Let's face it, businesses love to show off. When you're representing a brand, you want to show off that brand with office spaces that are clean and comfortable with all the amenities a workspace requires. Before covid ("BC") even startup companies sunk big money and effort into making their workplace attractive. Now post-COVID ("PC") hybrid workstations and shared open workstations have become standard. In fact, companies have downscaled their physical spaces since there is no need to have a giant building that sits empty most days. So what does a startup or even any size company do when it needs a meeting place that isn't cluttered and is more private than a coffee house? Host Jack Russo sits down with Veery Offices Founders Vickey Li and Johnny Yeh to learn about flexible office spaces in Silicon Valley that companies can rent whenever they need them. https://veeryoffices.com/ Jack Russo Managing Partner Jrusso@computerlaw.com www.computerlaw.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/jackrusso "Every Entrepreneur Imagines a Better World"®️

“The stakes of this transition are incredibly high. It is therefore critical for SMEs to choose a suitable meeting room solution to transform to a hybrid working mode,” says Eric Liu, Senior Product Marketing Manager Yealink. In this podcast, Liu discusses the rapidly changing workplace and how revolutionary workplace changes are driving new needs. “Companies are considering how to reconfigure in-office meeting and conferencing spaces so they can deliver better experiences for remote participants in a hybrid work environment. And more companies are investing in setting up professional meeting room systems,” adds Liu. We dive into these trends, discuss their impact, and explore Yealink's products and approach to matching these needs. We learn about products such as the Yealink MeetingBar, which builds on AI video features with Auto Framing, Speaker Tracking, Picture-in-Picture and Multi-Focus Framing, seamlessly delivering the immersive and user-friendly meeting experience. “Yealink MeetingBar is not a single solution, it can work with the RoomPanel to offer a one-stop meeting room experience. Features like book a room, check-in and the knock-knock are super useful in our daily meeting activity. All these bring SME customers to a better, modern workplace by one single provider. And all these features make it a cost-effective choice, especially for SMEs.” Visit www.yealink.com
Sign up to all live workshops and podcasts here: https://lu.ma/fullfunnel1. Keeping product positioning differentiatingThey key to monitor the market and keep the positioning unique and meaningful. The ClickShare product went through three stages: 1. Startup phase, where ClickShare was positioned as a Barco product, adding credibility to the new proposition2. Scaling phase, where they looked for the core value, and positioned ClickShare as the "cable killer". This positioning did wonders because all of a sudden, everybody knew, "hey, here's ClickShare, I can get on screen with just one click (an no cables)"3. A few years later, the team realized that the "cable killer" may not do 100% justice to a product that's become fully networked and targeted primarily at the IT manager. With COVID coming along, they repositioned the product as a better way to do hybrid meetings, with a new series of product ClickShare Conference.2. Using stringent criteria for MQL, as qualified by salesMQL at Barco is qualified by sales.Inside sales speak with the prospect, and qualify their need, budget, timeline and decision authority. An amazing 99%+ of MQLs end up being accepted by sales. 3. Running a free trial program — for a hardware product This program has a whooping 50% conversion rate (from a trial to a deal). Barco actually ships a box with a base unit, the receiver, and also the click share buttons — along with instructions on how to set it up. There is also a helpline available that can assist you if need be.4. Investing in thought leadership that gets you PRYou don't often think of thought leadership when it comes to hardware product. But Barco recognized early on the opportunity to claim thought leadership around the future of meetings. For example, Barco introduced the meeting barometer research around the question "Did meetings get better for you over the last six months?". This brought them: - Major media attention (e.g. interview on Sky News on Sunday morning and lots of press)- Sales enablement material that sales people could use as a conversation starter5. Running a sales enablement program Barco has a combined go-to-market: - Indirect, via a network of 5000+ resellers globally- Direct for Fortune 1000 accounts (Barco's internal sales team) The sales enablement program has three pillars: - Creation, making sure that partners and the internal sales team have the right assets available. The key is to have lots of conversations with the sales team, partners, product management, customer councils... - Communication, because you can build the best possible set of assets, but they are not valuable if nobody knows where to find them- Evaluation, which is a continuous process of checking which assets are actually getting used and liked, and which of them need an updateRESOURCES:Lieven on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lieven-bertier/ClickShare https://www.barco.com/en/clickshareOn-Demand B2B Marketing Courses: https://fullfunnel.io/b2b-marketing-courses/Full-Funnel Insider - A Marketing Newsletter For B2B Marketers: https://fullfunnel.io/marketing-newslJoin our community for B2B marketers - The Trenches: https://sendfox.com/trenchesUpcoming events: https://lu.ma/fullfunnel/eventsFull-Funnel Marketing Content Hub: https://fullfunnel.io/blog

What do Mark Zuckerberg’s home, the University of Notre Dame, the biggest casino in Reno, and Shopify’s offices all have in common? They’re are all powered by Crestron technology. Who is this $1.5B silent leader that’s transforming how we live, work, learn and play? Crestron was founded in 1971 and has come a long way from its A/V nerd roots. Today, they’re at the forefront of cutting edge technology that is, in a nutshell, making our lives easier. Crestron is partnering with companies like Apple and Amazon to connect all facets of our lives. For example, in a Crestron-powered meeting room, you could say, “Alexa, start my meeting,” and you will automatically be dialed-in to a conference line with your presentation displayed on the screen. Meeting rooms aren’t all they’re doing. Crestron’s circadian lighting is helping improve productivity AND sleep schedules. Its smart home technology is customizable and easy to use. They’re making “smart” hospital rooms that improve patient and physician experiences. Crestron’s director of enterprise technology, Dan Jackson joins me on my daily tech podcast to talks about what the technology-powered world of the future looks like. We talk about how technology is transforming the workspace and what changes are on the horizon. Dan Jackson has been working at Crestron since January 2006. Prior to that, he held positions with Elexos and Zemma Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering & Economics from Northwestern University and is based in New York.

Part of the ROI on the project was to add two additional private team spaces and a meeting room. If you've discovered that private spaces should be a more prevalent part of your product mix, this is a must-listen.
