Trois ingénieurs agroalimentaires, anciens grands groupes, qui ont tout quitté pour construire quelque chose qui leur ressemble.KIGNON, c'est un biscuit bio fabriqué à partir de pain invendu, conditionné par des travailleurs en situation de handicap dans un ESAT en Loire-Atlantique. Anti-gaspi et inclusion, les deux piliers dès le premier jour, pas l'un ajouté après l'autre.600 millions de baguettes gaspillées chaque année en France. Pas chez les consommateurs. Chez les boulangers, les industriels, le long de toute la chaîne alimentaire. Un gisement énorme, quasi invisible, que personne n'avait encore sérieusement adressé à cette échelle.Cinq ans plus tard : 600 points de vente, les TGV, France 2, 55 trophées sur l'étagère. Et surtout, quelque chose que Katia n'avait pas anticipé : de grands industriels comme Tipiak, Brioche Pasquier ou La Mie Câline qui viennent les chercher eux-mêmes. Pas l'inverse.Parce qu'ils ont du gaspillage sur leurs lignes. Et personne d'autre ne sait quoi en faire.Leur boussole est simple et elle n'a pas bougé en cinq ans. Chaque décision passe au filtre de deux questions : quel impact social ? Quel impact environnemental ? Pas l'un sans l'autre. Es geht um eine neue Therapieform, die bei schwer zu behandelnden Depressionen zum Einsatz kommen kann; die Esketamin-Therapie.  Für unsere Themenvielfalt spricht, dass wir ein weiteres, ganz anderes Thema behandeln. Wir stellen die Arbeit der Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft-Werkstatträte in Schleswig-Holstein vor und sprechen mit Kerstin Scheinert vom Vorstand. Die Werkstadträte verfolgen das Ziel, allen Menschen in Werkstätten zu einem selbstbestimmten Arbeiten zu verhelfen. Die Werkstatträte arbeiten eng mit der Landesbeauftragten für Menschen mit Behinderung zusammen, die wir in unserer Juni-Ausgabe vorstellen werden. Connu pour être l'un des évènements running les plus difficiles au monde, le Marathon des Sables s'est lancé dans une nouvelle étape cette année avec la première édition du Handi Marathon des Sables. Comment est né ce défi ? Entre les barrières horaires et les dunes remplies de sable pour les fauteuils roulants, quelles ont été les contraintes principales ? Et comment les concurrents se sont adaptés à l'exigence du parcours ? Geoffrey Charpille et Yohan Durand reçoivent cette semaine Pierre et Myriam Cabon, rescapés lors des attentats du 13 novembre 2015 au Bataclan et à l'origine du projet Handi MDS. Pour RMC Running, ils reviennent sur cette course unique, sur leurs projets communs et sur le défi logistique d'un tel évènement. Il est l'un des grands espoirs du Brésil pour ces Jeux paralympiques. Le nageur Gabriel Araujo, six fois champion du monde, avait déjà remporté deux médailles d'or et une d'argent à Tokyo il y a quatre ans. Cette année, les brésiliens sont tous derrière celui qu'ils surnomment affectueusement « Gabrielzinho ». Avec notre correspondante à Rio de Janeiro,Il a beau mesurer 1 mètre 21, Gabriel Araujo est déjà un géant de la natation au Brésil. Sur la plage de Copacabana, il a déjà quelques fans parmi les nageurs matinaux. « Il nous rend très fiers. Il incarne le dépassement de soi-même, il nous prouve que rien n'est impossible pour l'être humain. Son envie de vaincre, sa technique malgré les limites qu'il a… c'est exceptionnel », raconte Gabriel.Gabriel Araujo, un exemple de dépassement de soi​​​​Atteint de phocomélie, Gabriel Araujo est né sans bras et avec de courtes jambes. Dans l'eau, il ondule comme un dauphin et dit lui-même s'y sentir mieux que sur terre. Renata Guerra pratique la nage en eaux libre depuis 2010… Elle est d'autant plus touchée par la performance de Gabriel car elle est elle-même handicapée. « Il utilise ce qu'on appelle le « core » : les muscles de l'abdomen et de la poitrine. Et il est incroyable, c'est vraiment un exemple. Parce que chaque athlète doit se dépasser, mais lui a le handicap à dépasser en plus, et c'est très difficile d'être un athlète au Brésil. C'est une icône du sport ».La professeur qui encadre Renata nage à Rio depuis plus de 30 ans. Andrea Orlandi a déjà eu l'occasion de participer à des formations avec des athlètes paralympiques qui l'ont énormément marquée. « Il y a des personnes qui n'ont pas de handicap et qui pensent qu'elles ne savent pas nager ou n'arriveront jamais à apprendre. Il donne un exemple d'inclusion sociale par le sport », dit-elle.Les défis du sport paralympique au BrésilCette professeure d'éducation physique regrette que la pratique de Handi sports soit si peu démocratisée au Brésil. « Tout est plus difficile. Avoir des professionnels formés, des sponsors, la diffusion en elle-même des sports paralympiques… tout est plus compliqué… sans compter la natation en soi ». Gabrielzinho est originaire de l'état du Minas Gérais, tout comme Larissa Oliveira, ancienne nageuse olympique. « La compétition paralympique est encore plus dure… Et je sais combien il faut lutter pour être un athlète de haut niveau, un athlète professionnel au Brésil. Je suis super fan de lui, je suis sûre qu'il nous ramènera trois médailles d'or, je vais bien le supporter », indique-t-elle.Son public scrute avec impatience la danse de la victoire de Gabriel. Then we go straight to Matthew 1:21: “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” You see, it is His righteousness in you and I, my dear friend, that will save us, no good works of our own, it's no efforts of our own. In fact, the more we try, the more we mess up. Jesus will save His people and no-one else can save them. Luther tried it and then he found a little scripture, Romans 1:17: “The just shall live by faith.” His eyes were opened. He saw that it was actually Jesus who was his righteousness, not him, not his fasting, not his praying, not his beating himself up. No, it was Jesus. Wesley found the same thing. Le 13 novembre 2015, Pierre assiste a un concert de rock. Un concert dans la salle mythique du Bataclan, celui de Eagles of Death Metal.
