He has been touring the world as a member of various bands for over 14 years. He is the full-time drummer of Nekrogoblikon, Swashbuckle and Wizardthrone, and also holds down a full-time position as composer and audio director at Sabotage Studio, an independent game studio from Québec City, Canada. Their first project The Messenger released in 2018, and their current project Sea Of Stars raised over $1.6 million CAD in the midst of a pandemic, making history as one of the most successful Canadian video game Kickstarter campaigns of all time.Eric and I get into:His work at sabotage studios and the hotly anticipated release of sea of starsThe attraction of writing chip tune musicHow rainbow dragon eyes blew up (no thanks to Linked In)How he got into music at a young ageBeing in a committed romantic relationship with a touring musicianHow Eric is able to cash checks made out to The Legendary Pirate KingHis work doing sound design and mixing audio for video gamesCheck out his work!Nekrogoblikon : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsMKOx6fumcWizardthrone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fqg37F6RhtMRainbowdragoneyes: http://www.rainbowdragoneyes.comSwashbuckle: https://swashbuckleband.bandcamp.com/Sabotage Studio: https://sabotagestudio.com/The Messenger: https://themessengergame.com/Sea of Stars: https://seaofstarsgame.co/Insta: http://instagram.com/ericwbrownovfire**UPDATE**Eric: "After a couple years of working on #seaofstars as the sole member of the audio department, I realized I needed a lifeline to help with the increasingly daunting task of creating audio for a game no less than 4 times bigger than what I did by myself in 2018 with The Messenger. I gave Jake (@olbigleg) a call asking if he'd be interested in helping out, and within a month he'd learned the tools on his own and was ready to jump into the fire. Starting at only one day a week, he moved up to two and then three as production ramped up. Together we've created over 19,000 audio assets and collaborated on several tunes currently in game. Over the past 2 months our bands completed our second tour together and at the last show I wanted to get a selfie together while they were on stage playing for 800 people in Los Angeles. Alexa Bowditch: What You Didn't Learn About Sex In School Pt. 2

Hi again, loves, and welcome back for part two of my conversation with @thatsexchick, Alexa Bowditch. We're going to dive even deeper into our discussion on sex — and what we really should know about it related to our pleasure, health, and relationships — not just the basics we learned in school.    I'm sure many of you mamas out there will agree when I say — it's scary thinking about what our children will find out about sex before we get to them. We all want our children to know how to properly and sensually engage in sex when the time comes, and as Alexa points out, this starts with us.    It starts with taking radical responsibility for our sexuality, unlearning what we think we know, and staying humble as we open ourselves up to new experiences. As parents and adults, we need to understand how we relate to pleasure and sexual fulfillment so that we can have grounded conversations with our kids — and our partners.    Alexa talks about treating sex like you would anything else related to your wellbeing - you go to the gym for your physical health, you meditate for your mental health, and you need that same level of maintenance for your sexual health. Tune in to hear her insights on how to do this and a level of sex education that you definitely didn't get in school.    What's something you've learned through your sexual experiences that you wish you knew sooner? If you could go back in time, what is something you wish your parents had told you about sex, or what would have been helpful to learn in school?   Knowing what you know now, how can you take ownership of your sexual education and desires to ensure that you (and if it applies, your children) can have a healthier relationship with sex?    ICYMI: Listen to part one of my conversation with Alexa here: Some of the juicy nuggets you'll get out of this episode: - What is a “Want Will Won't” list and how to create one and use it with your partner - grab your free copy here https://www.thatsexchick.com/resources  - Taking ownership for your sexual desires instead of being a victim or laying blame on your partner - Practicing BDSM with communication, consent, and care - Being fully consensual in your sexual relationships, letting things be reversible, and how allowing the things you don't actually want can cause harm - Infusing childlike innocence and play into your sexuality  - Reevaluating your approach to sex when things start to get mundane  - The anatomy of the vagina, a lesson on the clitoris, and what the vagina needs for a better quality orgasm  - How to orgasm without penetration through your unique sexual blueprint - Leveraging toys for deeper, more compassionate sex   More resources on sex, relationships, and embodying your full self: - Follow Alexa on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/thatsexchick - Grab her “Want Will Won't” questions and other free resources here https://www.thatsexchick.com/resources  - Listen to Alexa's That Sex Chick Podcast https://www.thatsexchick.com/podcast  - Tune in to a conversation with my husband, Ajit, on difficult transitions and how we keep the spark alive in our relationship https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/ajit-nawalkha-talking-with-my-husband-about-difficult/id1608226580?i=1000551024866  - If you're like Alexa, and people always come to you for advice on that thing you're passionate about or an expert on, how can you leverage that to completely change the course of your life (like she did!) https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/how-to-know-if-you-are-ready-to-pursue-your-purpose/id1608226580?i=1000554190755    I'm so grateful to have you here, loves. We get it, sometimes you want to dig your head in the sand to avoid the awkward (+ slightly painful) conversations about your personal finances. But, it's time to rip the bandaid off, and fix your credit!!   In today's episode, Zuri is opening up about how paralyzed and fearful she felt in her early 20s, when it came to paying off her debt and re-building her credit health. From her traumatic experience of having the toughest time trying to finance a new car (despite making 6 figs!) and how it was the wake-up call she needed to change her life and take control of her finances (won't He do it?!)…   If you're ready to change your life, stick around, because Zuri is sitting down with America's Favorite Finacial Educator, Tiffany Aliche aka The Budgetnista -- and we're DIVING DEEP into the credit of it all! Tiffany is breaking it down and schoolin' us on how to Get Good With Money! She explains wth a FICO score even is; why credit is so important; the ideal credit score you need to buy a house; how to raise your credit score WITHOUT a credit card (you will LOVE these hacks); and why we need to say HELL NO to cash advances!   Next, in our signature “Real Woman, Real Story” segment -- Z chats with Korbyn Lloyd who shares how she paid off $130,000 of debt in 26 months, just in time for her 30th birthday. Korbyn takes us through the budgeting hacks she learned, and why she picked up a side-hustle (while working a full-time job!).   All that sound good to you? Fantastic. Hit play and tune in, because the keys to financial freedom are within your grasp and the first thing you gotta do is leap into the mess that is your debt and begin the journey to fix your life! Do you feel stuck, unfulfilled in your career, and tired of pretending that everything is greeatttt?! -_- Well, this episode was made just for you!
