Darrick Rose is one of the elite few to title a dog as a PSA level 3 dog. He owns DallasK9 in Texas where they train sport, protection, and pet obedience. We talk about the highs and lows of all aspects of his career as a dog trainer, competitor. Here's a bit more about his dog and accomplishment. Title: PSA 3 *The 22nd dog in the world to achieve this Title. Son of Berry II X KellyII I imported Kasino to the USA as a 8wk old pup from The Netherlands to be my next Personal Protection/Competition K-9. Me and Kasino instantly became an perfect match for one another. I really enjoyed taking a pup and raising him to become one the BEST K-9s walking this earth. From the day I picked Kasino up at the airport we had major goals and we achieved them all. Kasino definitely had to be a strong minded dog to withstand the physical and mental beating that comes with the hard training that's required to become one of the GREATS in the Dog world. Together we've won several PSA trials, Iron Dog Competitions, and Personal Protection Competitions. I was offered $110,000.00 usd for Kasino and decided he's earned a right to live out his years with us the family that loves him. Some dogs are just irreplaceable and we felt that Kasino was one of them. He's definitely a Top producer as well. In Bad Ischl ist gestern die erste Premiere des heurigen Lehár-Festivals über die Bühne gegangen. Man gab Wiener Blut. Wie das im Salzkammergut angekommen ist, hat sich radio klassik Stephansdom-Kollegin Bernadette Spitzer angeschaut. Vorneweg – es geht in Ischl völlig unblutig zu. Ensemble und Orchester feuern die Hits von Johann Strauss ins Publikum und spielen mit Hingabe und großem Können ihre Vielseitigkeit aus. Gerd Vogel etwa, der den Fürsten Ypsheim Gindelbach hinreißend komisch und mit großer Selbstironie mimt, ist in Deutschland ein bekannter Wagner-Sänger. Ebenso originell ist Josef Forstner als Kagler. In deutlich verständlichem Wienerisch gibt der 74-jährige Kammersänger sympathisch den schrulligen Vater der Tänzerin Cagliari. Ein weiteres Original ist der Diener Josef, wunderbar outrierend dargestellt von Reinwald Kranner, den manche vielleicht einst als Mr. Banks in "Mary Poppins" im Wiener Ronacher gesehen haben. Die drei Damen des Ensembles stehen dem um nichts nach. Sieglinde Feldhofer ist als Gräfin Gabriele der unbestrittene Star. Ihre Gegenspielerin in der Rolle der Tänzerin Franziska Cagliari ist Martina Fender. Die junge Tirolerin hat bereits mehrere Preise gewonnen und ist viel im ernsten Fach unterwegs: in Lied und Kirchenmusik. In Ischl lebt sie ihr schauspielerisch-komisches Talent aus. Und Marie-Luise Schottleitner als Probiermamsell reißt mit ihrem Temperament alle mit. Auch sie ist ein Allround-Talent, hat die gebürtige Wiener Neustädterin doch neben Gesang auch Tanz und Blockflöte studiert. Warum die Herren des Tanzensembles in Damenkleidern auftreten und die Damen in Herrenkleidern, ist rätselhaft, ebenso wie das Setting. Die Operette spielt während des Wiener Kongresses 1814/15, wird aber von Intendant und Regisseur Thomas Enzinger um knapp 100 Jahre versetzt, denn der Ball im zweiten Akt wird zu einem Ball der Psychoanalytiker und das Kasino im dritten Akt zu einem Swinger-Club. Neben der Bühne beobachtet Sigmund Freud, dargestellt von Matthias Schuppli, stumm das Treiben. Ihm zur Seite steht der von seinem Denkmal im Wiener Stadtpark herabgestiegene Johann Strauss, der vom Tänzer Nabeel Fareed gegeben wird. Am Schluss gibt's ein Happy End in dieser bitterbösen Komödie, die sowohl die Praxis der unfreiwillig geschlossenen Ehen als auch der selbstverständlich hinzunehmenden Untreue von Ehemännern kritisiert. Das Ehepaar verliebt sich ineinander, und auch die anderen Suchenden werden fündig. Das Wiener Blut wallt in Bad Ischl noch bis 28. August.
