Ama yılı kapatırken “Aile Yılı”nın gösterdiği gerçekler başka: Emekçi kadınlar için artan yoksulluk, fabrikada emeğinin daha değersiz hale gelmesi, evdeki emeğinin daha görünmez olması, bakım yükünün katlanması, şiddete maruz kalan ve kadın cinayetlerinde yaşamını yitiren kadınlar…İktidarın sözcüleri yine işlerini yaptılar tabii. “1,5 milyon kadını istihdama kazandırdık” diyorlar. Evet, 1,5 milyon kadın “Aile Yılı”nda emekçi ailesi açlıkla terbiye edildiği için, geçinemediği için işgücüne katıldı. Esas soru ise şu: Bu 1,5 milyon kadın ne tür işlerde, hangi şartlarda istihdam edildi? Cevap belli: düşük ücretlerle, güvencesiz, yarı zamanlı, esneklik adı altında kuralsızlığın hâkim olduğu işlerde.Tüm bunlar ortadayken kadın emeğine yönelik saldırının bir cephesi de metal işkolunun en büyük toplu iş sözleşmesi masası oldu. Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS), yaklaşık 150 bin işçiyi kapsayan grup TİS görüşmelerinde kadın işçilerin günlük bir buçuk saatlik süt iznini birleştirerek haftada bir tam gün izin kullanmasını sağlayan maddenin sözleşmeden çıkarılmasını talep etti. Sözleşmeye bir gün refakatçi izni eklenmesi talebini reddetti. İşyerinde şiddet ve tacizi önlemek için Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü ILO'nun bu konuda temel bir çerçeve sunan 190 sayılı sözleşmesinin referans alınması talebini de yine MESS kabul etmedi. Kim bu MESS fabrikaları? Arçelik'ler Ford'lar, Mercedes'ler, Bosch'lar… Yıllardır 8 Mart'larda pembe kurdelelerle, sosyal medya iletişimleriyle, “HeForShe gönüllüsüyüz”, “cam tavanları birlikte kırıyoruz”, “kadına yönelik şiddete sıfır tolerans” kampanyalarıyla ortalıkta poz kesiyorlar. Bazıları kendini kaptırıp 8 Mart'ı, Dünya Emekçi Kadınlar Günü diye kutlamaya bile kalkıyor. Yılda bir gün fabrikalara, işyerlerine mor balon asıp, çalışan kadınlara çiçek dağıtıp sosyal medyada cinsiyet eşitliği dersi verenlerle bugün süt iznine göz dikenler aynı şirketler! “Şiddete sıfır tolerans” diye boy boy reklam yapanlar, otellerin konferans salonlarında konuşmalar yapanlarla ILO 190'ı reddedenler aynı şirketler! Kadın mühendisliği teşvik ediyoruz diye afişler bastırıp, “İşin cinsiyeti yok, kadınların yapamayacağı iş yok!” diye reklam filmi çekenlerle hafif işlerde çalışabilir raporu alan işçi patronun önerdiği işi kabul etmezse ihbar tazminatını vermeden kapının önüne koyabileyim isteyen aynı patronlar! Ama bu tutarsızlık değil, ikiyüzlülük değil, bu MESS düzeninin ta kendisi, sermayenin çıkarlarını her şeyin üzerinde tutan kapitalist sistemin gerçeği. Sorun kadınların ilerlemesinin önünde görünmez cam tavanlar değil, patronların işçilerin haklarını gasbetmeye yönelik dayatmaları. Sorun eşitlik maskelerinin ardında kadın erkek ayırt etmeksizin bütün işçileri aşağıda gören, hor gören erkek egemen kapitalist düzen.
