After a quick check online, we find out that A LOT of schools in the 60s and 70s required the boys to learn...without suits. We were not able to determine WHY that was. Then we learn more ways Jim and John are different. Jim bought his suits and his wife's wedding ring in Los Angeles in the clothing and jewelry districts. I had a great time this weekend! I took a super quick road trip to see one of my favorite artists live in concert.I got to spend some time with one of my clients, met a new friend, saw an old friend, hung with my BFF. I ate cheese curds & drank beer. I stayed up late & skipped my morning workout and didn't open my computer for an entire 48 hours. And I didn't feel guilty about any of it! This isn't my typical day, and I know what I do some of the time has a minimal impact on my health & fitness goals because what I do MOST of the time is much more important! #consistency is what matters most. Marinara and ranch are two of the most popular, but many variations exist; some add spices like Spanish Paprika, others offer aioli blends including a Bloody Mary aioli at Copper State Brewing in Green Bay. Some go sweeter with jam variations, others with more savory sauces. They all pair quite well - we all know how versatile cheese is! From there, the conversation delved into locations where you can find some of the best curds. Eric, Ana, and Samatha discussed some of their favorite fresh curds - often right from the factory - as well as fried curds across the state that are worth the trip. Highlights include cheese factories offering their curds fresh from Ellsworth - Wisconsin's “Cheese Curd Capital” to Watertown with Kraemer Cheese with spots in between from Door County to the Driftless.
