IF anyone doesn't at least have a passing knowledge of Mr. Beast... ya old. Even though the Film School Janitors are "older," let it be known they are familiar with the YouTube star and his money stunts. So it seems inevitable that the BEAST GAMES (a real-life ripoff of SQUID GAMES which also had a real-life version) would come to exist. The Janitors watched it and these are their thoughts!
If we took life as serious as the people who made this movie, I believe the world would be a better place to live. That's all I have to say about this beautiful movie. Join me and a returning guest as we get toxic(in a good way) and we learn the many lessons this hero has to offer like, is love really blind, why are racial slurs so popular in the 80's and who the fuck is fucking with my fucking karma?!?!AND THANK YOU FOR LISTENINGPLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTAGRAM:https://instagram.com/fromdusktilldonpodcast?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y

For Episode 13 of the Guardians of M365 Governance monthly webcast, Joy Apple (@JoyofSharePoint), Ragnar Heil (@ragnarh) and I welcomed our guest, Michal Pisarek (@MichalPisarek), the CEO (and Janitor) of Orchestry Software, to discuss “Governance as a Blueprint for AI Readiness” and how effective governance is essential to harness the full potential of AI technologies. When data sprawl, out-of-date documents, and misaligned permissions persist unchecked, any AI output (such as that from co-pilot) can be compromised or inaccurate. The overarching message is that organizations need to establish clear policies and processes to keep information fresh, secure, and properly categorized, thereby laying the groundwork for successful AI deployment. We discussed a threefold set of challenges: First, content quality must be addressed: outdated files and redundant versions can degrade AI-driven insights. Second, security deserves special attention: loose or unmonitored permissions may inadvertently expose sensitive data to AI tools, particularly when these systems can “discover” documents through sophisticated queries instead of simple keyword matches. Finally, user ownership and adoption are critical, as the people managing projects, sites, or teams must be informed and empowered to enact changes—whether cleaning out shared links, adjusting permissions, or archiving old materials—without requiring deep technical expertise. Automation was offered as the key to handling these responsibilities efficiently. By standardizing the creation of new teams, sites, or agents with built-in governance guardrails, companies ensure that vital security and lifecycle steps are not left to chance. Automated reviews and prompts encourage team owners to make necessary adjustments to content and permissions at regular intervals, alleviating the workload on IT and strengthening overall compliance. Combined with thoughtful cost management—particularly for AI licensing—this integrated governance approach becomes the blueprint that allows organizations to embrace advanced AI solutions with confidence and clarity.
Giovanni Impellizzeri worked as a janitor at an elementary school in Cumberland County, New Jersey in 2023. Police said he posted videos on social media that showed him rubbing bread on his private parts in the school's kitchen and contaminating other food with bleach. Impellizzeri has now admitted to the crime along with possessing child sex abuse materials. It's January 2025, and we're in the final days of the Biden administration. He has had a busy last month or so issuing pardons and commutations. This unfettered power is rightly scrutinized but often misunderstood. The bigger problem is, the whole damn process appears to be broken. And although Pres. Biden has done some good things with his power, it still represents a small fraction of those languishing in prison who deserve action. Margeret Love was the head of the US Pardon office from 1990-97, she had a front row seat to the pardon process, and continues to represent clients seeking pardons. Mark Allenbaugh needs no introduction. His stats help us put many of these decisions into the proper perspective. Both of them join us on the first episode of the new year to lend their unique perspective to this very timely issue! IN THIS EPISODE The Hunter Biden Pardon The 1500 commutations of those who BOP had released to home confinement during Covid; The difference between pardons and clemency; When did things really start to go off the rails in the US Pardon office? (spoiler alert, it was the Clinton years); Is it true that when you accept a pardon it is an admission of guilt? Trumps promise to pardon the January 6th defendants; Can a president pardon himself? Why the pardon essentially makes the president the "DOJ's Janitor"; How the pardon power should be managed going forward; Michael Conahan commutation (the judge embroiled in “cash for kids” scandal); Rita Crundwell (Dixon, IL Comptroller fraud) commutation. LINKS: For more info on the Rita Crundwell Case, there's a great documentary produced by Prof. Kelly Richmond Pope called "All the Queens Horses" currently available on Amazon Prime (https://www.amazon.com/All-Queens-Horses-Gene-Biggerstaff/dp/B07BPNGP85). She also writes about it in her book, "Fool Me Once" https://a.co/d/hQzJFUY I had Dr. Pope on the podcast to talk about this case a while back As for the "Kids for Cash" judge who just had his sentence commuted, here's his wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Conahan Here's our two previous episodes on Hunter Biden. The first talks in detail about the political nature of his prosecution and his original plea bargain falling apart and the next happened live after he pled guilty in California: Ep. 64: Too Cute by Half: Why Hunter's Plea Went South: https://youtu.be/sWEzwKLQCoo?si=rK3qRURAJVQtXXk5 Ep. 92: Livestream Bonus: Hunter Biden Edition: https://www.youtube.com/live/B3VL-cJlXSo?si=r1zAdBS6C2s_STTO(make sure you forward through the first two minutes of tech disaster) And we talk in depth about the concept of "lawfare".

This show has been flagged as Clean by the host. Taken from https://repo.anhonesthost.net/HPR/hpr_documentation/src/branch/main/developer_information.md Developer Information. Hacker Public Radio (HPR) is a long term project run by volunteers. Project Principles There are a few things you need to be aware of before you decide to contribute to HPR. Our prime directive is that "HPR is dedicated to sharing knowledge". Any software development is done with the goal of supporting the distribution of the podcast media, locally so they can be played on as many devices as possible. The priority is to keep the flow of shows coming in and going out, fix any accessibility issue that arise, then work on any other feature requests. Some things we can change without discussion but other things we need to get input from the HPR Community . Changes can take a long time, community approval can take several months, while other changes require a lot of work from volunteers who are focused on other priorities. We allow redistribution by releasing all our content under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) . In the same vein all our code is released under aGPLv3 , or other OSI approved licenses . We do not track statistics to the detriment of our prime directive. We make the entire delivery ecosystem redundant using native Internet standards, and the cooperation of community members. All Data is available by default. Community Members, sponsors, and hosting platforms will change over time. We have a distrust of online platforms, libraries and niche tools (that we do not support ourselves) as they can and have disappeared overnight . We are very conservative in our choice of tech. As a rule of thumb, all software choices tend to be technology that was developed years ago, and is likely to be around for years to come. We make our code as simple to understand as possible as our replacement may not have the skill set we do. That said, we move with the times when there is a clear advantage to do so. We run up to date patched stable software. We have a long tradition of supporting and sharing hacker culture. Any identified vulnerability are fixed with credit if requested. We use RSS as a delivery mechanism, which is by default fault tolerant. Our primary domains HackerPublicRadio.com and HackerPublicRadio.org are registered with different providers, and the DNS is served from different locations. All our code is on GitTea , please clone locally. Our database is updated frequently, please copy locally. Our media is served from our Community Content Delivery Network (CCDN) Bug reports, and patches are welcome from anyone without commitment. If you are contributing new code, or new technology we ask you commit to supporting it for a minimum of two years . This allows the other Janitors time to learn the new tech and support it when you leave. Create an Account If you're happy with all that, then... In order to contribute you need to create an account , but you also need to notify the admins@hpr either via email, mastodon, or matrix that you have created an account. Due to the level of spam accounts we need to approve each one by one. Provide feedback on this episode.

If you're looking for great guests and hilarious conversation, turn to Verbal Shenanigans, we know Waasssup!!! Actor Scott Martin Brooks joins us this week who played Dookie in the iconic Budweiser Wassup commercials. We had an absolute blast speaking with him on the fame from the ads, the fan reaction, his acting projects including working with Bernie Mac, and the full turn around of the commercials. An absolutely fun chat. We also talk about Scott's sweaty travel experience, Mike has some unique language flubs, and Scott finds a writing about a jacked janitor from high school. Have a listen!
Dave shares his story of life as a school janitor—a life filled with ghostly pants, vibrating walls, and a room so creepy it could make a grown man cry. From disembodied legs strolling by to an art room that seems more interested in pottery poltergeists than Picasso, Dave's tale will have you questioning if schools are haunted by more than just teenage angst.
