Genau das war der Ausgangspunkt im aktuellen KI-Café: Wenn du mit KI wirklich Wirkung erzielen willst, brauchst du zuerst eines – eine klare Perspektive auf deine eigene Rolle. Denn nur wenn du weißt, wer du beruflich bist, kannst du erkennen, was du mit KI sinnvoll anfangen kannst – und was nicht. Wer diese Perspektive ignoriert, riskiert Beliebigkeit: Dann wird KI zur Spielerei, statt zu einem echten Hebel. Wenn du dir hingegen bewusst machst, in welcher Funktion du KI einsetzt, wird klar, welche Tools, Workflows und Strategien für dich wirklich passen – und welche dich nur aufhalten.   Echte Use Cases kommen aus dir selbst Oft begegnen uns Aussagen wie „Ich will mein Social Media automatisieren“ oder „Ich will mein Workbook mit KI erstellen“. Das sind legitime Wünsche – aber erst der Blick auf deine Rolle macht daraus echte Anwendungsfälle. Wenn du z. B. als Facilitator unterwegs bist, ergibt sich aus deiner täglichen Arbeit ein völlig anderer Use Case als für eine Marketingleiterin oder einen Sportvereinskommunikator. Es geht darum, den Wunsch mit deinem eigenen Kontext zu verknüpfen – dann wird er relevant und umsetzbar.   Umsetzung schlägt Planung Sobald du deinen Kontext kennst und konkrete Anwendungsfälle definiert hast, kommt der nächste Schritt: Machen. Und genau hier trennt sich der KI-Tourist vom KI-Unternehmer. Denn KI bringt dir keine Ergebnisse, wenn du sie nur beobachtest. Du musst sie testen, anwenden, anpassen. Nicht alles wird sofort funktionieren – aber aus der Aktion heraus lernst du schneller, baust Kompetenzen auf und entwickelst deinen eigenen Stil im Umgang mit KI.   Fazit: Klarheit bringt Wirkung Wenn du mit KI arbeiten willst, dann fang nicht bei ChatGPT an – fang bei dir an. Frag dich: Wer bin ich beruflich? Welche Herausforderungen habe ich? Was will ich wirklich erreichen? Diese innere Klarheit ist der Schlüssel zu jedem wirksamen KI-Einsatz. Tools kommen und gehen. Deine Rolle bleibt. Vom Aha zum Agenten: Warum Tools nicht das Ziel sind   Du erinnerst dich vielleicht an den 30. November 2022. Für viele war das der Startschuss. OpenAI stellte ChatGPT vor – und zack: Ein kollektives Aha! ging durch die Welt. Auch bei uns. Dieser eine Moment, wo klar wurde: Die Zukunft ist jetzt. Generative KI ist nicht nur ein Hype – sie verändert alles. Doch was kam danach? Wir testeten, bastelten, kombinierten – auf der großen KI-Spielwiese. Jede neue Funktion, jedes Tool war wie ein neues Spielzeug. Und ja, es gab viele neue Aha-Momente. Aber mit jedem Tool, das dazukam, wuchs auch der Druck.   Der Tool-Strudel: Wenn mehr nicht gleich besser ist Kennst du das Gefühl, im Tool-Dschungel die Orientierung zu verlieren? Willkommen im Tool-Strudel. Immer neue KI-Tools, Lifetime-Deals, Prompts, Hacks. Viele landen dort – manche finden nie mehr raus. Doch genau da haben wir die Notbremse gezogen. Denn Tools sind nicht die Lösung. Sie sind nur Mittel zum Zweck.   Der Wendepunkt: Prinzipien statt Tools Wir haben erkannt: Es geht nicht um das Tool. Es geht um das Prinzip dahinter. Was macht ein gutes KI-Gespräch aus? Wie frage ich richtig? Wie nutze ich KI als Sparringspartner – nicht als Gimmick? Gerade im Bereich der Conversational AI geht es nicht um Technik, sondern um Kommunikation. Wer keine guten Fragen stellt, wird auch keine brauchbaren Antworten bekommen – weder vom Menschen noch von der KI.   Vom Anwendungsfall zur Lösung Lange Zeit war die Devise: Denk vom Anwendungsfall her. Und ja, das war wichtig. Aber heute gehen wir noch einen Schritt weiter: Wir denken in Lösungen und Wirkungsräumen. Es geht nicht nur darum, was du mit KI machen kannst, sondern welchen Impact du mit ihr erzielst. Ein Beispiel: In der Beratung geht es nicht um einen Avatar, der Kundenfragen beantwortet, während du am Strand liegst. Es geht darum, wie du mit KI deine Beratung so gestaltest, dass sie schneller, zielgerichteter und skalierbarer wird – ohne an Tiefe zu verlieren.   Deine Reise mit KI: Vom Tool-Nutzer zum Lösungs-Denker Wenn du gerade erst in die Welt der KI einsteigst, brauchst du keine endlose Liste an Tools oder komplizierte Setups. Starte mit den Bordmitteln – ChatGPT, ein einfaches Notiz-Tool, vielleicht etwas zur Visualisierung. Mehr ist für den Anfang nicht nötig. Entscheidend ist, dass du dir eine neue Denkweise aneignest: Stelle bessere Fragen, verstehe die Prinzipien hinter der Technologie und entwickle ein Gespür dafür, in welchen Wirkungsräumen du mit KI echte Veränderungen bewirken kannst. Nicht der Umfang deines Tool-Koffers entscheidet über deinen Erfolg, sondern wie du die Möglichkeiten nutzt. Der Schlüssel liegt nicht in der Technik, sondern in deiner Haltung. Außerdem reden Alkis und Marco über Musiklizenzen und Flaggenpolitik.Das Wiener Geschwisterpaar Abor & Tynna sind von Haus aus mit klassischer Musik aufgewachsen, der Vater ist Cellist bei den Wiener Philharmonikern, beide Elternteile haben ungarische Wurzeln. She mentioned, for example, “fake expiration dates” and using a “current policy” baseline. A key feature of the recently passed congressional budget resolution is the use of a current policy baseline to assume that extending the expiration date of the 2017 tax cuts will have no budgetary effect.
