Inflation, corruption, malfeasance, pedophilia, book banning and Biden v Trump live

On today's show, I first open with the inflation rates of the four years of Donald Trump as compared with Joe Biden. It's not even close. Prices have skyrocketed under Biden, with no sign of getting better anytime soon. We then move to a question Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) of Texas poses to the walking male member with eyebrows, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It's really simple question, given both Biden and Mayorkas keep saying they cannot fix the border without Congress. Cloud asks if he or Biden had any of their authority removed by Congress? Mayorkas refuses to answer, knowing he's caught. They have all the same authority Trump had and even have a budget that is 20% larger. It's obvious the goal isn't to control the border, but to allow the invasion. We have another area of our government that seems to be almost a shadow government with it's own hidden budget and agenda. The US Agency for International Development or USAID actually funded Hamas just before the Oct 7 massacre perpetrated on Israel. We have anti-Semite/pro-Hamas elements all throughout our government. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) just shared new documents revealing 15 different government agencies knew the Wuhan Lab was developing COVID19 back in 2018 and not one person came forward. Dr. Fauci and everyone associated with this knew they are pursuing backdoor channels to do what was forbidden under US law. It's the same story over and over again with Federal overreach. If the law or the Constitution constrains them, they try to get around it and hide what they are doing. Turning to the Ashley Biden diary story, I guess we now know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was really hers since the DOJ just tried and sentenced a Florida woman who found it and turned it over to the press. So, beyond all of the other issues around Joe Biden, let's just add pedophilia. Kamala Harris then beclowns herself on a show discussing “banning” books. This whole topic is being spun by the Left, but, as always, the Left accuses the other side of what they themselves are guilty of doing. Rashida Tlaib had a childish temper tantrum when asked about her thoughts about her constituents in Dearborn, Michigan chanting, “Death to America.” It's amazing how we have such emotionally unhinged, American-hating members of Congress. Speaking of Congress, it's easy to see why so many of them refuse to do the right things as it relates to our Republic. A big part of it is how easily they can enrich themselves. Let's pick on a Republican for this. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) can serve as a perfect example. When they can use insider knowledge for stock trades, hire family and go on lectures, they can amass a large amount of wealthy in a very short time. How can we expect them to do what's right with so much money being thrown at them? Maybe some are waking up. On MSNBC's “The Morning Joe,” a group of former Biden supporters are now calling themselves undecided. Every one of them blames the fiscals policies that Biden has pushed and now ignores the damage he's done to them. A Chinese immigrant destroys activist David Hogg and his whole anti-gun/anti-2nd Amendment stance with one simple question – can you guarantee the US government will never become tyrannical? He said he cannot, to which she replied, then the debate on gun control is over. Finally, we get two back-to-back soundbites to illustrate the vast difference between Biden and Trump. First, Biden, in a highly scripted and formal affair, struggles to remember who he needs to call on his note card for a question. He has their question written out and then his answer. He cannot even be trusted to speak on his own even with the friendly Legacy/mainstream media. On the flip side, Donald Trump stopped at a random Chick-fil-A in Georgia and got the mixed crowd, including many black Americans, to cheer for him and to tell him they support him and to NOT listen to what the media is saying. It's a the perfect illustration to show us who they really are. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today opens with what has become a recurring Friday segment, a run through Tara Bull's Top 10 Stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn't report on this week. I then add an honorable mention to the list given Fulton County DA Fani Willis has just been subpoenaed to testify before an investigative committee into her conflicts of interest and allege malfeasance. This also gives a chance to hear a song from satirist Jim Gossett. We then discuss the ongoing border issue, to include a vote in he House where 150 Democrats said they do not support deporting illegals who have been arrested on DUI charges. Senator Mike Lee pen's a piece in The Federalist about the secretive bill Chuck “You” Schumer and Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell want to cram down the Senate's throat. President Trump weighs in and says a bad deal is worse than no deal at all. On the flip-side, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) seems to have been turned and puts forth one of the poorest excuses to support the bill we have heard to-date. CNN's Erica Hill is left jaw-dropped and silent after hearing from CNN's John Miller about how illegals have figured out the states where they can get away with as much theft as they want and then spend their ill-gotten gains in Florida. He adds they won't commit crimes in Florida because they know they will be locked up, but are free to operate in New York City. Ultimately, President Biden could fix this as quickly as he caused it. His Executive Order undid all of the Trump era policies, so new EO's could easily put them back into place. However, he won't do that because that goes against their plan. They want to continue to flood the country to gain permanent voting blocks and expand their representation in Congress. In the meantime, I remind you just how much prices have gone up on the normal, day-to-day goods and services we all need. Bidenomics isn't working. Out of no where, it looks like Jack Smith's filing to bring Trump to court on March 4, the day before Super Tuesday, has now been removed from the D.C. docket. It appears it has been suspended indefinitely, meaning there is no way it happens before the November election. Could it be these rogue prosecutors have bitten off way more than they can chew and it's finally beginning to backfire? Announced layoffs in the county jumped to a rate of 136%, making it the 2nd worst pace in history. Folks inside Ford Motor Company are leaking that no one is ordering trucks and the company is planning mass layoffs as well. One inside said it feels just like 2008 when almost all car companies went bankrupt during Obama's term. We close on a handful of items including the USCP finding the gay porn video participants didn't break any laws. One wonders what they would discover if they just Google D.C.'s laws on public indecency? And climate change studies are finally getting more press and more peer-reviews showing it to be what we've always said it was – a man-made hoax. Taamneh, where the family of a terrorist attack victim attempted to sue Twitter for ‘aiding and abetting terrorism' after it failed to remove content posted by ISIS to the platform. Meanwhile in the realm of politics, reports show that two major GOP candidates, Governor Ron DeSantis and Senator Tim Scott, will launch their 2024 presidential campaigns next week. FOX News Sunday Host Shannon Bream joins the podcast to discuss what the SCOTUS ruling means for internet company protections and how Governor DeSantis' impending campaign announcement could impact former President Trump in the 2024 presidential race. Dana Bash speaks with Trump's personal lawyer Joe Tacopina, who describes Trump's upcoming arraignment as "a day the rule of law in the United States has died."  Next, lawyer Lanny Davis, who now represents Trump's former personal lawyer/"fixer" Michael Cohen, provides his (very different) take on the Trump indictment.   Then, Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) weighs in on the indictment, as well as where he sees the economy going.  And, Dana interviews House Intel Committee Chair Mike Turner (R-OH) about Russia's arrest of Wall Street Journal journalist Evan Gershkovich.  Finally, regarding the Trump indictment, Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) tells Dana, "You don't have to be a lawyer to look at this case and think it's on very weak grounds." To learn more about how CNN protects listener privacy, visit cnn.com/privacy

Today we open with Kevin McCarthy having finally been elected to Speaker of the House after a 15th vote. The 20 members of the House who stuck to their guns won a huge battle toward making the Legislative Branch more functional and fair for the American people. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), who made a total fool of himself by mocking and deriding his fellow Republicans, made a half-hearted apology on CNN while trying to gaslight us into thinking he was just using a "turn of phrase." I'm sorry, but calling those 20 people, terrorists, isn't some throw-away phrase people use in daily vernacular. Plus, you also called them enemies and narcissists. Rather than own it and admit he let his emotions get the better of him, he had to try to make it look like everyone else misunderstood him. MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart was worse about it, describing the actions of the 20 as being nothing more than an ongoing extension of the insurrection from two years ago. And, even worse than that, his guest, Representative Madeleine Dean (D-PA) agreed! Fox News's Jimmy Failla tweeted something only two days into the hold-out and it bears repeating. "Failing to pick a leader in 2 days is not embarrassing. Spiking inflation to a 40 year high is embarrassing. Opening the border is embarrassing. Fleeing Afghanistan is embarrassing. Forcing (non-working) vaccines on people is embarrassing. Take your time, GOP. Take your time." Next I share a very short video Lauren Boebert (R-CO) made, addressing the wins they gained before voting for McCarthy. It's amazing to go through them and think, this is what Dan Crenshaw believes to be the demands of our enemies? Of Terrorists? These are the things that lend themselves toward discussion of insurrection? To make sure I provide an accurate list of concessions McCarthy made, I use both and Axios story and one from ZeroHedge. Between the two, I think it is fair to say we owe those 20 Republicans a lot for sticking to their Constitutional principles and moving the Legislative Branch of government back where our Founding Fathers intended. One of those concessions deserves a little discussion. The Post Millennial today reveals Jim Jordan (R-OH) has been named Chair of a new "Church" committee, tasked with looking into various subjects where the Government has been weaponized to go after American and their rights. This includes the Hunter Biden laptop censorship story, FBI's Russian collusion hoax narrative, lying to FISA courts and, of course, the governments response to and handling of COVID-19. The coronavirus story is so important because of all the work finally being made public about the mRNA vaccine. Dr. Richard Fleming takes a minute to summarize what we have learned about the vaxx. He calls out three elements and when he concludes are are all left to wonder why those involved are not already in prison? As a tie-in to this "Church" committee, Attorney General Andrew Bailey just released a host of documents about the government going after Americans and censoring them. One of those documents relates to a White House employee sending a letter, asking Twitter to silence Robert Kennedy, Jr. for being a known critic of the regime's COVID-19 narrative. For too long this government has been flouting the Constitution and because of those hold-outs, we are hopefully going to put a stop to it moving forward. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (01/04/2023): 3:05pm- On Wednesday, the U.S. House of Representative reconvened to decide the next Speaker of the House. The presumptive next Speaker, Kevin McCarthy, fell well short of the 218 needed on both the fourth and fifth ballots—garnering less support on votes four and five than he had received on vote one yesterday. 3:10pm- Speaking to reporters outside the Capitol, Rep. Byron Donalds stated that he “didn't come to D.C. being interested in becoming Speaker of the House.” On votes four and five, Donalds consistently received 20 votes to become Speaker. 3:30pm- Prior to the 6th vote to decide the House Speakership, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) nominated Byron Donalds (R-FL) to the Speakership.  3:45pm- While on the House floor, Rep. Lauren Boebert implored fellow Republicans to vote for Byron Donalds and asked former President Donald Trump to rescind his support for Kevin McCarthy. 4:05pm- Speakership Vote #6: Kevin McCarthy has once again failed to get the 218 votes necessary to become Speaker of the House. Is it time for the Republican party to rally around a new candidate?  4:10pm- Twitter Files Part 11: On Tuesday, investigative journalist Matt Taibbi released another series of Twitter files—this time documenting why the social media company allowed the intelligence community to suppress and moderate content, specifically references to a lab leak theory as the origins of COVID-19. 4:30pm- The House of Representatives has adjourned until 8pm ET after six failed attempts to select a new Speaker.  4:45pm- The Centers for Disease Control tweeted: “The best defense is a good offense! Defend yourself against blood clots…” Rich can't remember government agencies ever issuing blood clot warnings for young athletes in the past.  4:55pm- After six failed votes to determine a Speaker of the House, are more Republicans willing to defect from Kevin McCarthy? 5:00pm- While appearing on The Guy Benson Show, Rep. Today opens with some massive wins, thanks to the 20 or so Republicans who refuse to just tow the line and let Kevin McCarthy waltz into the Speakership. While being mocked, derided and called all sorts of horrible names, these 20 folks are actually carrying out the business of what it means to be a member of the Legislative Branch. After losing his 6th consecutive vote late yesterday, it seems Kevin McCarthy has finally been dragged kicking and screaming toward following the Constitution as crafted, not as it has been perverted. Because of their determination, here are some of the concessions Kevin McCarthy has decided to agree to in an effort to win more votes. First, he has agreed to a one-member "motion to vacate." This gets us back to where we were prior to Nancy Pelosi. Second, McCarthy is prepared to give the House Freedom Caucus two seats on the House Rules Committee. Third, there will now be a vote on term limits and fourth, there will be major changes to the appropriations process. One of the most important tools for lawmakers is the power of the purse and thanks to the hold-outs, there is now a deal for standalone votes on each of the 12 annual appropriations bills, with an open rule to allow amendments from the floor from any lawmaker. These are fantastic developments and would not have happened were it not for the strength, courage and conviction of those 20 or so Republicans who are standing on principle and fighting for a return to the Constitutional processes as originally designed. On a sour note, we have to deal with two less than stellar examples of the GOP. First, RNC Chair Rona McDaniel took her condescending attitude to the Stuart Varney Show and basically said Americans are too stupid to follow such concepts and rule-making and motions to vacate. In an effort to just look united without actually being united, she took the stance to belittle the intellect of most Americans. On top of that, Congressman Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) showed his true colors when we appeared on the Guy Benson Show and called the 20 conservatives domestic terrorists. He later was on CNN, talking off the cuff in the halls of Congress, calling the conservatives narcissists and enemies. It was not just uncalled for, but a disgusting display of how the swamp dwellers really feel about our Constitutional process. Finally, Harmeet Dhillon, who is running for the RNC Chair to take it away from Rona McDaniel, spoke about her views on the Republican Party. In a short sound bite, she captures why she is such a better fit to be the head of the Republican National Committee. As she says, it's one thing to lose in one cycle, but after losing three cycles in a row, you should not get awarded a fourth. It does not work that way in business, it should not work that way in government. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Reps. Kathleen Rice (D-NY), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Angie Craig (D-MN) and Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) were the congress members behind the writing of the letter. Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) has proposed that the drug testing standards for the workforce undergo changes. Noting the recent rail strikes that have been averted, he notes that the job has a requirement of specialized skills, but a job pool shrunk by drug testing requirements. These are requirements that place qualified candidates out of the running for job positions over items they ingested up to six weeks prior to a test. This also gets qualified workers disqualified from continuing with a job by drug test, when they were not intoxicated or consuming on the job. “A lot of these shortcomings in terms of the supply chain are that people do not qualify for the jobs because they've used marijuana sometime in the last six weeks, which doesn't affect their ability to do their job, but it throws them out of the consideration,” Blumenauer said. Because Kamala Harris has been made responsible for solving the southern border mess and still has not gone to the Border to look at the problems (which Biden caused), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) took a life-size cutout of Harris to McAllen, TX to explain to “her” the problems on the border. Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr agree that with all crises and serious problems, the person responsible for solving the situation must go look at it in person — something George W. Bush learned the hard way flying over Katrina instead of going in person. The Nobel Peace Prize really should be awarded only to people who actually did bring about Peace in the World…..not to people for “popular” political reasons. Sometimes, the Nobel Committee messes up on this! Let's hope this time they do give it to someone who truly brought Peace to the Middle East. Our American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, are dismayed. NYC practicing psychiatrist, Dr. Aruna Khilanani, is quoted as saying, “There are no good apples out there. White people make my blood boil.” She further declared, “I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the head of any white person that got in my way, burying their body and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step, like I did the world a favor,” adding an expletive. A perspective patient tweeted, “When I entered her office she put a revolver to my head and said I needed to play five rounds of Russian roulette before I could get an appointment.” It will be interesting to see of the State of New York lets Dr. Khilanani continue to practice psychiatry now that her talk at Yale University's School of Medicine is public. MSNBC contributor Mara Gay said she was very disturbed by seeing “dozens and dozens of pickup trucks with [expletives] against Joe Biden on the back of them, Trump flags, and, in some cases, just dozens of American flags, which is also just disturbing…” She further made the incredible declaration of Patriots and Trump supporters do not "own" the USA, saying, “Essentially, the message was clear ... This is my country. This is not your country. I own this.”The Democrats strongly believe Demographics are their destiny for power and control. They believe if enough people from enough blue states move to Texas, they can flip Texas blue. And by controlling Texas, they can control the Nation. Stephen Parr explains two different surveys show so many of those moving to Texas from other states, including blue states, are actually more conservative than the average Texan. Louis Avallone adds those moving to Texas are very happy with more FREEDOM in Texas than exists in blue, Democrat controlled states. We do not need a whole month to celebrate and to respect the individual choice of Gay Pride. This should be a personal choice made by a person with appropriate maturity. It is not appropriate to engage in efforts to indoctrinate children in any aspects of their sexuality when they are still young children. Let the children be children. Attacking WV Democrat Senator Joe Manchin, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tweeted, “Republicans have decided that the only way they can win is by preventing American citizens from voting. That should shock every American. But we can't just sit back and watch their power grab. We have to fight back for our democracy by passing the #ForThePeopleAct.” Well, class act Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) jumped in with his tweet, “Hey @jack, I think you're supposed to put a fact-check notice on these right? Since her claim isn't just “disputed or misleading”… but a blatant lie? Just wondering if those standards are the normal kind or the double kind?” Then, Crenshaw's former Democrat opponent (whom he defeated, thank goodness) jumped in with this tweet: “The reason you can't see the objective truth isn't because of your eyes; its because how far you have your nose up your Dear Leader's a$$.” Crenshaw responded with “Actually, it's just 'eye,' singular.” She ended up taking her tweeter account private, but not before others got screen shots of it!

Palestinian activist Samer Makhlouf joins us to talk about the ongoing violence in Israel and Palestine, how Palestinian resistance has been mainly non-violent throughout history and how this resistance, and manifestations of support globally are constantly misrepresented by mainstream media as anti-semitic, as in the example of BDS, and how the instances of spectacular violence are used to demonize Palestinians while ignoring constant Israeli violent aggression.Ariel Gold, co-executive director at Code Pink, joins us to talk about how the conversation about the violence in Israel and Palestine is developing in the United States, how the Biden administration unsurprisingly gave its full support to the Israeli assault on Gaza while giving half-hearted statements of concern over Palestinian civilian casualties, how the conflict is sometimes described by media and government as if it had a life of its own where the actors have no agency, and the controversy over “The Squad” using the word “apartheid” in describing the situation in Israel/Palestine.Jim Goodman, board president of the National Family Farm Coalition, talks to us about a recent report that linked agricultural production in the United States to nearly 18,000 air quality–related deaths per year, how current practices in agribusiness contribute to this by releasing dangerous byproducts like ammonia and other particulates, and how the meat industry is one of the main contributors to this pollution. Sean Michael Love, founder and editor-in-chief of Black House News, and Ari Theresa, land use/zoning attorney with a focus on civil rights, talk to us about media coverage of the escalation of violence in Israel and Palestine, which maintained its pro-Israel stance even after Israel destroyed a building that housed various news agencies, including Al-Jazeera and the Associated Press, and how the click-bait infotainment model makes it really hard for people to get involved with causes. In our Miss The Press segment, hosts Michelle Witte and Bob Schlehuber talk about Chuck Tood grilling Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) and how they are both wrong and they are both right in some ways, Netanyahu’s interview, and Fauci’s interview on vaccine sharing and distribution.
