In this episode we discuss the anxious avoidant trap. This is a challenging relationship where you have an anxious attachmen style in a relationship with an avoidant attachment style. This relationship tends to be long and dysfunctional. The anxious attachment style person wants closeness and intimacy. The avoidant wants space and is uncomfortable with intimacy. The anxious attachment style has learned to calm down their attachment system by being cloeser to their partner. The avoidant attachment style has learned getting space from their partner keeps their attachment system from being triggered. And this is why they struggle in a relationship together. I am reading from a anxious attachment style subreddit in which a woman is breaking no contact because she needs her shoes back from her ex. Anytime you break no contact you risk more issues. If you don't know if your strongest attachment style is the secure attachment style, the preoccupied anxious attachment style, the dismissive avoidant attachment style, or the fearful avoidant, also known as the disorganized attachment style I have two links to help you out. The first link is a quick way to get your attachment style and also has some materials on improving your attachment style. I am giving relationship advice from two Reddit subreddits. I will be discussing boundaries, or lack of and an anxious avoidant trap in the early stages. These subreddits will cover all four attachment styles, the secure attachment style, the preoccupied anxious attachment style, the dismissive avoidant attachment style, and the fearful avoidant attachment style, which is also known as the disorganized attachment style.
Time is our greatest illusion! Many of us make decisions that may not be the best for us based on the illusion of time. What is time and how does it impact us? Our perspective of time affects everything in our lives from our health to our life partners. Time or the illusion of time determines much of our decision-making. Often, we rush into things that may need more thought because of our fear of time. Join me as we explore the illusion of time and the effect it has on our lives.

How to improve communication in your relationshipA healthy, successful relationship is built on a solid foundation of communication. However, it can be difficult to know where to start when trying to talk about your deepest feelings and desires with your partner. It's okay if you feel like things are going well between the two of you; there's always room for improvement. But before you can even think about changing things for the better, you have to know what you both want from your relationship. Here are some main points to consider when beginning conversations with your partner.Be specific and honest: it's important that both of you talk things through instead of leaving things vague and open-ended. If you start monologuing without giving your partner a chance to respond, it will be difficult for her to get a clear picture of what's going on in your mind or how she can try to help.Communicate openly and honestly: let your partner know what you feel comfortable sharing.

Relationship addiction happens when one person invests themselves too deeply in another person’s life. A lack of a strong personal identity and the need to please others can create obsessive patterns that keep you from creating healthy attachments to others. Could there be an unconscious belief that you have the ability to do what you think others want or expect and that will earn you the love and acceptance that you desire? Learn about the 7 traits of relationship addicts, the kind of boundary problems that occur in these relationships, and why the “disease to please” is both destructive and changeable! Our special guest is Dr. Jean LaCour, a tireless advocate for people in recovery and founder of the RISE professional recovery coach program.

What do you have to be thankful about these days? Lets see what there is to be thankful for now days. Lets talk.
When social media is used effectively to promote your business you are building strong relationships which can help you increase your business over time. Some of the things that you can do to improve your presence on the Internet is through blogging. Because we are in the information age and it doubles every 18 months we write blogs so we can develop relationships and conversations with people. Every one knows about Facebook and twitter, but when you combine all of these mediums together to promote yourself and your business, then you become an authority. For each blog that you write you should go on other sites and comment on other peoples blogs since this also improves your credibility as an are the on a subject. Before became a medium of marketing the only way to build relationships was face to face. Today we have the ability to send out messages and receive messages from others around the world which increases our ability of word of mouth advertising for one's business. People who should listen to this show are entrepreneurs, people with home-based businesses, career coaches, etc.
When ever someone starts a business and they have to decide how to price their services and products they need to consider what your time is worth to you. For instance you also need to consider how much you want to make for a year, then take that and break it down to what you want to earn a month, and then break it further down to what you need to make per hour. When you are selling your services to an individual may not want to charge as much as you would charge to a ccompany, because when you work with a company they have a larger budget to work with and you can also figured that you would be working with more than one individual at a time. You will also want to consider that when you work with individuals you set up different tiers of products to work with. Since you are increasing the price at each level you need to consider what you are offering and what value it has at the different levels. You should also have a wide spectrum of prices that you are working with for the different levels you are at. And also remember that you have to have developed a relationship with your customer, since the more they trust you the more they are willing to pay for your services. People who should listen to this show are entrepreneurs, home based business owners, coaches, and salesmen.
This is the final segment that will be discussing on how to start your own business entrepreneurial dos and don'ts. We will discuss taking a good look at yourself, your life, and what is driving you. Time: you will never have enough, preparation: stack the cards in your favor; management: who ever said it would be easy?, the business plan: the mental journey must precede the physical journey, strategy: how do you plan to gain sustainable competitive advantages? Human resources: your business will be only as good as your people, legal: it's a minefield out there, financial site: Money is only oxygen-- you needed to live, the business opportunity: analyze the market place and do the right marketing, supply is: you can live without them, and closing points. In this final section we will talk about entrepreneurship and why it is the way to go in the future for gainful employment. Technology is what is driving the workplace today and unless you embrace it you will be left behind in the job market. There are few jobs in corporations today and if you are lucky to get one you cannot plan on being there long term. What you can count on is using the skills you learn there and use them to work from home in your own business. People who should listen to the show are entrepreneurs, business coaches, people who are looking to have their own business, executive search consultants, and people who have a home-based business.
People are afraid of the unknown and unwilling to take the opportunity to think outside of the box and plan for the future. For the next few weeks we will discuss ways that you can start your own business. We will discuss how you can beat the odds, how you can build success and so by the future, what are some key entrepreneurial qualities. People who should listen to the show are people who are out of work, people who want to have their own business, coaches, employment agencies, etc.
There are many strategies to building relationships and sales. Think about giving away something as a gift such as an E-Book if it fits your niche. This helps you build your list of potential cutomers--you build your list with a lead capture page since everyone has to leave their name and address to get the free download. Just remember this is a strategy everyone is using so don't send emails 3-4 times a day because then it becomes spam. Once a week or once in two weeks keeps your name in front of them. You also want to give them a tip that they can use so they look for your emails. For instance, as an Inscape Publishing distributor, I was on a conference call and they were talking about awebsite called the Universe who sends out daily emails M-F, with an uplifting paragraph. I look forward to these emails. Then again, Internet Marketers send me emails 3-4-5 times a day with a free download leading to the same capture page. This means I end up with more than 200 emails to read a day. I don't even open these emails I just delete them and have now started unsubscribing to them and would never buy anything from them. So the best way to build a strong relationship is to offer something to your customer they can use. This builds a strong relationship. Another form of building a strong relationship is understanding your different communication styles and talking in thier language. People who can benefits from this show are entrepreneurs and coaches.
