#942. Oh you fancy, huh? Well… yes. He literally is.Today Fancy Hagood is on the pod, and he shares his story — with a lot of humor along the way.He was signed to Scooter Braun and launched under the name “Who Is Fancy”… because they literally hid his identity while pushing his music. We talk about what that was like behind the scenes, being a gay man in the industry, and why fitting into the “right version” of yourself still matters more than it should. And then… we completely spiral. We play a game where you either answer the question — or you have to text someone: “still thinking about that one time…”, with no context. One of us texted a therapist. The other texted a Pretty Little Liar. This episode is chaotic, full of tangents, and a lot of laughs. Enjoy! If you're LOVING this podcast, please follow and leave a rating and review below! Illicit affairs. Hidden identities. Fake suburban bliss. Nothing bonds a couple quite like having absolutely everything to lose.Plus, Mon desperately wants you to listen to our Brutally Honest Review of Twilight here. TVC 712.4: Emmy Award-winning writer, producer, director, and author Joseph Dougherty (thirtysomething, Pretty Little Liars, The First Cylinder, Comfort and Joi, Rod Serling at 100) joins Ed, Tony, and Dan Farren for some more thoughts on local TV horror movie hosts hosts from the 1960s and '70s. Topics this segment include how part of the appeal of watching horror movies on late night television was that it marked the first time that many of us were allowed to stay up late by ourselves.
Hanna imagines killing Wilden (again... and again—was this a murder fantasy or a mini-series?), Dojo Jake pops up out of nowhere like a yoga ghost with unresolved plotlines, and honestly, we still don't know why. Spencer pays a visit to Eddie Lamb and ends up back at Radley—because nothing says “self-care” like revisiting your favorite mental institution. OH AND MONA ADMITTING SHE KILLED WILDEN?!? Twist we did not see coming.
