For many of us, these past months and years have felt heavy. The constant stream of news and the divisive nature of our conversations can leave us feeling overwhelmed. That's why I believe now, more than ever, it's essential to prioritize practices that nurture our minds and hearts. It's not a luxury—it's a necessity. When we take time to center ourselves, we become more resilient and more equipped to show up in the ways the world needs.
