The messages that flow through her are not only accurate — they're life changing. In this week's conversation, Stephanie helps us understand:What it really means to be an intuitive channelHow we can all access our own inner guidance and strengthen our intuitionThe truth about divine connection — and why it's not “out there,” but already within youWhat our souls most want us to know right nowStephanie also shares her deeply personal journey — one that began when her mother was diagnosed with early-onset dementia and ultimately led her to open to higher wisdom. What began as a heartache turned into a doorway for spiritual awakening and the discovery of her life's purpose. Her story is raw, beautiful, and a reminder that the divine truly lives within all of us.A FEW SOUL NOTES FROM THIS EPISODE“Channeling is connecting to divine energy and wisdom. We are all divine beings — it's not something outside of us.”“Intuition never lies. It's never off. In this conversation, we go straight into the territory most professionals tiptoe around: intuition, subtle energy, the “inner signals” you've been trained to ignore since childhood.I talk about why Western culture is so committed to denial, how that denial fuels burnout, and why your quiet inner nudges are often the most honest, helpful guidance you'll ever get.We cover everything from witches and shamans, to Victorian emotional repression, to the modern addiction cycle… and yes, the moments in my own life when intuition slammed into me like a freight train. This isn't about superstition—it's about reconnection. Tuning back in to yourself, to others, and to the deeper stream of intelligence running through all of us.If you've been feeling disconnected, numb, over-stimulated, secretly exhausted, or like you're living 10cm to the left of your actual life… this one's for you.In This EpisodeWhy so many smart, capable adults are terrified of their own intuitionThe cultural training that teaches us to ignore our inner signalsHow denial and addiction quietly build modern burnoutWhy meditation and yoga don't “fix” burnout unless you stop overriding your inner voiceHow loneliness dismantles your nervous systemStories from my own life of intuitive “hits”—the kind that make you question everythingHow subtle energy shows up in healing workWhy reconnecting with yourself is the foundation of real leadershipHow burnout recovery gives you back your early dreams—the ones you quietly shelvedWhat it takes to step into the “bigger you” you've been resistingKey TakeawaysIntuition isn't fringe. It's human.Suppressing your inner experience creates anxiety, addiction, and burnout.Reconnection—not productivity hacks—is what heals you.Your inner voice is rarely wrong. You're just out of the habit of trusting it.Burnout is a transformation process. It pushes you back into contact with the parts of yourself you've been avoiding. The dreams you abandoned still matter. They're signals, not fantasies. When you stop running from yourself, your life stops running from you.If You're Ready to Get Your Mojo BackIf you want support reconnecting with yourself, healing burnout, and stepping into the version of you that actually feels like you—book a time with me at:https://mini.dexrandall.comLet's map out what your next chapter could look like.Send us a text----------------------------------- Burnout Resources:Start 1-on-1 burnout recovery at https:/mini.dexrandall.comChat with Dex AI Coach https://app.coachvox.ai/share/dexrandallConfidential. What if your Intuition was leading down a path of what to say "yes" to? What to create next? And what if you could actually build a BUSINESS from that place of knowing? If you've been tuning into the newer season of Boss Goddess, then you may have noticed an emphasis on leveraging Intuition when it comes to business. When we can tap into that truth that we already have within us - that can guide us in our decision making and can inform us on what feels best for US to pursue on a big level and also with smaller decisions that we encounter through out the day - we gain access to a powerful way to navigate our lives. My guest today, has done just that. She has created a beautiful business infused with this message to honor yourself in your truth, as you are, in all of your being. Which is to no surprise because once you hear her story in how this business was brought to life, and how it unfolded, you'll see how organic creating something from that intuitive connection can be. Her name is Makuyo, and her brand is called SIIKA Herb + Honey Co. where she primarily creates herbal-infused honeys. She shares that the vision for SIIKA Herb + Honey Co. was given to her while in Ghana in December 2021. Makuyo envisioned her brand to be able to merge the seemingly divergent domains of the feminine spirit and luxury—revealing their shared depth and richness.Desiring to harmonize her own professional and personal passions, she created a brand encompassing her journey as a businesswoman with her experiences in holistic health, herbalism and yoga.Makuyo shares that "she believes that in a world of influence and imitation, women can be both goddesses and go-getters, building their lives and careers on their own terms".The brand's mission is to unite holistic health and feminine sensuality with self care. The carefully curated infusions in every SIIKA Herb + Honey Co. product are created to nourish and nurture the body, mind, and spirit. If you're wondering how to make more space for your own intuition to speak a little louder and guide you a little more often towards decisions that are in alignment with WHO you are in both business and in life, Makuyo shares how she cultivated her practice of intuitive connection and self-awareness and how it led to guiding her to creating her brand SIIKA Honey + Herb Co. Be sure to listen all the way to end for some guidance from Makuyo on how YOU can get started with your own intuitive practice or deepen or reconnect with the one you already have.In this episode, you'll learn:How to determine the difference between fear and intuitionThe role the subconscious mind plays in our belief-systemLearning how intuition speaks to you through your emotions and bodyHow to leverage your intuition to create and navigate a businessLinks:Activate Your Passion with Podcasting Soirée En Blanc - L.A Event Use code BGP10 for 10% off your tix for the Soirée En Blanc event in Los Angeles on June 27th, 2025.IG:@boss_goddess.co IG:@bossgoddessbarsi Pinterest: @bossgoddessbarsi Visit: https://www.boss-goddess.co More from Makuyo:Follow: @siikaherbandhoneyco on Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram & FacebookCelebrated for her intuitive approach to wellness, Makuyo envisioned a brand that merges the seemingly divergent domains of the feminine spirit and luxury—revealing their shared depth and richness.Desiring to harmonize her own professional...

Happy Satiated Saturday! Intuition has been fascinating for me. I first started getting into the mind-body connection through practicing and learning about yoga and yoga philosophy. In yoga classes, I would often hear teachers talking about trusting your intuition. To be guided by your intuition. But, what I rarely heard was descriptions of how do you know something is intuition. Is what you're feeling intuition or fear? The more I learned about somatic work, the more I started to question the experience of intuition and where it comes from. When I finally discovered that intuitive processes are correlated with the activation of a part of the prefrontal cortex, called the orbitofrontal cortex, and that this part of your brain is diminished in activity after experience childhood trauma, I began to piece together that intuition is not something that everyone may easily be able to tap into based on their history. In this week's episode, I chat with Katie Beecher, Licensed Professional Counselor and Medical and Emotional Intuitive, about: The difference between intuition and fearPractices to strengthen your intuitionThe healing power of movement and artEmbracing your sensitivitiesImportant factors to include in your food recovery journeyYou can also read the transcript to this week's episode here: https://www.stephaniemara.com/blog/discover-your-inner-wisdomWith Compassion and Empathy, Stephanie Mara FoxKeep in touch with Katie: Website: https://katiebeecher.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/katiebeecher_medical_intuitive/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/beechermedicalintuitiveSupport the showKeep in touch with Stephanie Mara:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_stephaniemara/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stephaniemarafoxWebsite: https://www.stephaniemara.com/https://www.somaticeating.com/Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephmara/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@stephaniemarafoxContact: support@stephaniemara.comSupport the show:Become a supporter: https://www.buzzsprout.com/809987/supportMy favorite water filter: https://www.pureeffectfilters.com/#a_aid=somaticeatingReceive 15% off my fave protein powder with code STEPHANIEMARA at checkout here: https://www.equipfoods.com/STEPHANIEMARAUse my Amazon Affiliate link when shopping on Amazon: https://amzn.to/448IyPl Special thanks to Bendsound for the music in this episode. ...
