Researching on the Mary Ferrell site, Paul discovered a significant letter from 1960. Read more. Explicit information in the letter is regarding the removal of Castro from power in Cuba. As early as 1960, Lansdale was influencing in the dirty tricks category in respects to Cuba. Tactics like manipulation of information, planting false evidence, setting up Patsies, blaming people etc.. Ed Lansdale had been involved in Operation Mongoose & was a key figure in Kennedy's assassination. Col. Fletcher Prouty worked with Ed Lansdale, having detailed information about Lansdale's history. Lansdale position in the world of espionage was to aid the French resistance during WWII. During WWII, Lansdale was in the OSS & sent to the Philippines by General Charles Willoughby. Paul Helliwell will be revealed to be money behind the assassination Allen Dulles stated Lansdale was one of his best men, helping to fight off communism in Vietnam. Prior to WWII Lansdale was involved in the advertising world. Advertising is mass psychology. Both David Atlee Phillips & Ed Lansdale were experts in the art of psychological warfare. An advisor to Ramon Magsaysay, Lansdale was given the role by Dulles to fight off the Huks movement. The Huks farmers were rebelling against the forced rural reformation that was taking place in the Philippines. Lansdale later became an advisor to the French in Vietnam. Excom was the Executive Committee that Kennedy organized to help him problem solve during the crisis. Robert Kennedy, CIA's John McCone, JCS members & others were on the board of the Excom Committee. Ed Lansdale's go to person at the CIA was William K. Harvey. Harvey is another key figure in JFK's murder. Policy would be set up, directions sent to SAS, SAS would create plan to follow through with objective. Prouty had been sent to the South Pole escorting VIPS, conveniently out of the way for JFK's murderers. Previously Prouty had been involved in Eissenhower's security when he visited Mexico City. Fletcher Prouty identifies Ed Lansdale in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Listen as Len gives a detailed background of Prouty's timeline before the assassination. Prouty believed Lansdale was involved in Prouty being sent to the South Pole just before the assassination. Was Ed Lansdale captured walking in the photos that were taken of the three tramps in Dealey Plaza? Why would Lansdale be in Dallas? Did anyone ever asked him? No one has thought that Lansdale was a shooter in Dealey Plaza, more of an organizational support person. Prouty was able to remove documents before his retirement by having his secretaries not stamp TOP SECRET. In Prouty's last days, he offered his collection of records & government papers to Len. Author & JFK Researcher Paul Bleau The PEPE Letters - article on the Kennedys and King website. The JFK Assassination Chokeholds : Books - Amazon.ca The Man Who Knew Too Much: Dick Russell, Dick: Amazon.ca: Books Paul came across the Pepe letters sent from Cuba in 1962 to Mexico on the Mary Ferrell site. The Pepe letters were created to implicate Castro & the Cubans in the pending assassination of JFK. When reading the letters from 1962, Paul recognized patterns with the Pedro Charles letters sent in 63. Postmarked shortly after the assassination, the letters were sent from Havana & dismissed by Hoover as a hoax. How many people in November 1963 would have known about Oswald’s trip to Mexico City? Only the CIA or FBI in Mexico City would have known the information relayed in the letters? Paul realized there is a sort of template for the style of suspicious letter writing, linked to the FPCC. Information in the files indicate there were multiple plots to assassinate JFK, following a playbook created before 63. There were FPFC links between Florida, Chicago, Dallas & rumoured Los Angeles assassination plots. Ret. Army Capt. Richard Case Nagell had FPFC flyers in his vehicle at the time of his arrest. When the ARRB was being set up, the ONI & Jesus Angleton destroyed significant assassination files. Why did the Secret Service destroy all of Kennedy's travel files (including trips to Chicago & Florida)? The FBI & Secret Service were worried about the Pepe letters, doing more work on these letters than the others. If you find out who created the Pepe letters, will you discover that the same people are behind the assassination? Previous researchers have also worked on the Pepe letters. Paul has expanded & enhanced this research with his own. ZR-RIFLE was led by rouge high level CIA agents who were involved in the failed Bay of Pigs operation. The sender of the letters from Havana was directly connected to the Fair Play For Cuba committee. There was a central coordination of efforts regarding the assassination of JFK. Were plans for JFK's assassination created after the Cuban Missile Crisis or before? Isn't it suspicious that Lee Harvey Oswald was ALSO connected to the Fair Play For Cuba committee? The FBI concluded that the Pepe letters were written by David Menendez, FPCC member in Tampa, Fl. Menedez moved from Tampa back to Cuba where he works closely to Castro. FBI reports state they were comparing Menedez writings to his correspondence with V.T. Lee. Menendez & his wife were both heavily involved in the Fair Play For Cuba committee in Tampa. The ZR-RIFLE is an executive action assassination program perfected by William Harvey. Phony paper trails, provisions for using patsies & blaming the opponents are methods used in ZR-RIFLE. Paul encourages people to look into the ZR-RIFLE program. Oswald in Mexico City was a false flag event, to set the narrative that he was conspiring with Russian & Cuban agents. Hoover confirmed that Oswald had been impersonated in Mexico.

  Paul returned to Quebec from visiting Dallas, TX & gives an overview of his conference experiences! The 2024 conference experience was enhanced by taking the tour of Oswald's 'escape' from the TSBD. Paul was able to visit Lee's rooming house, the backyard on Neely & the Texas Theatre. Following Lee's proposed steps & timeline by the Warren Commission, you realize it was impossible. While there were similarities, witnesses of the Tippit murder refused to ID Oswald as the shooter. Paul visited Jack Ruby's Marsala apartment building, noting close proximity to the Texas Theatre. Lee & Marina's prior home on Neely is abandoned & falling apart. Visit while you still can. Paul is currently reading 'Admitted Assassin' by Brian K. Edwards. Why would Lee's cab driver drop him off six blocks from his boarding house? How many times do we have to prove that Kennedy was shot from the front? Expand your research. Are we seeing the same puppeteers with the historic political assassinations? Len feels there are 2 sorts of researchers, either focused on Dealey Plaza or focused on the big picture. This years attendance at the conference was very low for some reason... Paul encourages Len to hold a quality JFK event perhaps in New Orleans. Len reminisces the Black Op Radio event 2010 at Hawaii, John Armstrong, Mark De Valk, Wes Swearingen attended. Part II - Paul Bleau, Jeff Crudele, Andrew Iler Paul Jeff and Andrew reveal what they discovered at National Archives Their website JFK Chokeholds The Black Vault - Online Document Archive - The Black Vault Mary Ferrell Website In 1992 Oliver Stone's JFK film gained extensive attention & highlighted the withheld documents. The American public were outraged that thousands of records were still classified. 9C3B of the JFK Records Act imposes a ministerial duty on the ARRB to itemize record inventory. The records were specified if they were still to be held as postponed, or with specific release dates. In the ARRB's final report, they were required to set a date for all JFK records being held. Andrew often frequents the Mary Ferrell Foundation & The Black Vault when researching. Internal ARRB memo of June 1997 mentions huge backlog of records, processing 4+ million records. Final determination forms were created for every single record that was archived by the ARRB. Paul, Jeff & Andrew met at College Park, MD to go through archived records before the conference. The men had goals to work together in order to get as many records copied as possible. Andrew went through 12 boxes of archived records without finding any final determination forms. On the 13th box, Andrew was relieved finding it full of final determination forms. These forms are critical because the ARRB was an independent, high level, federal government agency. In essence, these forms are all court orders. Archivists have a legal obligation to comply with the ARRB's final orders. The majority of the records have a release date of 2006, yet they remain behind closed doors. Why? Paul worked as Andrew's research assistant searching up RIF #'s while onsite at the archives. Neither Trump nor Biden has had the power to postpone JFK assassination records! Even the most experienced of archivists have struggles finding JFK documents due to disorganization. There should be over 100,000 of the final determination forms but boxes of forms are missing. Andrew has requested the final determination forms for JFK files still being held from the public. The final determination forms are not indexed, they're mislabelled & actually filed under subject titles. The archivists at College Park, Maryland were all very helpful & professional.

Paul had a copy of Chokeholds that he took with him to the radio station, helping secure an interview. The French are still very interested in the JFK assassination research & curious about Trump. All of the towns that Paul visited, had a Kennedy St., Kennedy Blvd., Kennedy Rd., etc.. Jim has invited Paul to speak on a panel at the CAPA upcoming conference in Dallas this November. Paul is also a confirmed returning speaker at the 2024 Lancer conference in Dallas. Paul is involved in a joint research project with Jeff Meek & Dave Boylan. Over 100 JFK researchers who are extremely knowledgeable participated in a survey. Information collected from the survey focused on the who, why, how, timeline etc.. There are several personal interviews with researchers & authors discussing the survey data. Information was also collected from historic JFK investigators like Gaeton Fonzi, Garrison, Prouty etc.. 2019's petition describes the skeleton of the assassination & had over 2,500 supporting signatures. The people who signed the petition feel the JFK assassination was a change of regime. Dave Boylan has created ORC charts for the people of interest in 1963 including intelligence agencies. The same compromised people keep popping up repeatedly in global events. There were approximately 20 different regime changes from Operation Gladio to the Iran Contra. David Atlee Phillips was a "regime changer", participating in Guatemala, the Bay of Pigs, JFK, etc.. Paul Abbott created a master index for the Garrison files, a very valuable tool for researchers. Dr Jade Bleau is a plant scientist looking at molecular interactions between plants and aphids. Hello everyone and welcome to the JFK enduring secret YouTube channel. On the YouTube channel we bring to the audience video episodes  that we don't feature on the regular podcast channel. Was it really the work of a lone nut…as the Warren Commission would have you believe…or was it a conspiracy to assassinate…and worse yet…was it actually a coup de'tat…. The opinion of the American people is what is ultimately important here so its not surprising that the organized question about it all has been layed at the feet of the American public…Time and again…and the polls have varied over time….with events like Oliver Stones JFK movie really moving the needle toward conspiracy when it comes to public opinion…but the truth about the matter is that very few people in the American public have studied the case in a great matter of depth……for years the JFK assassination research community, faced with limited access to records and disproportionate need to speculate….has varied greatly in its beliefs….creating its own myths and undermining the very reason for being…to find the truth…about just who killed JFK and why…But as the light dims some 60 years later on the original witnesses to the crime and its aftermath…something interesting is happening….with so much of the puzzle solved…consensus is evolving and while there are still many things unknown ….there also springs in this new age…a foundtain of hope…as the mountain of evidence begins to point generally in the same general direction…that means less controversy perhaps…but it also has spawned a new question…with so much known…now…why not ask the small coterie of individuals that currently possess a great deal of knowledge….about the assassination…what they think…and do it in an organized fashion…an academic approach to conducting survey or poll if you will…and this time…it wont just be the public at large…but it will be a sizable sampling of the jfk assassination research community….Researcher Paul  Bleau takes us through his research to see if  if there is consensus on many of the major aspects of this case…and where the research community might concentrate its efforts next…collectively to accelerate the advancement around this last few puzzle pieces that are necessary to solve the who, why and how that still seems to exist…at least in part…around the case…And today we have the distinguished Jefferson Morley with us along with another accomplished researcher Johnn Cairnes. Began cheerleading in the 3rd grade. Wasn't the greatest student (grades), but enjoyed the social aspects of school. I wasn't the worst either. Math & science were weak spots. *I didn't grow up poor, but did have a lot of emotional issues. My mom is a narcissist. The only loving person in my life, my dad, was ALWAYS gone. Not enough character space to talk about her in this bio. Went through some things (molestation, rape). This would shape who I would be for a very long time. A pushover/doormat. Figured myself out in my late 30's. But didn't have the strength to stand up and be my authentic self until mid-40's. 1985 -Was sent off to an HBCU – big mistake! Didn't make it. Met the wrong man. Dropped out. Gained an unhealthy amount of life experience. 1987 - He went to jail which gave me a chance to come out of the fog. I joined the US Air Force. Met my first husband while in AIT, Denver, Colorado. A sweet man but an alcoholic. The kindest sweetest drug addict I've ever met. 1992 - 17 years as a single mother. Pure hell. Got into trouble with the law – Hanging out with a booster for the money. Charged as an accessory to all of her crimes. Not once, not twice but three times. 1997 -Finally got my shit together after finding a job in Temple. Pactiv – as a clamp truck operator. Fork lift operator. Logistics was super fun. Had an affair with the supervisor. Married man. Big mistake. 2003 - Started school at Temple college to become a Certified Surgical Technologist. That would change my life forever. It was, to this day, the second hardest thing I've ever done. 2010- Because I kept going to school behind the scenes, there came a day when the Director of the ST program had a full on mental health crisis and was highly encouraged to resign. I was the only one left standing with a Bachelors and had started my Masters. I became the Director of the Surgical Technology program at Temple College. The ONLY Black Director on staff at the time. One of few Black instructors period. November 2011 - Met my future husband on a website. We didn't tell anyone until after we had been married for dang near 6 years. We married December 31, 2012. Summer 2018 – Husband diagnosed with cancer. That was the biggest shit show I've ever experienced. January 2019 – He died. And a piece of me died with him.
