Dork's flagship podcast-slash-radio show Down With Boring is back this month with a special show recorded direct at this year's Great Escape! Spanning the festival's four days, Jake and Jamie caught up with Dork favourites in pubs, vans and gazebos across a brilliant week on the south coast. There's Shame ahead of their headline set on the Dork stage for our official closing party, Keo mid-takeover as they work their way through stage after stage, Adult DVD's Harry Hanson holding court before the band's festival run, and Julia Cumming digging into her Great Escape memories and the new solo material. It's all there, and plenty more besides.
We just watched the original Sisu from 2022 and our minds are completely blown by this absolute rollercoaster of a film! Basil and Keo are here for a new Flix and Giggles review to break down this masterpiece that essentially drops a ruthless protagonist right into the middle of World War II. We talk about the insane cinematography, the incredible performance by Jorma Tommila as the unstoppable gold miner Aatami Korpi, and the sheer creativity of the incredibly brutal fight scenes. The man simply refuses to die, and the practical effects alongside his pure determination had us cheering at the screen the entire time. This film perfectly sets up a gritty, unforgiving world, and it is easily one of the most wild and satisfying movies we have covered on the channel, leaving us absolutely hyped and counting down the days until we can watch the sequel.
We just finished Humint on Netflix, and while we've talked about the length before, we have to give credit where it's due: this story is awesome. In this Flix and Giggles breakdown, Basil and Keo explore the "really dark" heart of this espionage thriller. We're discussing how the film prioritizes psychological stakes over physical ones, and why the narrative was strong enough to keep us hooked for the full two hours, even if we still think a 90-minute cut would have been lethal. From the interesting world-building to the bleakness of the final act, we're explaining why Humint is a must watch for fans of gritty storytelling.
We just finished Crime 101 on Amazon Prime, and we're walking away with a not bad verdict, which, in 2026, is a high compliment for a streaming thriller! In this Flix and Giggles breakdown, Basil and Keo discuss the incredible ensemble cast, including a restrained Chris Hemsworth as jewel thief Mike Davis and a brilliantly messy Mark Ruffalo as Detective Lou Lubesnick. From Barry Keoghan's pure chaos energy to Halle Berry's magnetic role as the insurance broker caught in the middle, we're explaining why this is the perfect Friday night movie that prioritizes character over digital explosions.
TIME TRAVEL & MOBSTERS? Why Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice Is A Hulu Hidden Gem!We just finished watching the new R-rated genre-mashup Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice on Hulu, and honestly? We had an absolute blast. In this Flix and Giggles review, Basil and Keo dive into this cheesy but good crime comedy starring James Marsden as a guilt-ridden hitman and Vince Vaughn in a dual role as his partner from two different timelines. We're breaking down that wild chaos of the night as they run from Sosa, a terrifying crime boss. Between the Gilmore Girls digressions and the high-octane practical effects, we're explaining why this is the perfect slightly funny Friday night watch you shouldn't skip.
We just watched Joseph Kosinski's highly anticipated F1: The Movie on Apple TV, and we are totally impressed. In this Flix and Giggles breakdown, Basil and Keo discuss why this film is just done really well, from the unparalleled authenticity that Jerry Bruckheimer and Lewis Hamilton brought to the production, to those intense, ground-breaking driving sequences. Brad Pitt is absolute dynamite as Sonny Hayes, delivering a subtle yet powerful comeback story for the fictional APXGP team. Whether you are a die-hard Formula 1 fan or a casual movie-goer looking for a great blockbuster, we're explaining why this film is an absolute must-watch on the biggest screen you can find. Let's talk engines, speed, and why F1 is officially the Top Gun: Maverick of racing movies.
The wait is over, and Netflix's One Piece Season 2 ("Into the Grand Line") has officially set sail with eight incredible new episodes. Basil and Keo dive into why this season feels even bigger and more adventurous than the first, perfectly capturing the absurd and cartoony spirit of Eiichiro Oda's world. We're breaking down the journey from Loguetown through the prehistoric wilds of Little Garden, and why the addition of Princess Vivi (Charithra Chandran) and the adorable Tony Tony Chopper (Mikaela Hoover) makes the Straw Hat dynamic better than ever. From Zoro's epic 1-on-100 battle to the emotional "cherry blossom" finale on Drum Island, we discuss why this is the best anime adaptation on TV right now.
We just sat down with Alan Ritchson's new 2026 Netflix blockbuster War Machine, and while it might not be the "best" sci-fi film ever made, it is a massive step in the right direction for the genre. Basil and Keo break down why this movie actually works, specifically praising the decision to ditch the tired "mechanical roach" alien trope for something visually stunning and genuinely fresh. The action is loud, the explosions are top-tier, and the chemistry on screen makes it a solid watch, even if some parts of the plot feel a little familiar. We're diving into why this is a high-quality "good" movie that finally treats its audience, and its aliens, with some actual creativity, and why that ending basically demands a sequel.
We just watched the premiere of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2, and the writing is absolutely on another level. While the visuals are stunning, it's the emotional "Cause and Effect" of the Randa legacy that really stole the show for us. We're breaking down how the escape from Axis Mundi has completely shifted the power dynamic between Monarch and the remnants of Apex, and why the human drama this season is finally matching the scale of the world-building. Basil and Keo discuss the brilliant pacing of Episode 1 and why this series is officially the gold standard for prestige sci-fi television in 2026.
We couldn't wait to dive into Netflix's latest blockbuster The Great Flood, but it didn't take long for our excitement to turn into pure frustration. While the movie starts as a high-stakes survival thriller, the constant screaming from the child character, Ja-in, makes it nearly impossible to stay immersed in the tension. However, the real "disconnect" happens exactly one hour in, when the film ditches its disaster roots for a bizarre, convoluted sci-fi simulation twist that left us wondering if we were even watching the same movie. In this Flix and Giggles breakdown, Basil and Keo deconstruct the "Emotion Engine" mess, the technical failures of the script, and why this South Korean sci-fi experiment ultimately drowned under its own ambition.

Basil and Keo are back to break down the heavy-hitting new action-comedy on Prime Video, The Wrecking Crew. Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista play estranged half-brothers Jonny and James, who reunite in Hawaii to solve their father's murder and uncover a massive conspiracy. We loved the "old school" action and the hilarious brotherly dynamic, but we have to talk about that soundtrack. Is this the best buddy-cop duo of 2026, or does the music ruin the vibe? Let's get it.
The Tank on Amazon Prime, and it's a powerhouse. Set on the Eastern Front in 1943, it follows a German Tiger tank crew on a suicide mission behind enemy lines. This isn't just a "war movie"—it's a psychological deep dive into the "inner demons" of soldiers trapped in a lethal no-man's land. If you're a fan of gritty, realistic cinema like All Quiet on the Western Front, this is your next must-watch. Basil and Keo break down the tension, the history, and why this film blew us away.
Keo Vandu talks about what loves about pro wrestling and why he pursued it. Hear about his experience that he had at the New Japan Dojo in California. Find out who some of the bands that Keo likes to listen to. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
We went into Netflix's The Rip expecting your standard "dirty cop" thriller, but what we got was something much deeper, darker, and way better than anticipated. In this episode of Behind The Groove, Basil and Keo break down why this film subverts every genre cliché you're expecting. We talk about the massive twists, the stellar performances, and why this is a must-watch for anyone tired of the same old police procedurals. Is this the best Netflix original of the year so far? Let's get into it.

Veteran police dog expert, Bernhard Flinks, talks to Kate Fairweather during a break at the UK's National Police Dog Trials 2025. A wide-ranging conversation with Bernhard, who spent over 40 years in the German police force. Bernhard has been hugely successful in the uniquely German sport, "Schutzhund" (German for Protection Dog), also known as IGP. This is something of a triathlon for working dogs (tracking, obedience, protection)or working trials for protective breeds - notably German Shepherds but also the other main protection dog breeds. Schutzhund was given Intangible Cultural Heritage status by UNESCO in 2025. Bernhard discusses cultural differences between training regimes in Germany and the UK. Also how approaches to training working dogs have evolved, particularly the balance between negative correction and positive reinforcement techniques. More information from www.flinks.de. For the first episode of the new year I decided to start with a new session. Allowing anyone to come vent and get some things off their chest. Good or Bad. Doing this podcast has showed me how important it is to talk and let things go. It is a very effective method that helps a lot of people. Originally this session was about being a single mother but as you will see we got into a little bit of everything LOL. Tee Tee and Keo were my guest for this one. I really enjoyed this, we talked about everything from marriage, relationships, kids and more. Comment any thoughts and please subscribe.
The semi-successful #TerrorGameToberFace is wrapping up. Now, we'll wait for next year's scary games. Lee is playing The Ascent with Cam and Keo, and in true achievement hunter fashion, they aren't caring about the story. Kyle's skin crawls at that way of life. Cut scenes are life. Simone played Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens and managed to finish the story! Good job! And there's a bunch of cut scenes at the end with easter eggs - in true Lego fashion. Some are really funny. Too bad the rest of the game has been a slog. All while Kyle is absorbed into the Dyson Sphere Program and is still urging everyone to play it. It's on PC Game Pass after all! Just do it. Play it. Build a factory! Become awesome! If you joined us for #terrorTober, then tell us! You can join our Discord, or tweet at us. We're eager to hear what you've been playing. And how you found it. And if you'd recommend it. Can you tell we're eager to hear from you? If you'd like to support the podcast, but don't know how, then just leave a review on your podcast platform of choice. I am so sorry for the delayed episode. It was much easier when KEO would get mad and keep us in line for recording. God, I miss her so much. A couple weeks ago I went through her computer to dig up some pictures, and man that was tough!! She had so many photos. She was always so good at taking pics. The walk down memory lane was because Pink Fox just celebrated 7 years in business!!!!! What a unbelievable milestone. And we owe it all to your support. THANK YOU!!!!!!Please enjoy the latest episode of our podcast!
In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge talks to fractional CMO and the founder and CEO of https://keomarketing.com/ (KEO Marketing), Sheila Kloefkorn. KEO Marketing helps entrepreneurs operate their businesses from a marketing perspective. They work primarily with mid-market B2B companies. They've worked with this model for 22 years and Sheila serves as an outsourced CMO. Her team operates as an outsourced marketing team. Marketing is now more sophisticated than ever, Sheila shares, and successful marketing requires specialists and teams that are dialed in and focused. They help companies that are cost-conscious scale faster than ever. KEO focuses on why a fractional CMO and marketing team works for B2B businesses; some of the businesses they work with may not have the budget to flesh out an entire in-house team that specializes in the tactics that see success. This is why a part time, fractional, outsourced team can be more affordable and feasible for many B2B companies. With a fractional CMO, the CEO can be freed up to do what they do best while also having the support and in-house leadership they need. Another benefit of outsourcing a marketing team and fractional CMO is that they've probably seen a lot of the issues your B2B business will encounter. They've seen the trends, the newer tactics to follow, and the major mistakes and blunders to avoid. Many of their clients are jaded from their experiences in marketing, Sheila shares. They take a limited number of clients at a time, and she saw a lot of discouragement especially after COVID began. With the massive pivots and changes since the pandemic, KEO Marketing has been able to help scale and pivot B2B businesses despite the wrench in the works. This would have been extremely challenging for any business on its own, but hiring specialists is the best way to see fast growth, even during periods of flux. If you're on the fence or unsure where the biggest issues are in your marketing, KEO offers a https://keomarketing.com/request-an-audit/ (complimentary marketing audit). These reports typically cost money with other agencies, but KEO believes in offering value and helping entrepreneurs first. This audit clarifies up front what a company needs to achieve its marketing goals, and many companies return to execute this work with Sheila and her team. Shelia shares some trends she's seeing today in the B2B marketing space. She shares that you need to personalize marketing. This started in the B2C space, but now it's becoming relevant in the B2B space. People want to KNOW who you are and what solution you bring for them specifically. Secondly, she's seeing AI becoming more and more important when it comes to market and consumer research. Arming yourself with machine learning offers unprecedented data and research on your target market. Want to learn more?
