Interview with Crissi McDonald and Mark Rashid.I'm so excited! I asked Crissi a while ago if she would like to join me for a chat. She's been so busy with clinics and travel so it wasn't easy to fix a date but I'm happy to confirm we've finally recorded our session. As an added bonus, Mark kindly agreed to join us both as a guest too . . . how lovely is that! Two wonderful very successful individuals in their own right.I was so looking forward to chatting with Crissi and Mark and I wasn't disappointed. Crissi and Mark brought both knowledge and laughter to our conversation and they were happy to answer a few questions from the viewers who joined the live too.Two very special guests who are not only down to earth but also have a wealth of knowledge individually, as well as combined. So sit back, relax and I hope you enjoy this episode. Crissie McDonald.Growing up she was most motivated when the work she did would earn her time with horses: lessons, mucking stalls in trade for a ride on a friend's horse, babysitting to earn enough money for lessons, seeking out and finding horses where ever she could. Little did she know that all this time spent doing work would also be teaching her as well. She was certified as an instructor through the CHA when she was twenty and got her first horse at twenty-four years old. Three more followed within two years. She's had the pleasure to participate in western riding, working cattle, leading trail rides, managing large herds, showing in Hunt Seat Equitation and Dressage, taking jumping lessons, and has spent over thirty years working with many different breeds of horses and people from all over the world, as well as having the opportunity to learn from some of the horse industry's top leaders in our current understanding of humane horse practices. Crissi enjoys teaching at clinics with her husband Mark Rashid. She's a certified Masterson Method® equine bodyworker since 2017 and is also an instructor for the Masterson two-day Beyond Horse Massage workshops. Crissi is the author of three books, two about the human/equine bond. Her other book, North to Home, is a fiction novel.Mark Rashid.Mark Rashid is an internationally known author and horseman known for his ability to understand the horse's point of view and solve difficult problems with communication rather than force. He began working with horses at age ten, when he met the “old man,” who taught him to work with horses, not against them, and to listen to what the horse is trying to say. Mark's clinics are structured as one-on-one work with horses and riders and are immensely popular with people around the world. When Mark decided to study the martial art of aikido as a way to improve his horsemanship, he brought the same quiet determination to it that he exhibits in his work with horses. After years of practice, he has earned a third degree black belt in Yoshinkan aikido and now teaches the “way of harmony” in the local dojo as well as in his Aikido for Horseman workshops, which are known also by the name of “Aibado.”https://crissimcdonald.comhttps://www.markrashid.comhttps://www.facebook.com/consideringthehors Support the showVideo version (alongside applicable podcasts) can be viewed on facebook and YouTube.https://www.facebook.com/equinevoices.co.ukhttps://www.youtube.com/@equinevoicesukhttps://www.instagram.com/equinevoices.uk

We are back with Episode 29, and we are shaking things up... Daniel Terry takes the reigns and is joined by PW4U owner Philthy and roadie extraordinaire Crissi Steel to look back at each year of Pro Wrestling 4U - discussing every shows' match card and all of the backstage comings & goings-on that only the roster would have known about...until now. In this episode we discuss the infamous 'Gingerbread Jenga' Incident, what happens when a 50 stone dance-off breaks the ring in the middle of the show, finding our format, why Phil didn't know that the word was 'Tid-Bit' rather than 'Tit-Bit', Crissi looking like a dog & Daniel having more beard than everyone ever... (We really hope you enjoy this little chinwag, needless to say there are a few naughty words that slip through the net so listen with caution. or while wearing earmuffs). Phil, Dan + Chris x

This week we decided to interrupt our regularly scheduled series for Women’s History Month. I experienced a weekend of being sexually harassed by my son’s Head Coach. I didn’t know how to react to it as it was happening - because this is my son’s dream. I didn’t want him to be uncomfortable or experience a backlash because his Mom refused his coach’s sexual advances. Once the weekend was over, I had a chance to regroup and talk it out with Crissi, who said that he was going to stand by me. He said we had to fight no matter what, so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This is a very emotional + difficult topic for me to share…but the ladies + I thought that our private conversation was something that we should be sharing with others… Other women who may be in this situation, have gone through, or will face a similar situation - you are not alone. On this episode of #BringThePain we wanted to push the envelope a little and talk about things that bother people. As funny as it may sound a lot of people are offended by almost everything now a days so I decided to bring Crissi on and talk about things being cancelled. We understand that things from the past do offend a lot of people but what about when they choose to attack 1 thing but let another thing go I have to step in. As your local #Painbringer I have to call out these shenanigans and tell it how it is. Crissi also has a problem with certain things and understands why somethings are heading a different direction to protect the future generation. That being said, we talk about this being more than a cancel problem and that it stems to other things. As recently stated some people in this world seek full control and these same people end up being one of the biggest supporters out canceling things. So enjoy this episode as we take your in and out of the years talking about where we feel this person is headed and how unhappy they truly must be. We have said this for years that people need hobbies well hopefully they find them fast before they truly loose themselves in pointless fights with others people. Fights that only lead to heartache and not laughter so please tune in. Thank you for your support and please like, follow and share! The music in this episode is owned by DJ Chaos.

Crissi Cochrane fashions a sultry, soulful brand of popular music, combining her East Coast singer-songwriter roots with her love of jazz, retro pop, and classic soul. With more than 14 million Spotify streams, a TEDx talk, a song placement in the TV show “Nashville” and more than 500 performances – including showcases at Canadian Music Week and the Junos – under her belt, Crissi has become a household name in her city of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and a beloved underground artist heard around the world. Several years into my career as a recording artist and performer, I suddenly developed anxiety about being on-stage. I felt the need to write a song that could ground me and create a safe space for my thoughts to go while performing, and also to help me banish the negativity that used to be fuel for my songwriting, but which had, over time, become toxic. This song appears on my 2020 album, Heirloom. I feel that this recording is one of the most creative and climactic in my catalogue as a recording artist. I especially love the sound of rain that appears throughout, and the way the arrangement builds toward the end, wave upon wave of more, more, more. It feels cleansing and powerful. I also love how the instrumentation falls away in the first chorus, further underscoring the message, 'I don't need to feel everything'." Other Credit: Written and performed by Crissi Cochrane. On this episode of #BringThePain I talk about my content that I have done on @marriedwithdfs for years. How I have helped friends and family win money without them even lifting a finger. This all started back in the day with my guys on late night fantasy radio. It was then and the years later that I developed my own strategy and I have stuck with it ever since. It has given me a consistent formula in which I use to win money and sends my family and I on amazing vacations. Crissi has been there since day one and she's always weighed in and made sure I stayed in my lane. That being said, there's people that rather ignore my free write ups and I can't understand that all the time. It's free money for everyone but I give my side and I also take about being passive all these years because I do #dfs and now betting for fun. So I how I can help all of you understand that you should always stick to a system and that you will one day hit big like we have. We have went on so many road trips this year and all of the pictures and other episodes show. From Niagara falls to amazing burgers this is how we do it. It is the way so with that being said let's get to it! #ohyeah Find all of my content for free on #marriedwithdfs and my super exclusive bets and line ups on my Patreon page. Hey in this episode, with everything going on with da Rona, we decided to try Anchor’s new quarantined feature so we called in with our friends Brent and Crissi Rice but there were A LOT of tech issues so be forewarned! Brent and Crissi were on separate devices and Brit and I had to share one device. But it was definitely a good episode nonetheless! We discussed da Rona and how it was affecting them (2:50) how they first met (8:24) the myths they had about marriage (21:55) their enneagram numbers (41:20) the Crissi Curly hair brand (48:27) and stigmas that revolve around creatives and how they balance their creative lives with their work lives (54:00). I'm back with another episode of #BringThePain and join me is Crissi Rae. So this week was pretty crazy for my family and I. I joined #Mini00veride in studying Martial Arts at #TKOerie. Then I was a guest on the Rebel scum Podcast. Friday I decided to take Mini to PWR and I dressed as Macho Man to #BringThePain to the masses. She got to wear her Macho man shirt for the first time as well. When we arrived we ran into another Macho man fan like myself who cosplays. Lol amazingly he also loves Rob Zombie! #OhYeah Anyway after a crazy night that saw the Black Sheep Bennett Cole win so we took it easy on Saturday cause Crissi worked. Then Sunday came and we got hungry so we headed up to #NiagaraFalls NY to have lunch at #RockBurger. After that we decided to complete the circle by heading over to Canada and stopping through Clifton Hill. Then we came back via the #QEW and decided to do a podcast. So here we are and that's enough talk so let's get to it!
Black belt candidates should listen to this advice from Ms. Crissi in being prepared for PreCheck 1.
Is it possible to take an existing meat-based Mexican takeaway and turn it into a thriving cruelty-free paradise? In November 2018, Vegan Fitness Model Crissi Carvalho did exactly that, opening Goodness Gracias in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast, Australia. In this first episode for 2019, we find out what inspired her to bring affordable, delicious vegan mexican food to the area. This is Vegan Life! https://www.facebook.com/goodnessgracias/ (TVH is proudly presented by https://www.facebook.com/veganfrotherz/ and https://www.facebook.com/syndianproducts/)
I'm back with Crissi Rae for episode 13 of Bring the Pain. This episode I reveal my Top 20 KISS songs as well as talk about their convey at the Whiskey A Go Go club in L.A. At the end we do Things that make me a Jerk KISS edition. I'm actually proud that I didn't get as mad during this podcast. Lol I hope all of you enjoy this episode. I own no rights to any of the music played during this podcast.

#keingeld #vino #ichbinzufett #traumprinz

Do you ever get the feeling you’ve lived a few lifetimes, or that you’re sometimes intuitively and divinely being led to go through difficult phases even though you might not know why at that moment? That's how Audrey Wright describes her 24 years on this earth so far. It's been an emotional and transformative journey; one about seeking perfection and control through disordered eating, multiple jobs, schools, moves, and career paths. It's a familiar journey that many of us fall into - utter confusion, really, about what we’re supposed to be eating, what’s healthy, what we should be doing with our lives, what path we should take...Life is about seeking, experimenting, and, ultimately, following your gut instinct and sticking to your convictions. After following her intuition through many twists and turns, Audrey has found a love and passion for competing as a vegan bikini competitor. Believe me, we spend a big chunk of time digging into that lifestyle. How do you train for these competitions? What do you eat, especially as a vegan? What is this cutting weight stuff all about? What's with the hair, makeup, and fake tan? When she’s not in the gym, you may also find her at Whole Foods and People’s Pharmacy in the Austin area, promoting her new business venture as a Texas Distributor of CoCo Whip— "The Original Healthy Soft Serve" made with Coconut Water. Audrey Wright is endearing, smart, and passionate. She’s got a fascinating story and she's just getting started.
