I always relish the opportunity to act like I'm taking the high road ... and hope no one calls me out for the thousands of horrible things I've said on and off the radio over the years.

In this episode, Kayla and Martina discuss the Jonas Brothers.

Today on Karma Stories, we dive into the world of Malicious Compliance with four standout tales. First, a strict new principal gets outmaneuvered by clever students and teachers in a battle over school uniforms. Then, a middle school's hallway traffic lanes spark an imaginary car revolution that spirals hilariously out of control. We also hear about a boyfriend who weaponizes a long walk in nature as payback, only for it to completely backfire. Ellevate Podcast: Conversations With Women Changing the Face of Business
Tardy but hardy, fresh back from Sabres witnessing, head blown, gasket full of grooves
Returning from three weeks on recess, MPs' first business was a motion in honour of a pope. Speeches were a little more honest, and a little more heartfelt than typical. Especially one of them. And it may have included Parliament's first Hail Mary that wasn't a political desperation move. Go to this episode on rnz.co.nz for more details
Hey all! Thanks for downloading another episode of the show! We started later for this one for Russ and he was STILL an hour late hahaha. Eggman and Fudd held it down until he was able to show up and we held a "what is new in gaming for you?" round robin discussion. It is really cool we all enjoy the same games BUT also play many different genres and styles, so we get some good perspectives on things we're not paying attention to! Party games are party games. In this episode, Donny Deutsch highlights the brands that are currently trending up or down, with a focus on the recent Super Bowl and its commercials. The conversation shifts to the importance of storytelling in advertising, the cultural implications of reading and home buying trends, and social insights regarding wedding spending and teen phone usage. The episode concludes with a light-hearted mention of Wimbledon's innovative approach to sustainability. Takeaways: The Super Bowl commercials lacked creativity this year. Human stories resonate more in advertising than celebrity appearances. Women made up a significant portion of the Super Bowl audience. Reading levels among U.S. students are declining. The average age of first-time home buyers is rising. Tardy individuals may be more creative and optimistic. Teenagers are spending too much time on their phones in school. Higher wedding spending correlates with increased divorce rates. Wimbledon is creatively repurposing tennis balls for wildlife. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Is shunning the most insidious of all cult practices? In today's episode Lindy and our guests, researchers Windy and Savin from Roehampton University, define shunning and discuss how it's used deliberately as a tool by coercively controlling groups to threaten and impose social death for those who question the rules. Savin and Windy introduce listeners to their research, and the movement sweeping the world to make mandated shunning a crime. This episode is the first of four in a mini series on shunning.
