What if some of the battles you're facing aren't just emotional—they're spiritual? In this week's episode, Laura and Nicoletta take a deep dive into the realities of envy, comparison, pride, body image, social media, and the approval of man, while exploring a topic many Christians avoid: spiritual warfare. Drawing from Scripture and personal experiences, they discuss how the enemy often uses subtle tactics to distract believers, create division, fuel insecurity, and keep people trapped in cycles of comparison and self-focus. If you've ever struggled with comparison, insecurity, people-pleasing, spiritual warfare, body image, social media pressure, or feeling stuck in patterns that seem impossible to break, this episode will challenge you to examine what's happening beneath the surface and remind you of the victory already available through Jesus. What if the reason you're exhausted is because you're still trying to earn something God has already freely given? In this episode, Laura and Nicoletta continue their study through Romans by exploring the powerful truths found in Romans 3. Together, they unpack what Paul means when he says that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and why that truth ultimately points us to the grace of Jesus. Through biblical teaching and personal stories, they discuss perfectionism, performance-based faith, and the pressure many Christians feel to constantly do more for God. If you've ever felt like you're not doing enough, this conversation is a reminder that God's love is not earned through performance—it is received through faith in Jesus. Join Laura and Nicoletta as they discuss why grace changes everything and how Romans 3 can transform the way you view God, yourself, and the gospel. Learn more about your ad choices. The girls also talk about sharing the gospel, and Laura reminds us that the Bible says we are not the ones with the power to save people… the gospel itself is the power of God unto salvation.

As the digitization of the economy accelerates, the friction points facing the adoption of cryptocurrency are becoming more evident. The benefits of on-ramping to stablecoin are obvious: faster and more efficient money exchanges and improved cross-border transfers. Complicating adoption, however, are the challenges regulators face in assessing the risks associated with blockchain and defining the technology. Add to that the weight of an antiquated banking system and earning the public's trust regarding their financial security. Ultimately, how do we best position ourselves to harness the benefits of crypto? And how do we make stablecoin accessible to everyone, not just tech-forward corporations? For this episode, Shane is joined by Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron. At Polygon, Boiron works with all aspects of the organization to scale out the company's Open Money Stack and integrated services. Boiron is uniquely suited to answer these questions, having previously served as Polygon's chief legal officer and understanding what policies it takes to move the economy on-chain. His background in both law and business positions him well to tackle the world of blockchain. Also joining the conversation is Nicoletta Kolpakov. She is the director of the Cirrus Institute, where she leads research and policy analysis in blockchain, digital finance, and AI.
In today's episode, I'm opening the first chapter of what I believe is the most important series I've ever created — a deep dive into progesterone and why it became the heart of my medical practice. For more than 20 years, I've watched this “simple, humble hormone” transform women's lives in ways most conventional medicine overlooks. What started in two small treatment rooms has grown into a 25,000 sq ft facility, and the core of our success comes down to understanding progesterone's impact on the female brain, stress response, and emotional resilience. In this episode, I break down: Why progesterone is far more than a reproductive hormone How it regulates the female stress response (amygdala, hippocampus, prefrontal cortex) Why anxiety, insomnia, irritability, and emotional overwhelm often map directly to progesterone decline Why so many women feel “unraveled” in their 40s — and why it's not their fault The science behind oral vs. sublingual progesterone (and why I use troches) How conventional medicine often misses the root cause The importance of physicians showing their work, their data, and their citations The lived stories and clinical outcomes that changed how I practice medicine If you've ever felt dismissed, unseen, or told that your anxiety or mood changes are “just stress,” this episode is for you. This is the beginning of a 7-part series where I break down the neurobiology, endocrinology, testing, dosing, delivery methods, breast health, perimenopause, and more. Y'all, today's episode was SO powerful and near to my heart! I got to sit down with one of my dear friends, Nicoletta Bradley—yes, the Nicoletta from Call Her Holy—and WOW, we went deep. We talked all things body image, identity, eating disorders, and singleness, and how Jesus truly redeems it all. Nicoletta opened up about her journey through a 20-year battle with eating disorders, a broken engagement, and how the Lord birthed Noble Fitness Ministries from her healing. We also dove into the gift of singleness, the dangers of cultural lies, and the power of knowing who you are in Christ. We even touched on spiritual gifts like prophecy and tongues and how God is still moving today! I'm seriously so proud of Nicoletta and know this will encourage so many of you.
