Diane Foster is the director of Easter Bloody Easter and founder of Wallybird Productions. But before she became a filmmaker, she was an actor, singer and dancer. She trained her entire life in New Jersey, where she grew up in Union in a large family. She started performing at 8 and was Little Miss Union and she did lots of regional theatre. Diane later went to the Paper Mill Playhouse in Milburn, New Jersey every Summer throughout high school. Diane went to conservatory for years with Anne Hathaway and after winning an award, she realized, acting, could be a career. She moved to New York and did lots of off Broadway and a stint on Law and Order: SVU. By 21, she was living in LA and after 2 weeks there, she met Robin Antin who created The Pussy Cat Dolls. Diane became a dancer for the live show, Pussy Cat Dolls Live at The Roxy. Prior to becoming a group and it was a revue with 20 dancers. When she wasn't dancing Diane was auditioning for independent films, her first role she was in a movie called Iowa and a documentary called Dying For Meth, she was 24 years old and Iowa was selected to show at Tribeca. Soon the Orphan Killer franchise began and after the sequel, she moved on to create her own production company called Wallybird Productions in 2018 and so far has 17 projects completed. Easter Bloody Easter was inspired by a play that began in an acting class. So Diane and some other actors (Allison Lobell and Miles Cooper) from the play got together and took the show on the road but then the pandemic put a stop to that. So Diane decided to turn it into a film, Allison wrote the script and she, Diane and Kelly Grant hit the ground running. This was Diane's directorial debut. Easter Bloody Easter is an indie holiday film with physical effects, lots of hilarious killer bunnies and a monster jackelope. It's a slow burn that only gets better as you watch it. Plus if you like music, this one has plenty of it. Rocky Horror and Little Shop of Horror Fans, this one is for you! And Diane and Co. has already started working on the sequel. Ms. Foster does not just do horror, she is socially conscious and Wallybird Productions is about giving people opportunity who are too often overlooked, in front of and behind the camera. It's her contribution to change the landscape of the film industry and you can expect every one of her productions to be diverse. If you like docudramas, keep an eye out for My Home Unknown, in keeping with Wallybird's dedication to change, this film is an eye opening story about a houseless woman struggling with mental illness. Last but not least, Easter Bloody Easter is out and streaming on itunes, apply play and Amazon on March 26, 2024! There will be physical copies that begin releasing on April 2nd and pre-orders are open! And keep an eye out for the soundtrack. Jonathan Anitn steps back Behind The Rope. Yes, that Jonathan Antin from the classic hit Bravo show, Blow Out. A blast from the past, here to tell it all.  Does everyone know Patti Stanger has a new show coming to the CW? That got us thinking of Bravo of yesteryear and, as a result, today we share this chat we had during our first year with the one and only Jonathan Antin. We pick up right where we left off during our last sit down. Jonathan explains how he got hired as one of the lead judges on Bravo's Shear Genius after Blow Out had ended. We discuss host Camila Alves and prior host Jaclyn Smith. We also discuss one of Shear Genius' contestants, Tabatha Coffey. Jonathan gives us his opinion of Tabatha, discusses whether he thinks she should have won her season, lets us know if her tough as nails persona is an act or real, and finally answers the question of whether she deserved her own show. Speaking of Bravolebrites, we discuss Jackie Warner's appearance on Blow Out, what went wrong and the status of their relationship today. We also discuss all the other celebrities who appeared on Blow Out such as loyal clients Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin (they had other reality shows in the mix with Jonathan also - we discuss), Kristen Bell, Kate Bosworth, and, last but not least, sister Robin Antin, founder of The Pussycat Dolls. Jonathan tells some fun stories about his other Celeb clients, Courtney Love, Ricky Martin, Brad Pitt, Steven Tyler, Leo DiCaprio, Gwyneth Paltrow and, way to bury the lead, Queen Madonna (Lourdes in Tow)! We discuss the pressures from Bravo for Jonathan to involve his family in the show and how Blow Out came to an end shortly after his lack of a desire to do so. Finally, Jonathan opens up about the early days of Bravo, the origins of WWHL, his up and down relationship with Andy Cohen and what he thinks of how the network has evolved throughout the years.  @jonathanantin @behindvelvetrope @davidyontef BONUS & AD FREE EPISODES Available at - www.patreon.com/behindthevelvetrope BROUGHT TO YOU BY: QUINCE - quince.com/velvetrope (Get Free Shipping and 365 Day Returns on Elevated Luxury Without Paying Luxury Prices) HONEYLOVE - honeylove.com/velvet (20% Off Entire Order of The Best Shapewear & Bras) PELOTON - onepeloton.com/home-trial (Find Your Zone With a 30 Day Worry-Free Home Trial of Peloton Bikes) WATERBOY- waterboy.com (Use Code Velvet For 15% Off For the Best Hangover Cure That Actually Works) STARBUCKS - (Introducing the New Starbucks Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso! We get into everything from her career beginnings, solo aspirations, alleged relationships, and how much of a role she may have played in the mistreatment of her fellow bandmates. I put on my tin foil hat and make connections between Nicole and Robin Antin to Lou Taylor and how that may have impacted PCD and Nicole's careers, especially in regards to Britney Spears. Additionally, Troy and I discuss Geri Halliwell and make weird noises at each other toward the end of the episode (it'll make sense in context, probably). You can find Troy here! We then talk about the glaringly obvious, unequal power dynamics and how that ultimately played into the Pussycat Doll's demise. We also try to solve one of the GREATEST POP MYSTERIES: Why did Nicole Scherzinger never make it as a solo artist? We then get into a deep dive into the genius marketing behind the group and some of our personal favorite marketing/promo they did during the era. And as per usual, we share our favorite music videos, live performances, and end the episode reflecting on the ultimate impact that the Pussycat Dolls' “PCD” had in music and the girl group pantheon.Again, this is part 2 of the conversation! So make sure you listen to part 1 where we discussed the album track by track. We hope you enjoyed our Pussycat Dolls' “PCD” journey!Album Info: PCD is the debut studio album by American girl group The Pussycat Dolls, released on September 12, 2005, by A&M Records. In 1993, the Pussycat Dolls was created as a burlesque troupe by choreographer Robin Antin. After attracting media attention, Antin struck a joint venture with Interscope Records to develop the Pussycat Dolls into a brand, with Jimmy Iovine assigning the project to Ron Fair. As one of the executive producers Fair produced the majority of the album and collaborated with producers like Kwamé, Polow da Don and Rich Harrison. There were also those repeated times she made allegations that being in the Pussycat Dolls were like being part of a prostitution ring. Say whhhaattt? Yea, we break that one down for you. Ok umm, what? Kaya also chats about her start in the music business at 13 years old working with R. Kelly. On the show today… The Voice Australia has been a surprise ratings hit this year, which has prompted the network to make some major changes to how the show will run in 2022. Let's just say that if you've ever wanted to be a star, this might be your chance. And in pretty devastating news for fans of The Pussycat Dolls, it looks like we won't be getting that big reunion tour anytime soon. The group's founder is suing lead singer Nicole Scherzinger, alleging that she is trying to overthrow her and take control of the group. Nicole has now responded and her side of the story is pretty scathing. Plus, Ellen DeGeneres is gearing up for the final season of her talk show and some pretty big Hollywood stars have publicly thrown their support behind her by promising to appear as guests. Which makes it even odder that we've discovered a bizarre video on one of Ellen's Instagram accounts, and it looks like a direct attempt to reignite her feud with Dakota Johnson.  LINKS The Spill Facebook page CREDITS Hosts: Laura Brodnik & Kee Reece Producers: Laura Brodnik & Madeline Joannou Audio Producer: Leah Porges WANT MORE? Did everyone watch Watch What Happens Live last night with all our friends from the past including Mr. Jonathan Antin. Well, Jonathan Antin steps back Behind The Rope (If you haven’t checked out our Part I sit down with Blow Out’s Jonathan Antin, feel free to do so Airdate November 4th, 2020). We pick up right where we left off during our last sit down. Jonathan explains how he got hired as one of the lead judges on Bravo’s Shear Genius after Blow Out had ended. Speaking of Bravolebrites, we discuss Jackie Warner’s appearance on Blow Out, what went wrong and the status of their relationship today. Finally, Jonathan opens up about that one time she went into Andy Cohen's office and pitched an idea for a talk show on Bravo. A few months later, Watch What Happens Live was born, much to Jonathan’s surprise. Hmm, interesting. Well, Jonathan thinks so too. We discuss. That must have made for an interesting “back stage” reunion” at WWHL last night!@jonathanantin@behindvelvetrope@davidyontefBonus Episodes Available at - https://www.patreon.com/behindthevelvetropeBrought to you by Better HELP https://www.betterhelp.com/velvetrope (10% Off First Month - Use Code "velvet rope") Merch Available at - https://www.teepublic.com/stores/behind-the-velvet-rope?ref_id=13198 See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Pussycat Dolls - Don't Cha Extended Edit By Mr. Turner DL >>> https://theartistunion.com/tracks/98285e The Pussycat Dolls were an American pop girl group and dance ensemble, founded in Los Angeles, California, by choreographer Robin Antin in 1995 as a burlesque troupe. Shortly after launching their own revue, the troupe became well-known for the number of actresses and models that joined and performed as a Pussycat Doll for a night alongside the group. With this growing amount of media attention, Antin then negotiated a record deal with Interscope Records in 2003, which transformed the group into a music franchise comprising Nicole Scherzinger, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts (2), Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton, and Kimberly Wyatt. Overseen by Antin, Interscope and various partners, the group was transformed into a global image and commercial brand. The group's debut album, PCD, containing the number-one singles "Don't Cha", "Buttons", and "Stickwitu", launched the girls into mainstream international recognition - but despite this high level of commercial success, the group was plagued by reports of internal conflict due to the overemphasis on Scherzinger, the group's lead member and main vocalist. Bachar's departure from the group preceded the release of their second and final studio album, 2008's Doll Domination, which featured singles "When I Grow Up", "I Hate This Part", and "Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)", and by 2010, all members, including Scherzinger, had left the group as well, after announcing a hiatus in early 2009. The Dolls brand diversified into merchandise, reality television programs, a Las Vegas act, product endorsements, spin-off recording groups (Girlicious, Paradiso Girls) and other ventures. In 2009, Billboard ranked the Pussycat Dolls as the 80th most successful musical act of the 2000s, having sold in excess of 54 million records worldwide, positioning them as one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. In 2011, Antin began to assemble a new group, initially designed as a "newer generation" of the Dolls, but by 2013, this group of women had become G.R.L., and had released their own debut single in July of that year. So take a peek into his food diary. You never know what he'll write. Somehow he can stay compliant to writing on Twitter but he can't fit in exercise each day. That's right, moments after he eats something the Fat Guy used to Twitter about it and you can follow him so that one day if you try real hard you too can look like the Fat Guy. Please go to www.twitter.com/fatguy  Remember we are now on every morning in Michigan. On radio station WKNW. They asked us to create a Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy "Wellness Minute." So now a new Wellness Minute runs on that station each morning at around 7:40. Each Wellness Minute features the doctor and I going over 5 of his best tips on a given wellness subject like: losing weight, getting in shape, living a healthy lifestyle, etc. Now these Wellness Minutes are available online.  If you have a favorite radio station that you think would benefit from our Wellness Minutes send them an email telling them about it and who knows maybe you can hear us everyday too. Also once again, I need you to please do me a favor. My kid Max has been doing a radio show called "Kid Power Radio" for awhile now and you should check it out. Tiffany from The Daily Candy called his family friendly radio show "Hilarious!" This is a great show for your kids. It is kind of like a kids version of TMZ or Entertainment Tonight mixed in with a little Wayne's World. Max recaps the week in entertainment and gives his take and review of what he liked and didn't like on TV, at the movies, video games, in books and in music and even restaurant reviews. Please go to his site and download the show for your kid. He had a big show recently he interviewed Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, someone from Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus and even Miranda Cosgrove star of Nickelodeon's Hit TV Show iCarly. And if your kid sends Max an email he'll read it on the air next week. The show can be found at www.kidpowerradio.com and you can email Max at RadioStarMax at Yahoo.com. He has gotten emails from kids from England, Australia, China and even the US. Your encouragement is greatly appreciated.  Thanks to you his show is rocketing up the charts!
