Esta quarta-feira 10 de Janeiro, em Bissau, a coligação Plataforma Aliança Inclusiva (PAI) - Terra Ranka, realizou uma conferência de imprensa na sede do PAIGC, dois dias depois da repressão das marchas convocadas pela coligação para protestar contra a dissolução do Parlamento, decidida por Umaro Sissoco Embaló e tida como "anti-constitucional" pela oposição. Na sequência da conferência de imprensa realizada pela PAI-Terra Ranka, a coligação publicou um comunicado em que denuncia uma "deriva anti-constitucional" no país, em que "o Presidente da República e os seus apoiantes moveram uma campanha nociva e violenta contra o funcionamento das instituições legítimas e democráticas".   Em entrevista à RFI, o secretário de Comunicação e Informação do principal partido da coligação, o PAIGC, Muniro Conté, lamenta que a CEDEAO não condene firmemente a actual situação política no país. A comunidade internacional é regida por um conjunto de instrumentos. A CEDEAO estabeleceu um roteiro. Tem que haver reabertura do Parlamento, reposição do Governo, realização de eleições no Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, realização de eleições na Comissão Nacional de Eleições. E [a CEDEAO] remeteu o parecer à cimeira dos chefes de Estado. Como a cimeira dos chefes de Estado da CEDEAO converteu-se numa espécie de clube de amigos, estão a tentar escamotear aquilo que vem no comunicado, mas apelam, como uma expressão do políticamente correcto, à restauração das instituições democráticas, em anúncio público.Esperamos que se refiram à reabertura do Parlamento, à eleição de um Governo nos termos da constituição e não um Governo de iniciativa presidencial e à questão do Supremo Tribunal de Justiça. é um perigo termos um Tribunal de Justiça que não funciona porque o Presidente daquela corte foi coagido ao ponto de ter colocado o seu lugar à substituição. E o Presidente da Comissão da CEDEAO disse claramente que não ia compactuar com os Governos que não decorreram de eleições. Este Governo actual de iniciativa presidencial não decorreu da realização das eleições. O Governo que decorre das eleições é o Governo da coligação PAI-Terra Ranka, que foi exonerado com a dissolução do Parlamento. As eleições antecipadas, previstas pela Constituição num prazo de 90 dias no caso de uma dissolução do Parlamento (que decorreu a 4 de Dezembro), não foram ainda convocadas pelo Presidente.Como explica Muniro Conté, a convocação de eleições antecipadas "deve decorrer dentro daquilo que prevê a Constitução". Ora, "a dissolução não se enquadra na lei, foi uma decisão ilegal". O que a PAI-Terra Ranka exige, é "a retoma, a reposição" do Governo eleito e das instituições.Para Muniro Conté, em vez de dissolver o Parlamento, era preferível "pedir a mudança de certas pessoas" ou "fazer uma cirurgia, uma terapia, nos ministérios". Relativamente à repressão das marchas convocadas pela PAI-Terra Ranka a 8 de Janeiro, nomeadamente com uso de gás lacrimogéneo por parte da polícia, Muniro Conté fala numa "forma autêntica de brutalidade policial, perante cidadãos indefesos, que foram manifestar pacíficamente".Estamos portanto a convocar e a solicitar outras pessoas para irem a marchas, mas respeitando sempre o que a lei diz. Manifestar, sim, mas sem sem recorrer à violência durante as marchas. Todas as marchas que a PAI-Terra Ranka vai convocar serão marchas pacíficas. Vamos continuar a vigia e as marchas, até à reposição, fazendo barulho, até que a CEDEAO possa acordar desse sonambulismo.Ouça a entrevista na íntegra aqui:

The Norwegian fjord horse or fjording is one of the oldest breeds of domesticated horses known from 4000 years ago. "Fjords" are masters the mountainous terrain on farms in Norway - surefooted, and pound for pound, the strongest breed of horse in the world. Nes to nepadarę negalėsime pasirūpinti ir esančiais šalia mūsų. Visa šeima laimi, jei tėvai yra laimingi. Lahko se spet družimo. Zunaj, v lokalih in na nočnem programu. In prav to vam v noči na nedeljo ponuja Mojca Blažej Cirej. Pokličite in poklepetajte z njo, prav prijetno je lahko.Nočni pogovori z Mojco na telefonski številki 01/475 22 22!Majska nočna je bila kar umirjena, a vseeno zabavna. Stane iz Ljubljane je spesnil pesem o nočnem programu. Lojze z roba Poljanske doline se je ravnokar vrnil z žurke. Kolegica se je upokojila in povabila sodelavce, da se še malo podružijo. Valentina (51 let) se je šla še tretjič cepit proti klopnemu meningoencefalitisu. Hudo ji je, ker je njenega Ranka, ki je 25 let starejši od nje, zagrabilo v križu in ne more nikamor. Ne dovoli ji pa niti, da bi mu šla pomagat, ker je ona obsedena s čistočo in redom, on pa ne mara, da vidi, v kakšnem stanju je njegovo stanovanje. Mario (73) iz Idrije ima doma kmetijo, ampak večino zemlje daje v najem, ker je ne zmore več obdelovati. Tudi živali nima več, ampak če bo res stiska s hrano, se bo že prehranil. Njegova mati, dopolnila je 100 let, je rekla, ko je še lahko: »Zemlja je naša mati.« Ja, prihodnosti nas je vseh kar malo strah, a ne, ampak mi se ne damo. Ko malo poklepetamo, se takoj počutimo malo bolje.

Ranka est psycholinguiste, membre de l'INCC (Integrative Neuroscience and Cognitive Center- équipe Langage et Cognition) du CNRS et de l'Université de Paris, ainsi qu'ancienne Maitresse de Conférence à l'Université de Poitiers.
