"Performing is everything," says Danielle Moore, and you can tell when she's on stage. The Crazy P front-woman is one of the most cherished and acclaimed vocalists in live music. When she is on stage at the likes of The Big Chill, Bestival, XOYO or Wilde Renate, belting out all manner of catchy cosmic sounds, you cannot fail to be captivated by her energy and style. "When I'm performing I feel like I've stepped into my alter ego and am able to take on any mood. It's very empowering to become detached from my own slightly vulnerable self." It is that charming confidence and that unique exchange of energy with the crowd which makes her every performance an utter thrill.

Bside Incoming: ELLES This episode we give a warm welcome to an increasingly acclaimed DJ who features regularly on Rinse FM and Netil, has released tracks on Naive, Love on the Rocks, and Dark Entries, as well as gracing the decks at such renowned venues as Wilde Renate, KALT, Wide Awake, Field Day, and Glastonbury: it's https://soundcloud.com/e_l_l_e_s. Her career is shaped by the earliest creative endeavours crafting mixtapes from tracks recorded from the radio, drawing, and customising clothes; her formative years of DJ inspiration at London's legendary queer parties and warehouse raves; and a touching online relationship with Naive label boss Violet which has flourished into a wide ranging but consistently excellent array of productions on the Portuguese record label. With her sets, productions, and remixes ranging from dance floor bangers to ambient soundscapes, it's certainly no surprise that her episode of Bside would take us through her wide taste. In our 69th episode we meet Jeremy Wade - he is more than just an artist, he. Is founder and father plus mother of „Puddles the pelican“ he is a performer, musician and dancer. You probably have to find a new word for what he made his work off. Wade is an extreme performer and performance maker. His works, also incorporating curation and social practice, are disturbing and thought-provoking: they revolve around queer and feminist strategies of world making, the relational ethics of care, neo liberal critique and the violence that social norms cause on bodies of difference. Wade grew up in a mill town in Southern Maine, USA, son of two social workers. After barely graduating high school he got on a bus to NYC, there, he quickly made a name for himself as a hooker, club kid, glitter mess and party promoter. “I was working my ass off by bartending, go-go dancing, painting apartments, turning tricks and barely surviving The Big (Badass) Apple. He tells us about his way through his hectic past, the „excessive“ middle and the „weird“ now. A wonderful journey through space and time of the 80s and 90s of NYC and his life in Berlin in the early 20s. His Show "Puddles the Pelican", is taking place at Wilde Renate as a residency for one year. “This bird has me working like a dog,” says he/him. Hello beautiful people around the world, Welcome back it is time for another Decisive podcast Munich Exclusive its Thursday May 6th 2021, this is episode #72 featuring my guest HVM (NXTOU/MUNICH) he is not new to the series but always delivers a upfront dj set of fine electronic music. Our interview today contains an interesting point of view on life & music. We hope you enjoy this episode feel free to share it with your friends and open minded music lovers. Peace! Short History about HVM. Have you ever tried to measure happiness in BPM? Watching HVM (Häppy van Mazn) while performing his magic on the decks with a perfectly dosed touch – which by the way looks amazing – one will answer: YES. Ever since he first set foot into the Allgäu-Techno Scene Häppy unfailingly amazes everyone shortly after entering the stage. Those ecstatic moments created by the hat lover every night today are not only great scams but pure passion. Not for nothing flaunts „Home of my music” on his chest. Hence, it’s very likely to meet him in all those fairytale living rooms of Berlin, aka Wilde Renate & Kater Blau, and that he moves up all Berliners into a stimulating trance on his journey through the multifarious world of music. Another affair of the heart is NXTOU, an aspirant agency, which took in addition to Häppy artists like Stefan Biniak, Julian Wassermann, Nusha, and Jonas Woehl under its wings. Somewhere along the nightlife-road – no one recalls where and when – they found each other. A baseline-raver-symbiosis with his partner in crime Genji Yoshida. Those soulmates shine brighter than any diamond found on this techno planet and manage to beautify the clubs and festivals all across the northern & southern hemispheres.
At the latest after their release “Miura” – signed on Moonbooticas Imprint “Moonbootique” hitting no 9 on the FAZE M. Charts – the world is aware that those two are as thick as thieves. The duo sends – without hesitation – everyone – once the beat drops out to come back at full tilt to find its way into your chest – on a tremendous sound trip shattering every wishful thinking and as a logical consequence piercing marrow and bone to dance. Häppy’s music can’t be narrowed down to a genre or pattern – it bends the bow from deep-house to techno and burns into the memory of everyone listening to it. However, one thing that his music does with us we know for sure: letting our Endorphins dance while we get goosebumps all our bodies. Joseph Disco’s early education in beat science came as a resident DJ in Cologne’s legendary club Playground, where his regular opportunities to manipulate the dancefloor like a puppeteer quickly drew him into the sphere of music production.

✘ Gina Sabatini (Love Foundation / Berlin) https://soundcloud.com/gina-sabatini

What´s the difference to parties in Europe? A: I think the difference between the European and Australian parties isn’t very big. With the internet the people are very well educated musically. So you travel around the globe and the people know all of your releases and are asking me to play a track from 2006 that I have almost forgot about myself. So I can’t really tell a difference and I mean that in a good way ;-) Q: Which are your 3 favorite clubs in Berlin? A: Hmm that’s not very easy to answer. At the moment I love to play mostly at Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke and maybe Wilde Renate. Q: Katermukke, Dirtybird, Suara, Snatch! Huge label names. What coming up next? A: My next release is coming on Mother Recordings this month. Also there is something coming up on Toolroom and Lapsus very soon.
