Welcome to this week's podcast.
Manifestation is the art of bringing one's desires into reality through the power of focused intention and belief. Whether a person subscribes to the concept or not, their thoughts and emotions continuously influence their life circumstances. However, true power in manifestation lies in the ability to direct these mental energies towards specific goals consciously. When one gains control over the manifestations that come their way, they unlock the potential to shape their destiny and achieve their dreams, demonstrating the remarkable synergy between belief, intention, and tangible outcomes.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/conspiracy-theories--5194379/support.

Say It Skillfully® is a show that helps you to benefit from Molly Tschang's expert guidance on the best possible ways to speak your mind at work in a positive and productive manner. Episode #74 is Molly's #1 “growth” episode for you. If you've had self-doubt, if you've been confused about what's next… if you're a parent, please have a listen (perhaps with your kids)—without judgment and with compassion. She hopes you'll be a better you for doing so. Molly's guest is Noah Fense, hip hop artist, entrepreneur, event curator, and founder of Foresee—a music and arts collective label (4C: Conscious Conduits Constantly Connected). He shares his journey; one that is simultaneously sobering, humbling and enlightening. After years of suffering from drug addiction, mental illness, homelessness, low self-confidence and legal issues, Noah rediscovered himself at his lowest and realized the unlimited potential that we all possess within. His spiritual awakening led to a complete transformation as he met the essence of his true self. “Calculated rhymes, carefully spiced and layered with thought-provoking word play, emotional concepts and storytelling, multisyllabic rhyme schemes, ill punchlines, hard bars and deep metaphors...” Noah now creates music with the intention to uplift and drops gems that if caught, can transform the listener into something greater than who they believed themselves to be. As he fulfills his potential, Noah inspires others to realize theirs. This episode will help you reconsider the meaning you give to life. Happy Birthday to our host, Lina! In this special solo episode, Lina reflects on her journey through mental health and motherhood in the last year. As Lina turns 34, she explores what success and happiness means to her. She shares that last year she put her mental health at the forefront and the benefits she's seen, especially as the end of year means burn out for most people and she has been able to maintain an energized and motivated state. Lina also shares that her most DM'd question is how she lost "the baby weight" and her thoughts around snapback culture and the complicated subject of weight-loss with someone who has a history of eating disorder. She talks about losing weight while being mindful that she doesn't repeat any disordered eating patterns. As Lina looks towards the new year, she shares the things that she sees for herself: taking less brand deals on Instagram, growing her side-business as an influencer talent manager, and continuing to manage her mental health and put her focus on self-care. She also talks about the journey into getting pregnant again and the longer it takes, the more unsure she is about having another baby. Lina shares that their life as a family of 3 feels "complete" and the complex feelings around adding another family member. On Tuesday, Kansas voters rejected a ballot measure that would have allowed the Republican-controlled legislature to tighten restrictions on abortion or ban the procedure outright. Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker has signed into law a measure establishing abortion as a constitutional right in his state. When the Dobbs decision was handed down in June overturning Roe v. Wade, like many who responded to the decision, I noted that the battle would now move to the states. And so it has. However, I did not see one major development.
