Acesta venea la Timișoara la o conferință organizată de Universitate, urmând să vorbească despre provocările pe calea integrării europene a Republicii Moldova. „Nu e nimic nou în faptul că Rusia „se joacă” în zona noastră geografică”, așa a comentat cazul ministrul Apărării de la București, Ionuț Moșteanu.   Misiunea de observare a alegerilor a asociației Promolex de la Chișinău a semnalat ceea ce a numit „piața neagră a sondajelor” în Republica Moldova înainte de alegerile parlamentare din 28 septembrie. Chiar dacă legislația reglementează clar condițiile în care pot fi realizate și publicate sondajele, una fiind înregistrarea acestora la Comisia Electorală Centrală, observatorii Promo-LEX au semnalat cel puțin 10 cazuri de realizare a unor așa-zise „sondaje” neautorizate. Printre acestea se numără și unele care vin din surse complet neidentificate și nu au date în ceea ce privește cheltuielile suportate. Până în acest moment Comisia Electorală a autorizat 13 sondaje, realizate de 8 entități. Promolex explică de ce sunt periculoase sondajele obscure care circulă pe internet: „Acestea nu doar măsoară opinia publică, ci și formează percepția cetățenilor, inclusiv prin promovarea unor narative și influențarea comportamentului alegătorilor”.   Serviciul Vamal a finalizat migrarea integrală a sistemului său informațional la cea mai recentă platformă europeană pentru gestionarea regimului de tranzit. Instituția precizează că Republica Moldova se numără printre primele țări care implementează această versiune și este prima din regiune care finalizează o astfel de modernizare tehnică. „Noul sistem este nu doar un progres tehnologic, ci și un pas decisiv către integrarea Republicii Moldova în spațiul vamal european”, a declarat directorul Serviciului Vamal, Alexandru Iacub, citat într-un comunicat de presă al instituției.   La Chișinău, se desfășoară, în perioada 10–21 septembrie, cea de-a X-a ediție a Reuniunii Teatrelor Naționale Românești, cel mai amplu festival al artelor scenice din Republica Moldova. Ediția din acest an va reuni opt teatre din România, dar și mai multe teatre din Republica Moldova. Pentru al patrulea an consecutiv participă și Teatrul Național „Ivan Franko” din Kyiv. În program sunt incluse spectacole radiofonice, surpriza festivalului fiind două spectacole realizate la Teatrul Național Radiofonic Radio București în parteneriat cu Teatrul Național „Mihai Eminescu” din Chișinău, cu participarea actorilor de pe ambele maluri ale Prutului.

Er spricht über Versäumnisse bei der Anwerbung und Hoffnungsschimmer. Positiver sieht Mölling die Einrichtung des Nationalen Sicherheitsrates. Dessen größte Herausforderung sei es, sich nicht vom Tagesgeschäft treiben zu lassen, sondern auf die strategische Perspektive zu schauen. Außerdem schätzt der Sicherheitsexperte ein, ob die getroffenen Entscheidungen Eindruck auf den russischen Machthaber Putin ausüben. Dass der in naher Zukunft an einem Gipfel teilnehmen wird, um einen Frieden zu verhandeln, ist derzeit eher unwahrscheinlich. Nichts deutet darauf hin, erklärt Kai Küstner. Japan's defense ministry highlights Chinese military drills around Taiwan Japanese Defense Minister Gen Nakatani highlighted Chinese drills around Taiwan yesterday in the defense white paper. His ministry emphasized China's intensification of the drills surrounding Taiwan since last year, and they accuse Beijing of trying to isolate the DPP government. The document points out that China has been actively increasing its military presence around Taiwan in recent years. The report noted Beijing's large-scale drills after President Lai Ching Te's inauguration in May of last year, as well as those around National Day on October 10th. Beijing aims to criticize the Lai administration and deter the US from deepening security ties with Taiwan, according to the report. The PRC further aims to divide Taiwanese society and isolate the Lai government by using a dual strategy of hardline (強硬的) military action in addition to pushing to strengthen economic ties with Taiwan. The report says that the exercises around Taiwan share three main characteristics, including combat training, propaganda orientation, and normalization. Ils "rencontreront leur homologue iranien (…) afin d'appeler au retour à la voie diplomatique et de poursuivre les négociations sur le programme nucléaire iranien", a déclaré le ministère des affaires étrangères français.En France, la diaspora iranienne se mobilise pour son pays mais reste divisée. Teherán ha respondido con oleadas de ataques con misiles y drones, que han causado la muerte de al menos 24 personas y heridas a más de 600 en territorio israelí. Ninguno de los dos países apunta a ceder, mientras crece la tensión regional por una escalada del conflicto.  Los bombardeos entre Israel e Irán no paran. Los primeros en atacar fueron los israelíes. L'armée israélienne a depuis intensifié ses opérations dans l'enclave palestinienne, faisant des centaines de morts, dont une majorité de civils. Le plan du gouvernement israélien qui suppose de raser ce qui reste de Gaza, de parquer une population affamée dans une petite portion de l'enclave et de la soumettre à un système militarisé de distribution d'aide humanitaire a suscité une indignation générale de la communauté internationale y compris de la part de capitales occidentales proches d'Israël. Quelque 39 pays ont déposé un recours devant la Cour Internationale de Justice de La Haye. Le président français, et les Premiers ministres britannique et canadien ont prévenu qu'ils ne resteraient « pas les bras croisés » devant les « actions scandaleuses » du gouvernement israélien. 22 pays ont aussi exigé d'Israël une « reprise complète de l'aide à la bande de Gaza, immédiatement », demandant qu'elle soit organisée par les Nations unies et les ONG. Sous la pression, après deux mois et demi de blocus humanitaire, Benyamin Netanyahou a autorisé quelques camions transportant des médicaments et de la nourriture pour enfants à pénétrer dans la bande de Gaza. Un geste minimum, loin de répondre aux besoins. Le 20 mai, la Commission européenne a déclaré qu'elle allait entamer un processus de révision de l'accord d'association de l'Union européenne avec Israël, dont l'article 2 évoque le respect des droits humains qui pourrait aboutir à la suspension des relations commerciales favorables à Tel-Aviv. La cheffe de la diplomatie européenne, Kaja Kallas a constaté qu'« il existe une forte majorité en faveur du réexamen de l'article 2 de notre accord d'association avec Israël. Nous allons donc nous lancer dans cet exercice ». La mort de deux employés de l'ambassade d'Israël aux États-Unis, tués devant le musée juif de Washington, a renforcé un sentiment d'isolement en Israël et la crainte de devenir un Etat paria. Le 23 mai, le Conseil de l'Europe a estimé que les actes dans la bande de Gaza « vont dans le sens d'un nettoyage ethnique et d'un génocide ». President Trump and Vladimir Putin have confirmed they will hold talks tomorrow about ending Russia's invasion. The Kremlin has set out a number of strict conditions for agreeing a peace deal. G7 foreign ministers are meeting against the ever-changing landscape of President Trump's policies, and there's no better example of his administration's impact than in the host country: Canada.
