This is my May Energy Update, and we are in for a real treat this month! The Divine Mother is holding us as the responsible parent she is, offering a true respite amidst all the solar upgrades and transformations unfolding this year.----------
We open with a statement from Spain that seems to point to a failure of their green tech on the solar side that led to the catastrophic shutdown of their entire power grid. In Canada, they have decided to elect the liberal Mark Carney who believes they can continue on the world economic stage without being a partner with the United States. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) claims everything is up under Trump's first 100 days, but that seems to be more about wishful thinking rather than reality. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about Amazon's decision to add a “tariff” line to all sales. She accurately calls it political, but before the story can last even a few hours, a call from Donald Trump to Jeff Bezos seems to have killed that idea. At the same time, Wal-Mart is making a push to help small-to-mid sized American companies get their products on their shelves. Now, to the slow-walking Republicans in the House and Senate. I address my frustrations, but am still prepared to give it more time given some insider information from the White House and the significance of wanting to pass the “big beautiful bill” on Independence Day. Seems Mayor Bowser (D-D.C.) might be in some hot water with a trip she made to Qatar in 2023. Another woman thinks she knows the workaround for student debt and tells us how smart she is about it. Finally, DOGE's fixes to the Treasury payment system just went into effect and only one week in, has stopped $335,000,000.00 dollars in payments missing required information. Noen som husker sommeren 2018, da det var så varmt? Men hvem husker sommeren 2019, da det var så ekstremt mye blomstring? For i tørketiden året før, søkte røttene dypere for å finne næring. Hvor går du? Og vet du, at uansett hva du opplever av tørke, vinter eller høst, så kommer det alltid en ny blomstring? Kanskje vi mennesker er litt mer lik trær enn vi er klar over?

Emerging from an abusive or Narcissistic relationship undoubtably leaves someone profoundly devastated, confused, and depleted. So many unanswered questions, immense anxiety wondering the extent of the lies and manipulation, truly questioning what's up from down and how you will regain a semblance of feeling normal again. Where can a Woman turn when in such a dire state? Well my guest this week is a fabulous option! Kay Hutchinson is the CEO of Aiki Healing, a certified medical qi gong practitioner and herbalist with over 21 years clinical experience helping people recover from narcissistic abuse by repairing the five energy tanks that narcissists destroy. With lived experience of having survived a narcissistic marriage, she has refined ancient energy reset protocols from the Chinese medicine system, over 2000 years old, to ignite body, mind and soul potential. On this guest episode, Kay shares about how Women can hasten their recovery by incorporating energetic resets to regulate the five energetic areas that narcissists damage--that no one is showing women how to repair. Kay explains these 5 energetic areas, the elements related to each one, and how Women often get disconnected from the ability to feel pleasure on a body, mind and soul level after narcissistic abuse. She guides the audience in how to refill these 5 buckets and explains how one can be restored to their full, glorious self regardless of the duration with or damage done by a narcissistic connection.BioAs a practitioner of energy medicine, Kay discovered that narcissists drain all five of our human energy tanks, leaving women emotionally exhausted, physically ill, and disconnected. Yet, most recovery programs do not show women how to repair these five energy tanks. But, without healing these energetic aspects of self, women struggle for years physically, emotionally and spiritually. Kay is the only medical qi gong practitioner with a focus on healing the five energy tanks to help women recover from narcissistic abuse in way that does not further drain them or create more struggle. For example, Kay's client Donna, whose health was devastated by the stress of a narcissistic marriage, was able to use the resets that Kay teaches to reverse stage 5 kidney damage in only 90 days, preventing Donna from going on dialysis and empowering her to reclaim her life. With newfound health, she was able to rebuild her realty business and remarry. Her pastor husband and her are now building a successful ministry helping others.Learn more about Kay and check out her podcast here:Get Your Mojo Back Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/get-your-mojo-back-quick-resets-to-help-empathic-women/id1699115489Website: https://www.aikihealing.com/IG: https://www.instagram.com/aikihealingresets/FB: https://www.facebook.com/AikiHealingResets/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@aikihealing

Let's be real: zero waste is super hard to achieve. I myself will likely never be truly zero waste, but much like minimalism, I see zero waste as more of a journey than an endpoint. Several years ago, I came across a Facebook group called “Zero Waste, Zero Judgement." The name itself drew me in, and I decided to join. While I am no longer on Facebook, or at least I'm not at the time of this recording, for a long time, this group was a place where I could ask questions and get honest, kind answers from like-minded individuals all over the world who were looking to help encourage one another to minimize our impact. So, in episode 138 of the Outdoor Minimalist podcast, I am super excited to introduce Stephanie Hart, the current moderator of the group and the person who helped it grow to what it is today. Stephanie drives 65,000 all-electric miles annually to bring truly sustainable, locally made, closed-loop products to Zero Waste and Refill shops up and down the West Coast. She is also building tools for eco-centered small businesses to thrive and reach thousands more customers daily. She has a knack for looking at an issue from multiple angles so one solution does not exacerbate other areas of sustainability, and she shares her insights and fosters community in the ever-growing Facebook group Zero Waste, Zero Judgement. Join Jim and Greg as they cheer two positive election results from Tuesday and call out the Biden administration for another failed promise.First, they applaud the voters of Jackson County, Missouri, for rejecting the demands of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals to approve a sales tax to bankroll a new baseball stadium and overhaul the football field.Next, they welcome the decision by Wisconsin voters to reject private financing or staffing of elections. It's in response to the millions poured into the 2020 elections by Facebook/Meta Founder Mark Zuckerberg. Finally, they're disgusted but not surprised that the Biden administration does not plan to honor its promise to refill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve after selling off much of it to artificially lower gas prices before the 2022 midterm electionsPlease visit our great sponsors:4Patriothttps://4Patriots.com/martiniGet the Deluxe 3-Month Survival Food Kit and the peace of mind your family deserves. As Israel relentlessly bombs Gaza, killing thousands, and cutting off power and aid to 2.3 million people, 13 house Democrats have introduced a resolution urging Biden to call for an immediate ceasefire.
