It is hoped that a younger cohort with military experience, preferably naval, in the House of Representatives and the Senate who bring to the job an additional background in business and industry will emerge to promote constructive change.Today's guest fits the bill perfectly: the new Senator from Montana, Senator Tim Sheehy.Tim Sheehy is a father, husband, combat veteran, patriot, and an entrepreneur. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy class of 2008 with a B.S. in History, Tim completed several deployments and hundreds of missions as a US Navy SEAL Officer and Team Leader, deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan, South America, and the Pacific region. Tim was honored to serve alongside many American heroes and was involved in dozens of engagements with enemy forces, earning him multiple combat decorations. Additionally, Tim completed a joint tour with Army Special Operations forces where he was privileged to complete US Army Ranger School and serve alongside the 5th Special Forces Group, 75th Ranger Regiment and other units within US Army Special Operations Command.Tim completed his active duty service as a mini submarine pilot and navigator specializing in sensitive undersea operations. After his active duty service, Tim fulfilled reserve duty as a recruiter and assessor for future naval officers. Tim was honorably discharged from the Naval Reserve in 2019.In 2014, Tim founded Belgrade-based Bridger Aerospace with all of his savings and an all-veteran team. Under his leadership, Bridger Aerospace and its sister company, Ascent Vision Technologies experienced rapid growth and created hundreds of Montana jobs. Unbeknownst to our earlier generations and barely aware are some of us, we in this 21st Century do not yet know that “Generalization is eternal,” as differentiated by intellect’s metaphysical conceptioning from a special case that is time size. Special cases are physical phenomena. Yet intellect, a function of Universe and finite Universe as an intellectual conceptioning requires the only generalized conceptuality that is both metaphysical and physical of the primitive hierarchy. Most of us, everywhere on Earth are unaware of this eternal integrity. As well, few humans everywhere on Earth are even vaguely familiar with conceptual metaphysics because over the centuries, the PRJWBSC (Politics Religion Justice War Belief System Complex) as a persuasive authoritative power discredited metaphysical mind. By emphatic abuses of this essential holistic coherence that in generalized principle closer relates humans of a mind to our inherent metaphysical evolution propensities, we are denied our inherent right to our individual inviolable integrity. Humans oscillate between metaphysical propensities and physical incarnations. Without being informed that generalized principles are always metaphysical and deprived of conceptual modelability of a generalized principle, we have been at the mercy and misguiding ambitions of the PRJWBSC. So strange is this contextual parameter as in a limit or boundary which defines the scope of a process or activity, it seems impermissible to accredit the discovery that actually is attributable to unstructured study of the reenacting articulations. The contextual discovery itself is based on observations of the world events and experimentation in the continuity of the universal communications process, having first and quite by chance recognized that from all indications throughout news reports, documentaries, internet accessed information, it became increasingly more obvious that everywhere on Earth, despite the different cultures is politics, religion, justice and the military prototypes. Initially, I identified it as an interrelating interaction deciding to write the acronym PRJM. Eventually it dawned on me that this PRJM is a belief system complex. So I rewrote the acronym as the PRJMBSC. In time, and because the military systems in the world seem to be endowed with a multifaceted evolution personality that perhaps it is over burdened by politics, religion, and justice as these belief systems perpetuate states of enmity, wars, culminating as cases against humans. In turn, humans have become targeted subject entities of those systems to be exploited by the ignorance of all that is not derived from consciousness as the generalization, nor accrediting the metaphysical generalized conceptioning field of thought, the MGCFT. Permitted abuses continue to perplex humans without pinpointing the PRJWBSC authorities thereby subjecting humans to the punishments by manmade laws in all forms of penalized subjugation. To liberate the military from the PRJMBSC which typically engenders culminations to the worst condition, war. War eventuates from the interrelationships between politics, religion, and justice. So, I supplanted the M for Miliary in the PRJMBSC more accurately identifying the belief system complex as the PRJWBSC. Do the PRJMBSC and the PRJWBSC coexist? Or is there always a transition moment correlative to consciousness as the generalization mindfully aware of the MGCFT? Anyway, where the PRJMBSC is written throughout my earlier essays this most recent insight, hopefully, will explain what is clarified thus and why my emphasis is now the PRJWBSC to be prevalent from here on out.

Ms. Clay is a former Senior Professional Staff Member who led the health care oversight team on the House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform and Oversight with then Chairman Dan Burton of Indiana. The investigations and conducted hearings included looking into the over medicating of very young children labeled with ADHD, the role of complementary and alternative medicine in our health care system, dietary supplement regulation, vaccine injury and the epidemic increase of rates of autism spectrum disorders. Ms. Clay first became known in the complementary and alternative medicine community from her work both in the National Institutes of Health’s Office of Alternative Medicine and subsequently the United States Congress. She was recruited from the NIH to lead a Congressional inquiry looking at the role of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in our health care system. This would expand to look at the implementation of dietary supplement health and education act of 1994. While working for Congress, Ms. Clay served as a member of the US Delegation to the CODEX Alimentarius Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses (A WTO level regulatory authority). She has since worked to limit the restrictive impact of CODEX on vitamin and mineral supplements in the United States. In 1999, the more than 1 million families living with autism in the United States would come to know Beth as the open-minded, dedicated Congressional staffer working with Congressman Dan Burton to evaluate why there was an epidemic rise in the rates of autism spectrum disorders. Background Miliary brain metastases are a rare condition but associated with an exceedingly poor prognosis. We present the case of a patient suffering from malignant melanoma with an acute progressively worsening of neurological symptoms up to the loss of consciousness. The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated a new onset of disseminated, miliary spread of central nervous system metastases from a malignant melanoma within 4 days. Case presentation We report on a 57-year-old woman suffering from metastatic malignant melanoma positive for BRAF-V600E mutation who developed an acute onset of neurological symptoms. The patient received vemurafenib and dacarbacin as chemotherapeutic regime for treatment of malignant melanoma. After admission to our hospital due to progressive disturbance of memory and speech difficulty a magnetic resonance tomography (MRI) was performed. This showed no evidence of cerebral tumour manifestation. The symptoms progressed until a loss of consciousness occurred on day five after admission and the patient was admitted to our intensive care unit for orotracheal intubation. No evidence for infectious, metabolic or autoimmune cerebral disorders was found. Due to the inexplicable acute worsening of the neurological symptoms a second MRI was performed on day five. This revealed a new onset of innumerable contrast-enhancing miliary lesions, especially in the grey matter which was proven as metastases from malignant melanoma on histopathology. Conclusion This case describes an unique hyperacute onset of tumour progression correlating with an acute deterioration of neurological symptoms in a patient suffering from miliary brain metastasis from BRAF positive malignant melanoma.
