On this episode of The Jake Dunlap Show, Claude Silver, Chief Heart Officer at VaynerMedia shares how as a young person, her parents told her that she “thought too much with her heart, and instead needed to think with her head,” combined with her dyslexia lead to her feeling a sense of humility in almost every situation in her career - even though beneath the surface she knew she was a “raging empath.”. One day while on a Wilderness Leadership Program, Claude was faced with a choice: break her ankle and have an excuse to go home, or power through and embrace the change.
