Donald Trump a néanmoins promis sur son réseau Truth Social la réouverture du détroit d'Ormuz dès vendredi.« J'autorise pleinement la réouverture du détroit d'Ormuz sans droits de passage et, parallèlement, la levée immédiate du blocus naval américain. Navires du monde entier, mettez vos moteurs en marche ! Que le pétrole coule à flots ! », a écrit le président des États-Unis, ajoutant que cette ouverture interviendra « dès la signature de l'accord vendredi afin de permettre le déminage ».En fin de matinée, ce lundi, l'agence iranienne Fars a néanmoins indiqué que l'Iran a ajouté au dernier moment des négociations une clause prévoyant l'imposition de redevances pour les services maritimes dans le détroit d'Ormuz.Alors, que contient cet accord-cadre ? Diễn biến tích cực này làm gia tăng kỳ vọng, điểm nghẽn năng lượng quan trọng nhất thế giới sẽ sớm được khai thôngSau hơn ba tháng gần như bị phong tỏa kể từ khi xung đột bùng phát cuối tháng 2/2026, những tín hiệu khôi phục lưu thông đầu tiên đã xuất hiện. Tàu chở khí tự nhiên hóa lỏng (LNG) Disha đang bắt đầu hành trình tiến về eo biển Hormuz sau thời gian dài mắc kẹt tại Vịnh Ba Tư. Chúng tôi hy vọng thỏa thuận sẽ được triển khai đúng kế hoạch vào ngày 19/6, bởi cộng đồng quốc tế đều cần eo biển Hormuz được mở cửa trở lại và cuộc xung đột sớm khép lại. Điều quan trọng không kém là những cam kết này phải được duy trì một cách bền vững trong thời gian tới.”Tại Tokyo, Chánh Văn phòng Nội các Nhật Bản Minoru Kihara cũng bày tỏ kỳ vọng: “Trong thời gian tới, chúng tôi kỳ vọng mạnh mẽ rằng bản ghi nhớ này sẽ được thực hiện đầy đủ, bảo đảm quyền tự do và an toàn hàng hải qua eo biển Hormuz trên thực tế, đồng thời tạo điều kiện để sớm đạt được một thỏa thuận cuối cùng về các vấn đề còn tồn đọng, bao gồm chương trình hạt nhân của Iran.”Thị trường năng lượng toàn cũng ngay lập tức có phản ứng. Giá dầu Brent giảm hơn 3 USD xuống dưới 84 USD/thùng, trong khi dầu WTI giảm hơn 4%. Chiến lược gia Takashi Hiroki tại MONEX nhận định:“Việc Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump thông báo thỏa thuận chấm dứt xung đột với Iran là một tín hiệu rất tích cực đối với thị trường. Kỳ vọng căng thẳng tại Trung Đông sẽ hạ nhiệt đang thúc đẩy hoạt động mua vào của các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài. Đồng thời, giá dầu thô tương lai tại New York giảm cũng hỗ trợ tâm lý thị trường. Dòng tiền hiện đang chảy mạnh vào các nhóm cổ phiếu dẫn dắt, đặc biệt là lĩnh vực chất bán dẫn và trí tuệ nhân tạo.”Dù vậy, giới chuyên gia cảnh báo việc mở cửa eo biển Hormuz không đồng nghĩa với việc chuỗi cung ứng năng lượng toàn cầu sẽ lập tức trở lại bình thường. Hàng chục tàu chở dầu vẫn cần thời gian để rời khu vực, trong khi các nhà sản xuất sẽ không vội khôi phục toàn bộ công suất cho đến khi chắc chắn rằng tuyến hàng hải chiến lược này thực sự an toàn và ổn định trong dài hạn. Điều đó đồng nghĩa với việc thế giới có thể đã tránh được nguy cơ gián đoạn nguồn cung nghiêm trọng nhất, nhưng chưa thể kỳ vọng giá năng lượng nhanh chóng quay về mức trước xung đột. Hội nghị kết thúc với “Lời kêu gọi hành động Paris” gồm 8 điểm, trong đó kêu gọi ngừng bắn vĩnh viễn tại Gaza, chấm dứt mở rộng các khu định cư, thúc đẩy tái thiết Gaza và tăng cường hỗ trợ cho xã hội dân sự hai bên.Phát biểu tại hội nghị, Ngoại trưởng Pháp Jean-Noel Barrot khẳng định các khuyến nghị được đưa ra xuất phát từ khát vọng về phẩm giá và tương lai của cả người Israel và Palestine, đồng thời cam kết chuyển tải thông điệp này tới các nhà lãnh đạo thế giới tại Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh G7 sắp tới.Trưởng ban Chính sách Đối ngoại Liên minh châu Âu Kaja Kallas nhấn mạnh, giải pháp hai nhà nước vẫn là con đường khả thi duy nhất để đạt được hòa bình lâu dài tại Trung Đông:"Giải pháp hai nhà nước vẫn là con đường khả thi duy nhất để mang lại hòa bình lâu dài cho Trung Đông. Đó là cách duy nhất để cả người Palestine và người Israel có thể sống an toàn, có phẩm giá và trong hòa bình. Wollen die EU-Kriegstreiber jetzt auch im Mittelmeer Krieg gegen Russland beginnen?Ein Kommentar von Rainer Rupp.Die EU-Außenbeauftragte Kaja Kallas, die das Treffen der EU-Verteidigungsminister auf Zypern vom 7. und 8. Juni leitete, hat zu dem Anlass mehrfach betont: Die EU-Marineoperation IRINI habe begonnen, unter „erneuerten Einsatzregeln“ Schiffe der sogenannten russischen Schattenflotte zu entern. Diese Ankündigung markiert eine deutliche Ausweitung der Mission und birgt erhebliche Eskalationsrisiken.IRINI wurde 2020 ins Leben gerufen. Sie ist die Nachfolgemission der EU-Operation „Sophia“ (griechisch für Weisheit) die von 2015 bis 2020 dauerte. IRINI ist das griechische Wort für „Frieden“ und gleichzeitig der Name der aktuellen EU-Marineoperation im Mittelmeer. Deren ursprüngliches Mandat war die Durchsetzung des UN-Waffenembargos gegen Libyen. In den letzten Monaten hat die EU jedoch angekündigt, selbstherrlich und ohne Zustimmung der Parlamente der Mitgliedsländer die Aufgabe von IRINI in eine gefährliche, kriegerische Operation umzumünzen, nämlich nicht-russisch beflaggte Schiffe, die russisches Öl transportieren, in internationalen Gewässern des Mittelmeers zu stoppen, aufzubringen, in EU-Häfen zu zwingen, um dort mit fadenscheinigen, illegalen Rechtfertigungen deren Ladung zu beschlagnahmen.All das soll unter Einsatz militärischer Mittel durch EU-Kriegsschiffe als Teil der IRINI-Operation geschehen. Diese erlaubt notfalls auch den Einsatz tödlicher Gewalt, um das gewünschte Ergebnis zu erzwingen. Um das vor der westlichen Öffentlichkeit zu rechtfertigen, werden die nicht-russisch beflaggten Schiffe, die russisches Öl transportieren, von westlichen Politikern und ihren untertänigsten Medien abfällig als „russische Schattenflotte“ bezeichnet. Das suggeriert in der westlichen Öffentlichkeit teils recht erfolgreich dunkle Machenschaften der bösen Russen und suggeriert zugleich eine tugendhafte Rechtfertigung des militärischen Vorgehens der EU gegen diese „Schattenflotte“ auf offener See. Nach internationalem Seerecht ist das jedoch nichts anderes als Piraterie. Aber die Kallas scheint das nicht zu stören die nach der Devise „Legal, illegal, Scheißegal“ operiert.Aber das ist schließlich nicht die einzige außenpolitische Problemzone, in der die EU-Außenpolitik unter Führung der einfach gestrickten - um nicht minderbemittelt zu sagen - Kaja Kallas leidet. Denn ihr Russenhass scheint die einzige, aber notwendige Qualifikation für ihren Job an der Spitze der EU-Diplomatie gewesen zu sein. Aber auch hier scheinen sich in jüngster Zeit Dinge in eine realistischere Richtung zu entwickeln; mehr dazu weiter unten. Zunächst zurück zu IRINI.Wie bereits erwähnt bestand das ursprüngliche IRINI-Mandat darin, das UN-Waffenembargo gegen Libyen durchzusetzen, das im Rahmen der Resolution 1970 des UN-Sicherheitsrats im Jahr 2011 beschlossen worden war. Ziel war es, Waffenlieferungen zu unterbinden und einen politischen Friedensprozess in Libyen zu unterstützen. Fünfzehn Jahre nach dem Sturz Muammar al-Gaddafis hat die Mission diesen Auftrag jedoch nicht erfüllt. Waffenlieferungen erfolgten weiterhin – vor allem aus der Luft –, ein ernsthafter Friedensprozess kam nie zustande. Volgens Keller heeft Iran niet zoveel reden om tot een deal met Amerika te komen. Ze zitten redelijk comfortabel aan tafel. De New York Times onthulde dat Iran nog dertig van de driëendertig raketlanceerinstallaties operationeel heeft. Dat Trump de nucleaire deal met Iran in 2018 heeft opgezegd begrijpt Keller wel. 'Trump heeft de stekker eruit getrokken, maar Iran heeft de deal opgeblazen. Ze hebben zich er nooit aan gehouden.' Dat wil niet zeggen dat je nu tot een betere deal kunt komen. 'De wereld was toen veel meer één dan nu.' Keller verwijst ook naar het feit dat die onderhandelingen destijds meer dan twee jaar hebben geduurd. Guvernul modifică regulile de investigare a cauzelor penale. Centrul Național Anticorupție (CNA) își va extinde competențele pentru investigarea fraudelor financiare în proporții deosebit de mari, inclusiv ale celor care afectează fondurile publice, externe și interesele financiare ale Uniunii Europene, potrivit unui proiect aprobat de Guvern. Centrul Național Anticorupție va deveni instituția principală responsabilă de investigarea oricărei fraude care vizează fondurile venite din afara țării și resursele financiare ale Uniunii Europene. De asemenea, atribuțiile Procuraturii Anticorupție au fost modificate pentru a combate mai eficient corupția de nivel înalt. Procuratura pentru Combaterea Criminalității Organizate și Cauze Speciale (PCCOCS) se va concentra pe criminalitatea organizată, terorism și cauzele cu un grad ridicat de complexitate. Iar în cazurile economico-financiare și vamale, urmărirea penală va putea fi efectuată de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat și Serviciul Vamal, sub conducerea PCCOCS, deoarece aceste instituții au datele, instrumentele și expertiza necesară Noile măsuri fac parte din agenda de reforme menită să alinieze Republica Moldova la standardele Uniunii Europene, termenul de implementare fiind stabilit pentru iunie 2026. *** Republica Moldova se confruntă cu un deficit major de forță de muncă, iar soluția ar putea include importul a peste 300 de mii de lucrători din alte țări, a declarat ministrul Dezvoltării Economice de la Chișinău, Eugeniu Osmochescu, la TVR Moldova. În contextul lipsei acute de personal, ministrul susține că importul de forță de muncă devine o necesitate. În paralel, autoritățile își propun să mobilizeze și resursele interne, inclusiv populația inactivă. *** Liderul separatist de la Tiraspol, Vadim Krasnoselski, îi mulţumeşte Maiei Sandu pentru poziţia privind Transnistria, după ce secretarul Consiliului de Securitate al Rusiei, Serghei Şoigu a acuzat de la Moscova Chişinăul că încearcă să elimine trupele ruse din regiunea pro-rusă din estul Republicii Moldova. „Oricât de complicate ar fi relaţiile noastre, eu totuşi cred în politicienii moldoveni, a declarat K presei locale. Cred că spun adevărul şi că sunt împotriva soluţionării militare a problemei transnistrene. Desigur, există multe nuanţe - şi înarmarea Moldovei, şi unităţile speciale care participă în programe NATO. Dar asta e altceva. Eu o cred pe doamna preşedintă când spune că nu doreşte să rezolve problema transnistreană pe cale militară. Şi le mulţumesc pentru asta, fără îndoială”, a declarat marţi Vadim Krasnoselski, citat de NewsMaker și News.ro. Declaraţiile vin după ce secretarul Consiliului de Securitate al Rusiei, Serghei Şoigu, a acuzat autorităţile de la Chişinău că, împreună cu Uniunea Europeană, ar încerca să elimine din regiune Grupul Operativ al Trupelor Ruse (GOTR). Oficialul rus a declarat că Moscova „va folosi toate metodele disponibile” pentru a-şi proteja cetăţenii din regiunea transnistreană. Mesajul a fsot preluat și de ambasadorul neacreditat al Rusiei la Chișinău, Oleg Ozerov, care a amenințat că Rusia va apăra cetăţenii ruşi din stânga Nistrului „prin toate mijloacele disponibile”. Chișinăul a reacționat amintind că prezenţa trupelor ruse pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova este ilegală și a calificat declarațiile Moscovei drept „provocatoare, inacceptabile şi regretabile”. Şi Uniunea Europeană a respins ameninţările Moscovei. Purtătoarea de cuvânt a Comisiei Europene, Anitta Hipper, a declarat că UE susţine „pe deplin independenţa, suveranitatea şi integritatea teritorială a Republicii Moldova, în frontierele sale recunoscute internaţional. Rusia este bună doar la a ameninţa, a minţi şi a submina stabilitatea regională”, a adăugat Purtătoarea de cuvânt a Comisiei Europene.

VOV1 - Ukraine vừa sửa chữa xong đường ống vận chuyển dầu của Nga đến châu Âu Druzhba bị hư hại hồi đầu năm và sẵn sàng nối lại việc cung cấp, động thái này nhằm gỡ bỏ trở ngại mà nước này hy vọng là rào cản cuối cùng để nhận được đảm bảo khoản hỗ trợ hàng chục tỷ euro từ Brussels. Đường ống dẫn dầu này đã trở thành tâm điểm của cuộc đối đầu giữa Hungary và Slovakia với Ukraine, vì hai nước vẫn phụ thuộc phần lớn vào việc nhập khẩu dầu của Nga qua đường ống này. Theo một số nguồn tin, Ukraine có thể nối lại việc bơm dầu của Nga sang hai nước EU ngay khi nhận được yêu cầu chính thức.Nhà lãnh đạo theo chủ nghĩa dân tộc sắp mãn nhiệm của Hungary, Viktor Orban, đã trì hoãn khoản vay trị giá 90 tỷ euro cho Ukraine của EU như một chiến lược nhằm gây áp lực buộc Ukraine phải sửa chữa và nối lại đường ống dẫn nhiên liệu này. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas warned on Thursday that Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz could lead down a “slippery slope” of imposing tolls and taxes over international waters, which she described as a “very dangerous development”. In an interview with The National, she pushed back against US President Donald Trump's suggestion of a “joint venture” with Iran to handle transit at the strategic strait and said the blockade had become “everybody's problem”. As a US Army officer with a big checkbook courtesy of Uncle Sam, I can't really count the sheer number of times I was offered bribes to award a contract, or falsify records to do things like create larger (fake) headcounts at places like dining facilities, or to just simply be on the take for future illegal requests. You have to go deep in the weeds to see it but if you understand the details of the events, the information being revealed by Brennan's lawyers is the opposite of helpful to his case.  As an example, there is a citation included in a footnote of the December 22, 2025, [fn #20 page 6] letter that links to a March 31, 2022, letter sent to John Durham. Here's page 6 of the 2025 letter. Compare the underlined section to the 2022 letter sent to John Durham. In 2025 Brennan is telling the Florida court the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) conclusion was confirmed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller in a “very serious review.”  However, in 2022 Brennan told John Durham that Robert Mueller never interviewed him or offered an assessment of the ICA; Mueller just regurgitated it. So, which is it? These contradictions are throughout both of the letters when you compare them side-by-side.  In 2022 former CIA Director John Brennan was trying to escape the Durham review.  In 2025 Brennan is trying to escape a grand jury review.
