I originally was gonna just talk specifics about a pitch I made to Booker T, during his King Booker days, when I became a student of his at PWA. As I dove deeper, I felt the bigger story was the timeframe and events around the pitch that led to it. I ended up delving into that time period in 2006 being a period of what if. Specifically a certain choice. I delve into what became a therapy session while recording.

Due to a number of injuries and other problems, WWE had to reshuffle their Great American Bash 2006 pay-per-view at the last minute- scheduled matches featuring Mark Henry, Lashley, Great Khali and Super Crazy were unable to happen, and their places taken by other opponents. What this meant in practice was, that the much hyped Punjabi Prison Match would now see Undertaker take on Big Show and Batista battling Mr Kennedy. Reality of Wrestling's very first IPPV Summer of Champions is this Saturday, and Booker joins us to  discuss what he has in store for all of the fans of ROW this will be a show everyone will be talking about for years to come....NOW CAN YOU DIG THAT......SUCKA!!!!! From the moment he stepped into the WWE ring, Booker T has Spinaroonied his way into superstardom, tangling with a who’s who of squared circle greats, including “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Undertaker, John Cena, Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista, Rey Mysterio, Ric Flair, Christian, Mark Henry and many others. In 2001, as a member of The Alliance, he cost “Stone Cold” the Undisputed WWE Championship. In 2002, as a tag partner with Goldust, he launched one of the most outrageously funny tandems in WWE history. And in 2006 as King Booker, he delivered what’s widely considered the best faux British accent since Kevin Costner’s turn as the Prince of Thieves in “Robin Hood.”Booker T left WWE in October 2007, but returned in 2011 as part of the biggest Royal Rumble in WWE history. Soon after, the veteran grappler joined the announce team on SmackDown as a color commentator, and appeared as a trainer on USA’s hit reality series “WWE Tough Enough.”  Then in summer 2012, the six-time World Champion added yet another tremendous honor to his resume when he accepted the challenging role of SmackDown General Manager.No matter what role he finds himself in nowadays, though, Booker’s legacy was forever cemented when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2013, and Successfully runs his own Wrestling Promotion Reality of Wrestling based out of Houston Texas.
