CCA Financial Summit Agenda, Jamie Hill, Zoom, Global Head of UCaaS Jamie Hill “It's really about monetizing voice and video in a world where a lot of the conversation and a lot of the perception is that voice is kind of a legacy technology and it is a technology that is going away in some respects when the reality, if you look at some statistics and you look at how we actually communicate, is it is still absolutely critical to all of our communications,” says Jami Hill, Global Head of UCaaS for Zoom. In this podcast we get a first glance at Jamie's upcoming presentation at the CCA Financial Summit Event: Beyond the Buzz: Monetizing AI and Voice/Video Collaboration for Maximum Impact This session will kick off with an overview of building cloud offerings through multi-vendor technologies, setting the stage for a deeper dive into innovative monetization strategies and new product revenue streams. Jamie will then outline the tangible customer benefits and ROI, providing a clear 'sell-to' value story. Expect to see detailed visuals that illustrate current revenue impacts from AI compared to other solutions like CX, as well as predictions on when AI may match or exceed these revenue drivers. Gain insights into how these technologies reshape financial outcomes and align with investor interests for sustainable growth. “I want to talk about monetizing voice, part of that story is how do you drive, how do you deliver return on investment to your customers. How do you find those areas of savings? How do you find those areas of financial benefit that ultimately justifies the decision to deploy or implement a brand-new system? So that's one piece. And the other piece is AI, in a world where a lot of the context is lost in audio communications. I mean, for the most part, statistics also show that in any given presentation, five minutes after that presentation, you only remember 10%.” Visit www.zoom.com Learn about the conference https://www.cloudcommunications.com/events/financial-summit-2024

Carter Ray is described as a cinematic raconteur, colorful, charismatic, and entertaining. He recently released a single called Forever Plus One (Feb. 10, 2023), which is a cross-genre, EDM inspired ballad, a declaration of unity to span a lifetime. In 2014, Carter began documenting his transition from female to male, on the internet, in hopes of raising awareness and to help spread a message of love, validity, and the belief that no dream is too big, a message he badly needed growing up. He is now the first trans male to host his own night, “Heavenly Bodies,” at The Church at The Abbey in West Hollywood, showcasing incredible trans talent and representing the community in a very elevated way. With an award for best drama at the QueerX LA Film Festival for his debut short film The Change Up, over 500,000 social media followers, and thousands of music streams, Carter is a beacon of light and an influential advocate for the LGBQ+ community. In our conversation, Carter and I talk about how acting led to his accidental start in music, headlining Gay Pride 2022, his monthly showcase in West Hollywood, his latest single, the inspiration for his first film, his merch ideas, and tips on getting better gigs, social media marketing, and content creation, and much more. Super nice guy! I enjoyed learning about his journey. Please enjoy my conversation with Carter Ray. My guest Fia Nyxx is considered stylistically as somewhere in between Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Toni Braxton. She embraces a theatrical approach to her music and experimental clash of genres. Fia is also seen as a Hollywood glam-star, garnished with a rockstar twist. On her latest release Red Umbrella, she unleashes a masterful vision for storytelling. The album attempts to connect the dots along a path less traveled, embracing strength through vulnerability, devine-femininity, spiritual awakening, sexual liberation and a love story. Fia recorded her first album, Everything Girl, at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, AL. under the musical direction of Will McFarlane (Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, Bobby "Blue" Bland) and Brian Malouf (Michael Jackson, Queen, Madonna), and features players from the iconic Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, 'The Swampers.' She has toured the U.S. and Asia, and has been featured on the back cover of Billboard Magazine, Rolling Stone, CelebMix, Music Connection, Elicit Magazine, Prelude Press, Buzz Music, The Hype Magazine among other publications. That is the abbreviated version of her bio from FiaNyxx.com. Earlier this year, she did an impressive video for the single Escape, with dancer/choreographer Bobby Newberry (Danity Kane, Pussycat Dolls, Missy Elliot). In this conversation we talk about that video, plus PR, marketing, common indie artist struggles, release strategy, recording studio lessons, building confidence through repetition, and theatrical performance. I believe Fia was suffering from allergies or possibly a cold when we spoke. Fia, I hope you're all better now. Please enjoy this conversation with me and singer, songwriter, performer Fia Nyxx. It's not all fun and games when the net is down. Dave and Evan meet with Mo Nezarati, President of Voice at Subspace. A funny thing happened to the folks at Subspace when they set out to improve gaming, they discovered how to upgrade the entire internet. Subspace harnesses the power of games to improve real-time apps. Latency and other network issues deprive us all from the online experience we deserve and expect. The obvious solution is to build a high performance, global platform that can personalize network performance for our specific situation - that's what Subspace did. It uses gaming data to fix the performance of real-time applications around the globe. Mo is a voice pro. He has technical chops and understands the business side too. His career experience includes 26 years at Esna, a company he co-founded. Esna was acquired by Avaya in 2015, and that's where Mo launched Zang. That service is now known as Avaya OneCloud Spaces and CPaaS, and are among Avaya's most significant recent launches. He did a short tour at Sangoma after Avaya and landed at Subspace about a year ago.

Greg Webb and Kiki Carter Webb have written and performed music for many years around northern Minnesota. Their duo is called Dancing Light, and they are used to performing 60-75 times a year. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed things significantly. "It's been a challenge," says Greg."We don't seek gigs anymore...We put out one little video from home. We recorded one song and sent it out. We haven't done much more than that. We're a little traumatized; not functioning at our normal level, which is...strange." One project that did bring the duo back into the music scene came out of their hometown in Gainesville Florida. It was an audio/video collaboration developed by songwriter Bob McPeek, called On the Other Side . "He initially wrote the song for himself," Greg explained, "because he was really worried about what was going on with the pandemic in our world. He was inspired by the frontline workers in health care, and the other frontline workers that were defending us. He thought to
