¿Cómo estás usando el tiempo que Dios te ha dado? Por: Pastor David Ingman Esta es una pregunta importante que todos debemos responder. Me atrevería a decir que, de todas las posesiones y tesoros que tenemos en este mundo, ¡nuestro tiempo es el bien más valioso que Dios nos ha dado! Efesios 5:16-17. Amigos míos, hay una gran sabiduría en comprender la voluntad de Dios para nuestras vidas. Es fundamental entender cómo usar nuestro tiempo y no desperdiciarlo en cosas inútiles. Y lo repito: ¡nuestro tiempo es el bien más valioso que tenemos aquí en la tierra! Jeremías 33:3. Aquí está el problema: muchas veces pensamos que lo sabemos todo. Sin embargo, necesitamos clamar a Dios cada día y preguntarle cómo administrar este valioso regalo llamado tiempo. “Aprovechar bien el tiempo” significa vivir con sabiduría y cuidado. El rey Salomón expresó esto de manera extraordinaria en Proverbios 2:1-15, donde habla sobre los beneficios de la sabiduría de Dios y cómo vivir correctamente en medio de un mundo lleno de maldad. Y no nos equivoquemos: vivimos en un mundo verdaderamente malvado. Si una persona vive desplazándose por las redes sociales, observando lo que otros hacen con sus vidas, jamás descubrirá la voluntad de Dios para la suya. Terminará viviendo como un robot, siguiendo el ritmo de este mundo sin propósito verdadero. ¿Cuántas familias hoy en día no pueden compartir juntas en una misma habitación sin estar mirando sus celulares y revisando las últimas noticias o publicaciones en redes sociales? ¡Qué triste! Vivimos en una sociedad distraída y atrapada por el desplazamiento constante. Romanos 12:2. Si pasamos más tiempo navegando en Instagram que leyendo y meditando en la Palabra de Dios, ¿cómo descubriremos Su voluntad? Y aún más importante: ¿cómo podremos transmitirla a nuestras familias? Juan 9:4 (NTV). Jesús hablaba de la urgencia de cumplir el propósito de Dios mientras todavía tenemos oportunidad. El “día” representaba el tiempo de Su ministerio terrenal, y la “noche” simbolizaba Su muerte cercana. Pero estas palabras también aplican para nosotros hoy: debemos aprovechar nuestro tiempo al máximo para hacer las obras de Dios antes de que la oportunidad pase. Por eso debemos honrar a Dios con nuestro tiempo y hacer aquello para lo cual Él nos llamó, en lugar de vivir únicamente guiados por nuestros deseos y caprichos. Tú y yo estamos aquí con un propósito. ¡Cumplamos ese propósito para la gloria de Dios! Salmos 90:12 (NVI) nos enseña a valorar cada día y a pedir sabiduría. Proverbios 27:1: “No te jactes del día de mañana; porque no sabes qué dará de sí el día.” Santiago 4:13-14: “Porque ¿qué es vuestra vida? Ciertamente es neblina que se aparece por un poco de tiempo, y luego se desvanece.” Entreguemos a Dios nuestro bien más preciado en esta vida: ¡Nuestro tiempo! His career includes: Specialized Bicycles: He led the aerodynamics department, overseeing the development of high-performance bikes like the S-Works Tarmac and Venge. US Speedskating: He serves as the Chair of the Sports Science Commission and is the 2018 US Olympic Committee Sports Science Coach of the Year. Innovation: He is the founder of AiRO, an AI-powered platform that uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to provide aerodynamic bike fitting without a wind tunnel. Aerodynamics plays a significant role in cycling performance, often more so than the weight of the bike. Ingmar emphasizes that many athletes mistakenly believe that a lighter bike is the key to speed. Als je dan uitbehandeld bent met een jarenlang durende depressie met opnames medicatie wat er niet; is er dan nog hoop? In een indrukwekkende uitzending vertellen directeur Ingmar de Gooyer van behandelcentrum Magnolia en cliënt Frank, die een behandeling met psychedelica heeft ondergaan, hun ervaringen. For most of us getting into a wind tunnel is but a dream. Tunnels are hard to find and harder to afford. As an alternative Josh has recommended the Chung Method. It's proven yet it does take some expertise to get right. What if there were something in the middle. Something that is more accessible and less expensive than a wind tunnel yet doesn't require the hours of commitment and trial and  error of field testing? Our guest believes he has just that.  AiRO may sound like a company that is trying to latch onto the "AI" craze. But its founder, Ingmar Jungnickel, has been into cycling aerodynamics long before Chat GPT became a thing. He has a degree in engineering, he's developed on-bike aero hardware, and he worked for Specialized where he logged many hours in that company's wind tunnel. All of that, along with a chance opportunity to work with speed skaters, led him to develop a CFD program that attempts to make cycling aerodynamics more accessible.  Ingmar's back story includes meeting are own Josh Poertner. But the real story here is how good Computational Fluid Dynamics has become. The potential of AiRO and its date even blew the mind of Josh as you will hear in this episode of Marginal Gains.

Unfortunately, not all eggs that get produced make it onto supermarket shelves. Producers try to sort out eggs that are broken or misshapen, hatcheries discard infertile eggs, and breaker operations need to deal with broken yolks or excess fluid left in shells. So what happens to that stream of waste egg products that still have nutritional value, but are deemed to be unfit for human consumption? Ingmar Middelbos is the Global R&D Director for Animal Nutrition at Symrise Pet Food. Symrise partners with producers across the US and abroad to collect discarded egg products that would otherwise end up in landfills, and turn it into nutritious food for pets. Ingmar joins us today to discuss the origins of the inedible egg business, why the industry creates such a consistent waste stream, and the potential future applications for inedible egg products.

With his insider's perspective, he discusses the reasons why he believes the FDA rejected MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD: from ICER's 2.1 section of the report giving legitimacy to allegations they don't have the authority to research, to Lykos not being able to defend some accusations due to confidentiality, to the damage caused over time (which likely influenced the decision) from attacks against Lykos from dissenters. He discusses: How, despite abuse claims, the main allegations in the report were actually about the mishandling of data or influence of investigators on participants The complications of needing to follow study frameworks: Should your adverse experience be in the report if it happened outside the study window? How easily opposition can attack and demonize a faceless company, while forgetting the humanity of the people behind it Inner healing intelligence and the proposition that people have been indoctrinated into this concept by MAPS The need for journalists to research more and not just jump on a narrative and more!
