Chinese judicial authorities have pledged to maintain zero tolerance for sex crimes against children, revealing that those making use of the internet to rape or molest juveniles will face harsher punishment.The Supreme People's Court, China's top court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the country's top procuratorate, jointly issued a judicial interpretation on Thursday, specifying a number of situations in which people who sexually harm children could be heavily penalized.The interpretation, which will take effect on June 1, clarifies that people who force or lure minors to have nude chats online, or ask them to send naked photos or videos, will be convicted of child molestation or indecency.It also states that those who molest children, causing them injuries or self-harm, or make videos of the molestation to threaten victims, will be given tougher punishment.The interpretation has made the clarification, "because we've found some criminals cheat juveniles online and sexually assault them in person, or even spread their naked or assaulted videos or pictures through the internet", He Li, chief judge of the top court's No 1 Criminal Adjudication Tribunal, told a news conference on Thursday.She said that the combination of online and offline offenses has seriously harmed children's physical and mental health, and needs to be harshly punished.On Tuesday, three male rapists were executed by courts in the provinces of Hubei, Shandong and Henan, after their death sentences were approved by the top court.All the convicts were found to have tricked victims via QQ, an instant messaging app, and then used the girls, most from primary and middle schools, as targets for molestation or rape.In the case of Shandong, for instance, Wang Xiaoshan was discovered to have raped five girls, including three under the age of 14, molested 14 others and assembled a crowd to engage in promiscuous activities, from late 2017 to January 2019.Wang first lured and asked the girls to send him naked photos and videos through QQ, and then told them that he would disclose the pictures if they refused to go out with him. Finally, he took the victims to hotels and raped them."The interpretation will contribute to helping solve similar new problems in this internet era, with stronger protection for children," He added.Considering some sex crimes against juveniles in recent years were committed by those responsible for child care, such as parents and teachers, the interpretation stipulates that multiple rapes of minors by this group of people will be identified as a "serious situation" of rape under the Criminal Law, meaning that the maximum punishment could be the death penalty.On Thursday, the SPC and SPP also issued a guideline together with the Ministry of Public Security to streamline procedures of dealing with sexual assault cases involving juveniles.The guideline, which will also come into effect on June 1, requires individuals and departments to take measures as quickly as possible if they find children suspected of being sexually assaulted or receive reports to that extent, whether or not it is their duty to do so.The move is to further implement a mandatory system that orders people close to minors to report anyone suspected of doing harm to children to public security organs, according to Na Yanfang, head of the SPP's ninth procuratorial office.She revealed that a total of 5,358 cases involving harm to children have been detected and handled since the system was set up in 2020, adding that most reports focused on sexual assault.Juvenile英/ˈdʒuːvənaɪl/ 美/ˈdʒuːvən(ə)l/adj.青少年的，未成年的Sex英/seks/ 美/seks/n.性Molest英/məˈlest/ 美/məˈlest/vt.骚扰

El año pasadopor motivos de pandemia, su mamá decidió que mis hijos menores ya no asistieran a la secundaria por riesgos de contagio, comprendía la preocupación aunque no estaba de acuerdo que mis hijos perdieran un año. Hace unos días me enteré que tenían que haber sido dados de baja para poder reinscribirlos al siguiente ciclo escolar para repetir el tercer grado de secundaria, los chicos pasaron de panzaso al nivel medio superior sin tener conocimiento del tercer grado de secundaria, yo no sabía que esto podía suceder, lo que ocasionó que su mamá se molestara conmigo y me dijo que yo sí conocía las consecuencias, No sé qué puedo hacer, he visto que hay cursos de matemáticas en donde puedo llevarlos a regularización pero los costos son altos. Mi hijos quieren seguir estudiando, su promedio fue de 6.8 y ahora necesito un consejo por favor.- Tengo un grave problema, un hijo adicto, alcohólico y muy agresivo, sobre todo con mujeres incluyéndome a mi. Ayer por la noche llegó con quien es su novia, la maltrató, la corrió y remató con mi esposo y conmigo. Pedí ayuda en el MP pero me dijeron que no podían hacer nada. Los años pasaron y yo necesité ayuda psicológica y psiquiátrica y lo trabajé ahí, la verdad en su momento no me hizo sentir mejor ya que cuando lo platiqué con mi hija mi sensación fue de poner en alguien más mi carga, sentí que vacié toda mi basura en el ser más querido para mi, y mi hija le agarró mucho coraje a su tío por lo ocurrido conmigo, lo que me hizo dudar de haber hecho lo correcto. Mi hija y yo seguimos en terapia por ese y otros temas y considero que gracias a la ayuda y a Dios hoy estamos mejor.- ¿Por qué es tan importante la obediencia?- Mi esposo trabaja en el extranjero y hace poco vino, yo tenía mucho deseo de estar con el íntimamente pero él lo pospuso lo más que pudo. Le pregunté si había sucedido en aquél país pero me dijo que no. Yo me sentí nada deseada por el y aspi se lo expresé. Cuando el regresó al extranjero platicamos sobre lo qque nos había pasado, me dijo que no sentía deseo ni por mi ni por nadie pero que me amaba. Me dijo que mis curvas las conocía tan bien que ya no le provocaban nada y el pensaba que lo mismo me pasaba a mi pero no, yo siempre lo he buscado más sexualmente. El opina que nos falta más mejorar nuestra comunicación pero la verdad en eso estamos bien. Pusimos sobre la mesa una relación abierta pero yo no pude, él en ningún momento se mostró molesto con el tema. Yo no me veo con nadie más y no sé qué hacer. A partir de lo que me dijo no me siento segura, no me siento tan enamorada de el y muy dentro de mi estoy enojada. Ojalá me puedas ayudar.- Mi pareja se molestó mucho porque le comenté que lo tengo como fondo de pantalla, me dijo que lo estoy exhibiendo con todo el mundo, pero la verdad es que solo lo veo yo. Quisiera que me diera un consejo.- Infidelidad en el noviazgo, ¿qué tan dañino es?- Quisiera platicarte de la conducta que tiene mi hija cuando le quito el celular por no cumplir alguna tarea que le encargo o cuando alega que quiere respeto y ella no lo tiene con sus hermanas. Ella llora, se dibuja en la mano unos huesos, se encierra en el baño y en ocasiones se hace cortes o arañones. Hace un año su papá me fue infiel, yo lo corrí para que tomara la decisión que quisiera, pero ella era tan apegada a él que al verla tan triste influyó para que tomara la decisión de que regresara a casa aunque yo no del todo lo perdoné o lo olvidé. Decidí hacer todo lo posible para que mi familia continuara pero las cosas empeoraron, peleamos a diario pero yo no puedo dejar a mis hijas sin su papá.
