Topic : "Mentorship In Entrepreneurship" We hear the term – mentorship – quite often. This is one of the most used term now a days. But to utter surprize, many of the people are not well versed with this term. Many treat this as a sort of teaching and others treat this a some kind of business management course. But this is quite different. Mentorship is very crucial for the startups. This can act as a real guiding point during various phases of business. Mentors encourage and enable another person's professional or personal development. Through strong mentorship you are creating a pipeline of talent. We have with us Ted Clark. He is based in Sierra Madre California. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2019. Ted knows how important it is to deliver a reliable product while catering to important macro trends. He strives for leading the development of lightweight, sustainable products that solve problems for businesses and consumers and reduce environmental impact on the planet. Ted is also the author of “Shipping Clerk to CEO” which chronicles his rise from a 19 year old shipping clerk to CEO of a global company in just over two decades and reveals how critical mentors were to his success. ---------- Connect with Ted Clark : Twitter : https://twitter.com/TedClarkAuthor --------- Connect with Me : Website : www.abhisheksengupta.co.in Twitter : twitter.com/abhisheksengupt Facebook : www.facebook.com/abhisheksengupta2006 Instagram : www.instagram.com/abhisheksengupta2006 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/abhisheksengupta2006 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/abhisheksengupta2006 Email : abhisheksengupta2006@gmail.com --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/abhisheksengupta/message

On this week's episode I finally review one of the most disturbing mockumentaries I've ever seen, The Poughkeepsie Tapes. I also cover some new releases available on Shudder and Netflix. The Poughkeepsie Tapes Directed by: John Erick Dowdle Written by: Drew and John Erick Dowdle Stars: Stacy Chbosky, Ben Messmer, and Samantha Robinson. Plot Synopsis When hundreds of videotapes showing torture, murder and dismemberment are found in an abandoned house, they reveal a serial killer's decade-long reign of terror and become the most disturbing collection of evidence homicide detectives have ever seen. Business innovation is an organization's process for introducing new ideas, workflows, methodologies, services or products. In business innovation is a “buzz” word. For a business, it could mean implementing new ideas, improving services or creating dynamic products. By innovation, we mean changing the business model and making changes in the existing environment to deliver better products or services. Innovation helps you stay ahead of the competition. With globalization and a rapidly changing market, there are more competing businesses than ever before. We have with us Steven Cook to discuss this point. He is based in Oklahoma City, USA and is host of Better Business Podcast. He is also co-owner of Cook Feed & Outdoor. He grew up in a family full of business owners. Between parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and in-laws Steven has never known anything besides owning your own business. Since 2009 he has helped build his family's performance equine business to multiple locations, multiple millions in sales, and to one of the largest individually owned equine feed dealers in the nation. He was ingrained from an early age by an entrepreneurial upbringing, so he found it shocking that very few business podcasts actually dealt with the questions that an ordinary small business owner would have. Between the knowledge of running a business and interviewing countless business experts on the podcast- he now is trying to share advice to fellow small business owners through "Better Business Podcast". ---------- Connect with Steven Cook : Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/therealstevencook -------- Listen to "Better Business Podcast" Spotify : https://buff.ly/3e2yZIC Apple Podcast : https://buff.ly/3yHNL1a YouTube : https://buff.ly/3yC3Oxb Google Podcast : https://buff.ly/3GPWDVk --------- Connect with Me : Website : www.abhisheksengupta.co.in Twitter : twitter.com/abhisheksengupt Facebook : www.facebook.com/abhisheksengupta2006 Instagram : www.instagram.com/abhisheksengupta2006 LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/abhisheksengupta2006 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/abhisheksengupta2006 Email : abhisheksengupta2006@gmail.com --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/abhisheksengupta/message
Bio for Richard MatthewsRichard Matthews, Founder of Push Button Podcasts and FiveFreedoms.io, has helped many clients add more than six figures each year to their businesses using the techniques he developed over his many years of experience.Episode highlightRichard Matthews' unusual, but systematic approach to life extends to running his business virtually from behind a curtain in his RV, and schooling his children on the road. However, she told him that only his safety mattered, which, he notes, “set me on the path of who I am as a father and as a person in my family.”Influential Groups Richard grew up in Murrieta, California, and his high school had 4,500 children, whose schedules were rotated so they could fit in the classes. It was because of this that he chose to go to a small college with 500 students after graduating.California is a mosaic of various cultures and languages, and his friend group was representative of that. I'm surprised I'm just now reviewing this for the podcast. Kendall and Jess discuss the third book in the Shadows and Crowns Series by S.M. Gaither: The Call of the Void. Kendall has a hard time not skipping right to talking about this MAJOR cliffhanger that leaves readers with more questions than answers. Jess is very much here for the romance of this book, which has certainly increased in spiciness. They both feel like they need a spreadsheet to keep up with the deities in this series and are left reeling after a rollercoaster final 100 pages, but dying for more! Come back in two weeks when S.M. Gaither joins us to talk about Shadows and Crowns, Serpents and Kings, and much more! Thanks for listening! This week I review the horror anthology film, Horror Noire. This is a collection of six stories from black filmmakers and is a Shudder exclusive. Shudder also produced a documentary of the same name which I highly recommend. I do a mini review of each segment so this episode is a bit longer than usual. After the review I cover the new additions to Shudder this week. Horror Noire Directors: Joe West, Julien Christian Lutz, Zandashe Brown, Rob Greenlea, Robin Givens, Kimani Ray Smith Cast: Lesley-Ann Brandt, Luke James, Erica Ash, Tone Bell, Tony Todd, Peter Stormare, Lenora Crichlow, Rachel True, Brandon Michael Smyth, Sean Patrick Thomas Plot Synopsis: Experience the next chapter of Black horror in this anthology of terrifying tales. Showcasing Black directors and screenwriters, Horror Noire tells six stories written by Tananarive Due and Steven Barnes, Ezra Claytan Daniels, Victor LaValle, Shernold Edwards and Al Letson; featuring racist vampires, supernatural creatures and Satan his damn self. Kendall and Jess discuss the second book in the Shadows and Crowns Series by S.M. Gaither: A Twist of the Blade. Kendall feels like Casia might be projecting a little bit with her anger towards Elander. Jess is highly suspicious of everyone and doesn't trust their loyalty. They are both working very hard to understand the hierarchy of gods in this series and have major hate for a certain King-Emperor. Kendall is very much here for that serious twist in Elander and Casia's story and Jess is very much here for the library escapades and desecrated temples. Strong female characters who call out gods for being bitches? Absolutely. Tune in next week for book 3 in the Shadows and Crowns series: The Call of the Void. Thanks for listening! Kendall and Jess discuss the first book in the Shadows and Crowns Series by S.M. Gaither: The Song of the Marked. Death gods and unruly magic? Don't mind if we do! Kendall is very much here for our hot new love interest in this book, and Jess is slowly dying from the slow burn, but loving every second of it. They both love the main character from the start, and they agree that the King-Emperor in this series reminds them a bit of a certain other childish king (*cough* Geoffrey *cough*). Kimberly is committed to offering small batch, 100% natural body-care and soul-care products that nourish our bodies, respect the Earth, and empower us into greater well-being. In reciprocity to Mama Earth, every purchase over $10 from Joyful Roots webshop plants a tree!Kimberly has been working with plants since as early as she can remember – making “magical plant stew” in her childhood backyard and becoming friends with the Rushes and Paper Birch in the Michigan forests. Looking back, she can see that her decision to get a Master's in Landscape Architecture, was an attempt to reconcile her love for art, plants, and her background in civil engineering. After moving to rural Arizona, giving birth to and mothering her son, and experiencing a health crisis, she was divinely guided to herbalism and rekindled a deep and enthralling passion for plants. Through the plants, she became empowered with her own health and wellness and is called to share this empowerment with others. In her words, “The plants pulled me in to their magic and I am forever theirs…”Connect with Kimberly:Website: www.joyfulroots.comPlant Magic Membership: www.patreon.com/joyfulrootsInstagram: @joyfulrootsConnect with Me: Website: https://jessicasilverman.vipmembervault.comFree Challenge: Join my Live Vibrant FREE challenge - starting July 19th! Kendall and Jess discuss Jess's most recent reads, and her thoughts on those books. Kendall has a few serious issues with a recent movie adaptation. Jess thinks she found her next ACOTAR/FBAA-level obsession book series, which she thinks BookTok is definitely sleeping on. Jess read two series by one of their favorite authors, but only one really hit the mark for her. Only 2 episodes until the end of season 1 of TFTM and Kendall is more than excited for what season 2 will bring! Come back next week for an episode on Verity, by Colleen Hoover - it'll be Jess's very first Colleen read! Thanks for tuning in! Kendall and Jess discuss the final book and movies in the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, by Stephenie Meyer. Tune in as they break down everything they forgot about from the book, and how they feel about the changes in these last two movies. Jess is chomping at the bit (pun intended) to rant about a certain werewolf we all love to hate, and Kendall ponders over whether or not vamps are sparkly ~everywhere~ or not. They discuss the things that they wish had been different in this book, and why even though this was their favorite book in the series, they feel like re-reading it made them appreciate the movies more. Come back next week for a book haul episode with all of Jess's latest reads! Thanks for tuning in! Kendall and Jess discuss the third book and movie in the Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Re-reading this one as an adult really brought up a lot of interesting feelings for both of them. Jess is especially heated about the love triangle drama in this one, and it's possible that her negative energy brought a curse upon them by the Twilight gods. Kendall can not understand how someone could be so committed to becoming a vampire, yet so afraid of committing to marriage. They both realize exactly why they never team Jacob, and are ready to punch a werewolf in the face, too.
