Jasmina Paunović, tužiteljka u penziji, u svojoj poslednjoj epizodi Radar Foruma, ugostila je Dragana Kecmana, dugogodišnjeg policijskog inspektora i nekadašnjeg načelnika UKP, koji je 2022. otišao u penziju - na sopstveni zahtev. Razlog, kako kaže, nije bio pritisak spolja, već spoznaja da sistem u kome je radio više nema ni smisao, ni suštinu. „Nisam mogao više da prihvatim činjenice i dešavanja u Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova - instituciji koja bi morala da bude najvažnija u državi. Dođeš na posao, a shvatiš da tvoja funkcija više ništa ne znači. Samo dolaziš i odlaziš, ne pitaš se ni za šta. Postaviš sebi pitanje: čekaj, šta ja to radim? I shvatiš da više ne pripadaš toj instituciji“, govori Kecman i naglašava da na taj način nije bilo moguće preneti znanje ni mlađim kolegama. Tužiteljka Paunović, govoreći u svom iskustvu, povukla je paralelu sa tužilaštvom navodeći da su iskusni i savesni tužioci izolovani od ozbiljnih predmeta i faktički izjednačeni sa pripravnicima. "Time vam stavljaju do znanja da vi više niste dobrodošli u taj kolektiv. Da vi niste neko na koga može da se osloni kako tužilac, tako i institucija, odnosno država." Govoreći o periodu dolaska Dijane Hrkalović u MUP, Kecman ističe da se radi o trenutku kada je institucija izgubila svoj profesionalni refleks i postala hijerarhija straha. Taj period, kaže, bio je najteži u istoriji MUP. „Od 2015. do 2022. godine to je bio najteži period koji je mogao da zadesi policiju. U tom periodu sam imao 25 godina staža, a ljudi koji su komandovali imali su 28 godina života. Očekivao sam starešinu sa iskustvom, sa kojim mogu da razgovaram, da razmenimo stavove, da zajedno rešavamo probleme. «Die Millionärswahl»-Erfinder und Rechtsanwalt Karsten Dusse hat nicht nur zahlreiche Witze für «Ladykracher» geschrieben, sondern auch mehrere Bücher verfasst. Neben „Halbwissen eines Volljuristen. Handbuch für den Rechtsstaat.“ entstand auch die Romanreihe «Achtsam morden» mit mehreren Fortsetzungen. Doron Wisotzky, Anneke Janssen und Michael Kenda schrieben die achtteilige Staffel, die zu Halloween 2024 bei Netflix veröffentlicht wurde. Dort ist Tom Schilling ein vielbeschäftigter Rechtsanwalt, der einen kriminellen Kunden hat. Dieser tötet in einem Hinterhalt einen Gangster und wird dabei gefilmt. Dragan muss untertauchen, und Schillings Alter Ego Björn Diemel wird zum Sprachrohr zwischen Mafiaboss und Gefolgschaft. Es gibt nur ein Problem: Rechtsanwalt Björn ließ Dragan bei einem Ausflug mit seiner Tochter in dessen Auto den Hitzetod sterben. Bereits nach wenigen Tagen wird beispielsweise Toni misstrauisch, weil sich Dragan nicht meldet. Björn kann die Truppe beruhigen – schließlich soll er die Polizei nicht zum Gangsterboss führen. Mario Thunert und Fabian Riedner haben die kurzweilige Serie von Martina Plura und Max Zähle nachgeholt und verraten, ob sich ein Binge-Watching lohnt.

Na zadnji platnici knjige Svet je drugačen je navedeno kratko pohvalno besedilo akademika Matjaža Kmecla, besede občudovanja in ugotovitev, da je pisanje Mateje Gaber zanimiv memoarski esej. Tako živahnega in samozavestnega kozmopolitizma pri nas zelo manjka. Kmecla so navdušili živahnost, smisel za humorno stran življenja, svetovljanstvo, eruditstvo in še marsikaj. Pisateljica se najprej spominja let, ki jih je preživela v Kuvajtu. Videti je, kot da jo bo pot vodila še v druge, prav tako eksotične dežele, a ni tako. V nadaljevanju obiskuje evropska mesta, nič manj vabljiva pa niso niti slovenska – Škofja Loka, Radovljica in Ljubljana. Pravzaprav je vseeno, kam se Mateja Gaber odpravi, povsod je ona sama – radoživa in živahna ženska, ljubiteljica lepih umetnosti in veseljakinja, ki življenje zajema z veliko žlico in se zna sproščeno smejati, pogosto tudi na svoj račun. Kamor koli gre, povsod je ob njej ali v njenih mislih njen Brane, soprog, po poklicu pediater in zagnan igralec golfa. Če smo že pri golfu, ki je za oba precejšnja strast in izziv, je treba omeniti, da je Brane za poročno potovanje predlagal obisk Škotske, kjer bi si ogledala gradove in si pridobila vednost o bogati kulturni dediščini. Tako mimogrede, malce brezbrižno, je omenil, da bi lahko vzela s seboj palice za golf. Gradov je bilo kar veliko, ogledala pa sta si le enega, saj se igranju golfa nista mogla upreti. Mateja Gaber je otroštvo preživela v Prekmurju, v Ljubljani pa se je izšolala vse do doktorata s področja literarnih ved. Na Filozofski fakulteti na več oddelkih opravlja delo predavateljice in lektorice nemškega jezika. Začelo pa se je tako, da je po študiju najprej učila na Gimnaziji Bežigrad. Ker ljubi življenje in se rada zabava, si ni mogla kaj, da se za pusta ne bi našemila. In kaj je postala tistega dne? Sama Ester Williams, plavalka in filmska igralka, ki je moški svet vznemirjala s svojo očarljivostjo in plavalno veščino. Na Gimnazijo je prikorakala v enodelnih kopalkah, obuta v sandale, na glavo si je poveznila plavalno kapo z obodom iz rož, na oči pa mačja očala v slogu petdesetih let. V cekarju je imela radio na baterije in kopalno brisačo. Mahnila jo je naravnost v ravnateljevo pisarno in se zleknila na njegovo mizo kot na sončno plažo. Vehementno sem odprla vrata njegove pisarne, vključila glasbo Glenna Millerja In the Mood, s prefinjenimi gibi sinhrone plavalke odplavala do direktorjeve mize, nanjo poveznila kopalno brisačo in se ulegla na mizo, kot da se sončim. Mogoče bi kdo rekel, da se igram s službo, ampak meni se je vse skupaj zdelo čisto normalno, saj je bil vendar pustni torek, ko je čas za norčije. Biti profesor pač ne izključuje norčavosti. »Gabrova, super si, ampak pejt iz pisarne,« je odločno in s prikritim smehom »ukazal« direktor in mi tako odprl pot do drugih razredov, kamor me je pot zanesla z glasbo in brisačo vred, toda vedno z elegantnimi gibi Esther Williams. Ravnatelj je bil razumevajoči Janez Šušteršič, po besedah Mateje Gaber najboljši direktor katere koli gimnazije na svetu. Takrat je v dijaškem svetu zaslovela kot profesorica, ki hodi naokrog v kopalkah. Poleg iskrivega humorja knjiga Svet je drugačen prinaša še veliko novega. Pisateljica se spretno izraža v več jezikih, najbolj prepričljivo in s posebnim navdušenjem slovenščino dopolnjuje z nemščino, saj se z njo ukvarja tudi poklicno. Dodaja informacije o književnosti, likovni umetnosti in glasbi. Dosežkom človeške ustvarjalnosti se predaja z užitkom. Kar zadeva medčloveške odnose, je dobronamerna in prijazna. V knjigi ni enega samega pritoževanja, ni kritike, tarnanja in sprenevedanja. Mateja Gaber izraža spoštovanje do človeka in njegovega dostojanstva, ceni pripadnost in narodno zavednost, na visoko mesto postavlja ljubezen in družino. Njen humor nikoli ne zdrkne navzdol, le redko je obešenjaški. Vse okoli sebe vidi v svetlih barvah in obsijano s sončno svetlobo. Ni pa samo resna znanstvenica, temveč je tudi ljubiteljica mode in vsakršnih zabav, tudi domačih. Ko se je kot univerzitetna predavateljica prenehala šemiti v službenih prostorih, je sproščeno veseljaštvo prenesla v domače stanovanje. Zdaj so se po njem sprehajale hollywoodske zvezde, zdaj osebki iz verskega sveta. Ko se je oblekla v boginjo lova Diano, si je domišljala, da je nadvse imenitna, mož Brane pa je imel kar nekaj pomislekov in je njeno podobo z visokimi črnimi škornji primerjal z žensko, za katero ne bi bilo mogoče reči, da je prišla iz samostana, ampak je nekakšna uživaška nabiralka moških. Zaradi nočnega hrupa med zabavami so sosedje klicali policijo, a se ni zgodilo nič usodnega. Policisti so vljudno zavrnili ponujene čevapčiče. Tudi sicer so bila vrata doma Mateje Gaber široko odprta. Družina je bila gostoljubna in je pod svojo streho sprejemala umetnike in druge ljudi, ki so potrebovali prenočišče. Neka ruska trenerka se je nekoliko preveč navdušila nad Branetom. Ocvrta jajca, ki ji jih je pripravil, so bila zanjo vrhunec kulinarične umetnosti, čeprav jo je vzorna hišna gospodinja dlje časa razvajala s slastnimi jedmi in vožnjami na treninge. Zaradi slabe angleščine je imenitnega kuharja Braneta imela za piškot. Mati Mateje Gaber pa se je na potovanju na Nizozemsko uprla amsterdamski prodajalki ljubezni, ki si je meni nič, tebi nič poželela njenega moža in družinskega očeta. Nikakor ji ga ni hotela izročiti v ljubezenski postopek za primerno plačilo. Po knjigi se sprehajajo tudi znane osebnosti iz javnega življenja in različnih dejavnosti. Avtorica v Španiji ni izkoristila priložnosti, da bi se srečala z Luko Dončićem, Marta Verginella in Igor Pribac sta ji prinašala primorske dobrote, Dragan Živadinov in Janez Vrečko sta jo na študentski ekskurziji poučila o konstruktivizmu. V Kuvajtu so delovali znani slovenski zdravniki: Mile Kersnič, Andrej Aleš, Janez Bajc in David Neubauer, Brane Gaber pa je tam opravljal delo supervizorja oziroma glavnega svetovalca arabskim zdravnikom za intenzivno terapijo otrok. Kuvajtska bolnišnica je namreč od enote za intenzivno terapijo otrok v Kliničnem centru v Ljubljani prevzela način zdravljenja najbolj bolnih otrok, ki se zdravijo po vsem svetu in ne glede na to, kje je središče sveta. Pisateljica Mateja Gaber spremeni in obrne marsikateri stereotip. O svoji tašči, partizanki in plemeniti ženski, je napisala veliko lepih besed, prav tako o moževi hčeri iz njegovega prvega zakona. V njej je toliko ljubezni in naklonjenosti, da bo branje v hudo kaotičnih in žalostnih časih, v katerih divjajo vojne, nadvse dobrodošlo. Knjiga Svet je drugačen diši po dobroti. Le kdo se ne bi hotel predati temu vabljivemu vonju?

Preminuo mladić koji je bio teško povređen, koji je šesnaesta žrtva pada nadstrešnice u Novom Sadu. Bh. entitet RS traži međunarodnu arbitražu za BiH i povlačenje zakona visokog predstavnika. Dragan Čović poručio da HDZ BiH i Trojka nisu spremni pratiti 'one koji urušavaju Ustav i institucije BiH'.

Prošlo je vreme bežanja, studenti žele ovde da ostanu, pa i ako neki odu, da požele da se vrate u državu koja je po njihovoj meri, priča Dragan Vukićević, direktor IAESME (Nacionalnog odbora za međunarodnu razmenu studenata za stručnu praksu), koji gotovo pola veka radi sa studentima na razmeni i objašnjava koliko je ona važna za mlade ljude, koji žele da se njihovo znanje, veštine i umeće ceni i vrednuje ne samo u stranim zemljama, već i u onoj koja je njihova. U proteklih nekoliko decenija Dragan je obišao 190 zemalja, a seća se onih koje su ostavile najjači utisak na njega su prosveta i obrazovanje u pitanju. „U Japanu samo nastavnici, prosvetni radnici, ne moraju da se klanjaju caru i tamo je najveća čast za muškarca ili ženu, ako stupe u brak sa učiteljem, učiteljicom. U Južnoj Africi, recimo, na ulazu u univerzitet videćete tablu na kojoj je istaknuto, između ostalog, da bez obrazovanja nemamo ništa. Konačno se i kod nas nešto menja po tom pitanju, a promene donose deca, naši mladi, koji više ne žele da beže odavde, već nastoje da ovde sebi stvore državu“, priča Dragan. Uprkos nezainteresovanosti nadležnih, decenijama ova organizacija uspešno funkcioniše. „Državu ne interesuje da učestvuje u nečemu što je ključno za razvoj našeg obrazovanja, nije ih briga. Bavimo se stručnim usavršavanjem naših najboljih studenata, stručnjaka koji jednog dana treba da vode ovo društvo i zemlju. Oni se u najboljim kompanijama uče poslu, odlaze tamo da rade, ali i da se ovde vrate sa tim znanjem. Takođe, u inostranstvu su plaćeni za to što rade na praksi, dok su u Srbiji najčešće volonteri, koje poslodavci iskorišćavaju“, priča gost Mamazanije. U Srbiju su, kaže on, dolazili studenti iz najrazvijenijih zemalja sveta da rade, kako bi naši mladi mogli da odlaze tamo i da steknu kontakte, ostvare saradnju, a ovaj odbor uspevao je da obavlja razmenu i u najtežim vremenima, tokom devedesetih. „Uvek smo, putem saradnje sa kolegama u drugim zemljama, uspevali da se izborimo za studente, da odu negde i da steknu iskustvo u stručnoj praksi i kad vremena nisu bila najbolja za to. I danas su ti ljudi profesori na fakultetima, naši najveći stručnjaci u raznim oblastima, koji podržavaju mlade u njihovoj borbi, čija me je samo istrajnost iznenadila, ali pozitivno“. Studenti su shvatili, da bez obzira što je dobro otići u svet i videti, upoznati druge zemlje, narode, kulture, uvek će tamo negde biti građani drugog reda. „Oni to ne žele, a i zašto bi. Ovim što sada rade pokazuju nam kako treba, uče nas, koji smo stariji, koji nismo razmišljali kad smo zaokruživali imena na onom čuvenom listiću. Ako volite svoju decu, onda kad dođe dan odluke, dobro razmislite koja je ta osoba čije ćete ime da zaokružite, ko je ta osoba koja će im pružiti najbolje obrazovanje i uslove za život dok ne odrastu i ne steknu potpunu samostalnost“, kaže Dragan. Studentima nigde u svetu ne daju da se ujedinjuju jer njihova snaga plaši. „Svetski mediji ne prenose proteste iz Srbije onako kako bismo očekivali, a razlog je strah, da se i kod njih ne bi primio pelcer. Svi su u strahu od snage i borbe mladih ljudi za bolje društvo, za život kakav zaslužuju“, zaključuje Dragan.
