Garland Favorito, head of VoterGA, the Georgia-based election integrity group, joins ITN to detail a study conducted that finds nearly 107,000 drop box ballots cast in the November 2020 election had improper chain of custody forms. The results call the authenticity of the ballots into question.

Voter GA held a press conference, during the conference, the VoterGA team released two bombshells that prove the 2020 Election in the state should never have been certified. Wednesday on Political Rewind: A lawsuit accusing Georgia's presidential election of being rigged collapsed on Wednesday. Earlier in the week, state election investigators have told a Superior Court judge they found no evidence to back up claims by plaintiffs, who allege counterfeit ballots were counted in Fulton County last year. But on Wednesday, Henry County judge Judge Brian Amero dismissed the case. The judge wrote that the plaintiffs, including Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA, lacked standing and also failed to allege a particularized injury in their lawsuit that claimed fake ballots were counted in Fulton's totals. In other news, a candidate for mayor of Sandy Springs says he is being threatened and targeted with racist campaign messages. Garland Favorito is a co-founder of Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA) and Elections Director of the Constitution Party of Georgia.
