Wie schützen wir in einer Welt voller geopolitischer Krisen, massiver Turbulenzen und am Aktienmarkt und zunehmenden wirtschaftlichen und politischen Unsicherheiten unser Vermögen? Das Vertrauen in etablierte Währungen wie Dollar oder Euro bei unseren Kunden schwindet," berichtet Chris Pampel, Edelsteinexperte und Geschäftsführer des Deutschen Edelstein Kontor. Zudem gelten Immobilien längst nicht mehr als sicheres Betongold. Die Sorge vor staatlichen Zugriffen hat insbesondere durch die Grundsteuerreform zugenommen. Wohin also mit dem Geld? Es gibt eine Assetklasse, die von Investoren oft übersehen wird: " Investments in #Farbedelsteine wie #Rubine, Smaragde, Saphire und Co. bieten denselben Vermögensschutz wie bei klassischen Sachwerten, haben aber zusätzliche Vorteile, die etwa Gold nicht bieten kann“, erklärt Pampel. Und sie würden sich unabhängig von den Kapitalmärkten entwickeln. Aber in welche Steine sollte man investieren? „Die ‘Big Three' – Rubin, Smaragd, Saphir – sind die Klassiker, die ich auch für ein Portfolio von etwa 100.000 Euro empfehlen würde“, sagt Pampel. Über die letzten 15 oder 20 Jahre haben diese Steine stabil jedes Jahr eine Wertsteigerung von etwa vier bis sieben Prozent erzielt und damit die Inflation deutlich übertroffen. Welche Edelsteine in Zukunft sogar noch eine weit höhere Wertsteigerung erzielen könnten, auf welche Zertifizierungen Anleger bei der Investition in Edelsteine achten sollten und was beim Verkauf wichtig ist, verrät der Edelsteinexperte exklusiv in unserem Interview.

Im RefLab-Stammtisch-Podcast sprechen die methodistische Pfarrerin und RefLab-Autorin Sarah Staub und die Kommunikations- und Inklusionsexpertin Saphir Ben Dakon über das Thema Inklusion in der Kirche und die Inklusionstage. Und darüber, was die beiden im Alltag als Menschen mit Behinderungen hässig, aber doch auch immer wieder hoffnungsvoll macht. Vom 15. Mai bis zum 15. Juni 2024 finden erneut Aktionstage unter dem Motto «Zukunft Inklusion» statt. Die reformierte Kirche ist mit vielfältigen Veranstaltungen Teil des Programms.

Um ein Klumpenrisiko zu vermeiden, sagen wir maximal zehn Prozent Beimischung mit einem Anlagehorizont von zehn Jahren und länger", so Chris Pampel. Der Edelsteinexperte vom Deutschen Edelstein Kontor weiter: "Wir müssen unterscheiden zwischen Schmuckqualität und wirklich feiner Ware, die fürs Investment geeignet ist. Vier Faktoren sind da wichtig: Farbe, Reinheit, Schliff und Größe, um wirklich Top-Werte zu erzielen. Und zu jedem Stein muss es zwei Gutachten geben." Kyla Saphir is a mother, yoga instructor, early childhood educator, and now the author of the new children's book On Brighter Days. She lives in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Nia.The inspiration for the book, On Brighter Days, came from Kyla's personal experience with secondary infertility. Kyla is the youngest of five children and wanted her daughter to have siblings as well but was not able to make that happen.
