS #Nightlight "What's in Your Cup? The Truth Spills Out!"Bible Verse: "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh." — Luke 6:45 (KJV)Imagine this: You're holding a cup of coffee, and someone bumps into you, causing the coffee to spill everywhere. Now, why did you spill the coffee? Most would say, "Because someone bumped me!" But the real reason? You spilled coffee because coffee was in your cup. If it had been tea, you would have spilled tea.The truth is, when life shakes us—through stress, trials, or unexpected challenges—whatever is inside us will come out. We might appear patient, kind, and joyful when everything is going smoothly, but when we are rattled, the reality of our heart condition is exposed. So, what's in your cup? When pressures rise, do you overflow with bitterness, anger, and frustration? Or does your life spill out kindness, gratitude, and faith? The good news is that we get to choose what fills our cup. Just as we intentionally pour coffee or tea into our mugs, we must also be intentional about what we pour into our hearts. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:8 to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, and lovely. When we fill ourselves with God's Word, prayer, gratitude, and love, those things will naturally spill out when life shakes us.Today, take a moment to reflect:Are you filling your heart with faith and positivity?Or are you unknowingly storing up resentment and negativity?Let's commit to filling our cups with joy, forgiveness, resilience, and love—so that when life shakes us, we spill the goodness of Christ everywhere we go!#WhatsInYourCup #FaithOverflow #SpillTheGood #FillUpWithJesusBe sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out.https://linktr.ee/rttbros

Welcome to Connections Church Online! Pastor Rob Byker joins us with a message from Psalm 16, titled “Taking Christ as Your Portion and Your Cup.” Sometimes evangelists sharing Christ on the street will cry out, "Have you taken Christ as your personal Savior?" It's an unsettling question and a blunt approach. And yet, it is also a key question every heart must wrestle with. But there is second question every Christian must ask, "Have I taken Christ as my Portion and my Cup?" That's the question we will explore this morning. David says in Psalm 16:5 "LORD, you alone are my portion and my cup". This means David ranks the LORD as his top joy and his great hope. David's choice inspires his worship, informs his service and secures his heart amid the troubles and threats he faces. Every Christian who takes Christ as their Portion and Cup will experience a similar blessing. Visit our website: https://myconnections.church/

In today's discussion, I want to revisit an earlier episode, Episode #45, titled "What's in Your Cup?" In that episode, I explored the idea that as we journey through our daily lives, we carry within us a multitude of emotions and experiences. Some of what's inside us is fragile or delicate, while others are joyful or satisfying. However, there are moments when the contents of our internal cup spill out, often triggered by life's unexpected challenges. This phenomenon often leads to the typical expression heard in grief: "I don't know why I'm crying." I believe it's important to revisit this timeless concept, especially as we approach spring and upcoming holidays like Mother's Day and Father's Day, which can amplify feelings of grief. Whether you're hearing this analogy for the first time or could use a reminder, join me as we explore "What's in Your Cup" once more and discuss strategies for navigating difficult days ahead and beyond.

G'day Perceptive Readers, This is "Your Cup of Tea Conscience"
Many people look at TARTLE and expect it to be a complicated concept. But really, it's a lot like selling a cup of coffee in a cafe. If someone enters the store and wants to buy your coffee, you have the freedom to decide whether or not you want to give them that. As a business owner, you'll want to maximize your profits whenever and wherever you can. But you also need to be firm about store policy and refuse to serve customers who are not following the rules, like if they enter without wearing a mask. This basic exchange of goods and services has been around forever. And the concept is easy to understand because it's tangible. Now, how is TARTLE applying this to data? It's Your Cup of Coffee The internet is everywhere, even when we're offline. Everything that we do today is being watched, recorded, tracked, and stored somewhere. You are being profiled and monitored for future reference. That's how the world works right now—but we're here to say that it doesn't need to continue like this. All the information that's on you is, obviously, yours. You rightfully own your personal information. They're all the cups of coffee you never got to sell, because someone decided to go ahead and sell them for you. Your phone, desktop, laptop, Fitbit, Smart TV, iPad, smart refrigerator, car, and basically anything that's even remotely related to modern technology—all these gadgets are filling out data packets that you deserve to earn from. Time to Set Up Your Coffee Shop So where does TARTLE come in? TARTLE lets you consolidate all your personal information so that you can directly sell it to buyers around the world. Think of us as your coffee shop. We are the place that allows you to set up your equipment, brew your cups of coffee, and sell them to the customers that come in. Except we don't demand that you pay rent, or give us a cut of your profits. You are free to set up shop and sell your data on our platform, always. Closing Thoughts We've let big tech make money off of us for far too long. As we continue to innovate new technologies, it's becoming more crucial for us to create ethical sources of data. We want to help forge secure, direct, and authentic connections between buyers and sellers. Helping humanity evolve with technologies that are considerate of our growth on this earth. That's what TARTLE is about. What's your cup of coffee worth? TCAST is brought to you by TARTLE. A global personal data marketplace that allows users to sell their personal information anonymously when they want to, while allowing buyers to access clean ready to analyze data sets on digital identities from all across the globe. The show is hosted by Co-Founder and Source Data Pioneer Alexander McCaig and Head of Conscious Marketing Jason Rigby. What's your data worth? #232: How to Heal the “Traumatic Hole” in Your Cup with Lauren Saracione Today we are speaking with a 19-year fitness trainer specializing in Holistic Pain Elimination Expert Lauren Saracione. Lauren is a fitness professional with more than 19 years experience, who specializes in helping people get fit, athletic, and heal from pain. She has a unique understanding of how unresolved trauma stored in the body's electromagnetic field distorts tissue, causing physical pain, and the genetic expression of DNA in dis-ease. Pain Explained, her signature program, helps you get fit, athletic, and heal from pain, mental, emotional & physical. Lauren also has a podcast, Love Is A Verb, where she sheds light on the mental & emotional connection between the body and the Universe as a whole. With the podcast, she hopes to reduce polarity in the unified field of love by including trauma as an integral part of our life experience. In this episode, we discuss: Owning our trauma is the path to healing our self-care cup, and taking radical responsibility for our choices is the path to growth and creating change. Repressed emotions and stories, continues to feed limiting beliefs and keep us stuck in our stories. The inner work is the powerful work that we are all capable of doing. This is what creates the massive change and the ripple effect we want to create. As you look at the New Year and what you want to achieve, consider how volunteering may be exactly what you need to take your personal life and your career to the next level. 5 Ways to Maximize the Benefits of Volunteering Choose the Right Activity. Think about an area in your career or personal life that you would like to expand experience in-whether it is expanding your circle of friends or learning a new skill. Find the Right Organization. Some of the things to consider are the organization's programs, location of events and members. If you are looking to network up and need to find mentors or help selecting a sponsor, make sure the organization has the right mix of people to help you reach your objectives. Schedule Volunteer Time. In our busy world, scheduling the amount of time you can commit to a volunteer role will help you stay on track for completing the role. Stay Engaged. Even if you don’t have time to volunteer in one particular month, staying connected with your committee is important to fostering relationships and ensuring that you have opportunities to volunteer for a role in the future. Keep Filling up Your Cup. One of the hidden benefits of volunteering is the sense of euphoria you feel when you do something for others. It has been called the “helpers high” and has been proven to increase our overall sense of well-being.
