Wellness author Heather Grzych interviews Richard Dixey about meditation as a fundamental necessity of being human. As a Buddhist teacher with a background as a biotech CEO, Richard discusses why, even though science is very valuable and useful, people are being duped every day into believing that science is the ultimate truth - when it's actually the status quo. You'll learn how long is a good time to meditate, and why it's essential that educated people practice it in today's world to live a fully human life.   Richard Dixey, PhD, is the author of Three Minutes a Day: A Fourteen Week Course to Learn Meditation and Transform Your Life and a senior faculty member at Dharma College in Berkeley, California. To je zgodba o razumevanju prave narave stvari. Iz budističnega stališča sta relativna celo čas in prostor, zaradi česar nimata nespremenljivega, trdnega obstoja. Različni dogodki lahko v istem prostoru potekajo istočasno. To lepo prikazuje zgodba o tibetanskem mojstru Milarepi in jakovem rogu.

Tat!

Manj ko imamo v sebi sovraštva in jeze, bolj v drugih opazimo dobroto in bolj se nam zdi prijetno naše okolje.

»Dosegel sem razsvetljenje in poznam pot do tja. Ljudje vedo, da sem to dosegel, in vedo, da poznam pot, zato me sprašujejo za napotke. To ni skrivnost.

Nihče ni mogel verjeti svojim očem, zato so vprašali očeta: »Kaj naj to pomeni? Ker smo razumeli, da imamo le malo časa, ko smo lahko skupaj, smo si bili blizu in smo bili vedno dobri drug do drugega.

Lama me je razumel." Prosil sem te, da me opozoriš!"

Lama Karma Wangmo: Zgodba o črnih in belih kamenčkih

Duhovna misel

Play Episode Listen Later Aug 9, 2021 6:44

Zgodba o pastirju z vrečkama črnih in belih kamenčkov je tradicionalna tibetanska budistična pripovedka o pomembnosti urjenja v čuječnosti in zavedanju. S čuječnostjo in zavedanjem bo naš um vse bolj pozitiven.
