Seriah is joined by Chris Ernst, Jack Huntington, and Matt Festa for a super deep dive into the Seth material, a large collection of channeled communications from a discarnate entity named Seth to a woman named Jane Roberts and transcribed by her husband Robert Butts between 1963-1984. While this is a focused episode, the discussion is still wide-ranging. Topics include Ouija board experiences, attempts at debunking, the material ringing true and being very different from most channeled content, a psychiatrist involved with MK Ultra investigating the Seth phenomena, the mechanics of Near Death Experiences, a ground-breaking study of NDEs by a skeptical surgeon, a scholarly paper offering multiple explanations for the material, differences between Buddhist and Vedantic understandings of reincarnation, multiple lives as an actor playing different roles, time as a necessary illusion, multiple realities, co-creation, the differences between personalities and higher selves and “the entity”, spirit creating matter, non-physical evolution, theosophy, the mechanics of reincarnation, a soul choosing to sub-divide and reincarnate as a dog, the nature of “God”, the possible explanations of the Seth material including Jane's subconscious, testable predictions by Seth, ancient lost civilizations, lost continents, the discovery of ancient texts in caves, portal areas, The Last Exit for the Lost music show, “A Murder at the End of the World” TV series, coordination points, the consciousness-first model of reality, UFOs and the subconscious, J.Z. Knight and Ramtha, false apocalypse predictions, Depak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, “The Secret” belief system, New Thought, the concept of the multiverse, Carl Jung, shadow work, retro-causality, the “Mandela Effect”, a future understanding of religion and spirituality, an alternate concept of Jesus Christ, predictions of psychic contact with alien life, Christ Consciousness, the effects on people of learning of previous incarnations, the film “Powder”, lost history and esoteric Christianity, ancient oral traditions world-wide, and much more! While a targeted episode, this conversation is riveting and wide-ranging!

Twelve months from now you will feel, experience, imagine and embody something. Do you want to be in the drivers' seat or leave it up to chance? Setting intentions and working toward your goals is the way to get, become, dare we say manifest(?) exactly what you want for yourself, your life and your work. SHOW NOTES In this episode of Crina and Kirsten Get to Work, we get to ring in the New Year with Part 2 of a 2 part series on Reflections and Realizing Intentions. In Episode 75 (what?!! 75 episodes!) we learned about the power of reflection. Reflecting on the past year is a great start to setting intentions for the new year - and this episode focuses on how to make those intentions real. As Crina says - and she says someone else said it - you are going to be someone in 12 months, you are going to have done things in 12 months and experienced things in 12 months - so who do you want to be and what do you want those things done and experiences had to be? Last year we focused our “intentions” episode on setting mental intentions to achieve who we want to be, how we want to feel and how we want to react. Take some time to reflect on last year - and organize the reflections. It can be as simple as good and bad or you can define the categories you most resonate with. Kirsten uses emotional, physical, work, relational, financial and spiritual. Pick whatever feels right. Once we reflect on last year, think about what we want to repeat (or not) in the coming year. We can set specific goals - anything from finding that new job, going on a date a month or creating one new experience a month - whatever our jam is, this is the time to clearly define it and set a goal. And those goals can mirror your reflections - or not. Once we set goals, we can direct our intentions to make those goals come to life. How do we focus our intentions so that “stuff happens?” Depak Chopra writes, “intention is the starting point of every dream. It is the creative power that fulfills all of our needs, whether for money, relationships, spiritual awakening, or love.” So, Depak, how does that work? Many people find that reminders are helpful - post goals on the bathroom mirror, create a vision board or a vision box, journal and make a commitment to review that goals list once a week or once a month. If we set a goal in January that does not feel good in August, dump it. We can be flexible and allow for the space to change our minds. Some people believe that just imagining it can make it so - those are The Secret folks. And while there is certainly magic in the Universe and sometimes those things just happen - it's usually not the case. A friend of Kirsten has had many goals of owning a second home somewhere and the opportunity seems to appear out of nowhere - so much so that the friend's husband has asked her to stop. This is not most of our experiences. Other people advocate for positive thinking, but it turns out that is not what it is cracked up to be. Gabriele Oettingen is a Professor of Psychology at New York University and at the University of Hamburg. She wrote “Rethinking Positive Thinking” which synthesizes 20 years of research on the science of human motivation. The research shows that positive thinking is much less promising than we think. In the moment, positive thinking gives us pleasure, but in the long run if we simply have positive thoughts, we put in less energy and have fewer successes towards our goals. This leads to reduced happiness and loss of motivation. Positive thinking is very helpful to explore possibilities in the future - and here is the catch, when positive thinking is combined with a good sense of reality. It turns out that small steps and planning have a lot of influence on whether you achieve your goals. It is important to take one small step towards your goal - and then another and another and another - and soon enough you will be there. Kirsten tells a story about Dr. Nicole LePera who essentially changed her whole life by starting with drinking a glass of water every morning to begin to hydrate her body for the day. If you want to save $1000, start with $100 - or even $10. Another strategy is to plan, which is well articulated in a system called WOOP - in fact that is the name of the website advocating this method. According to the WOOP (which stands for wish, outcome, obstacle, plan) website, “The obstacles that we think most impede us from fulfilling our wishes can actually help us to realize them. WOOP instructs us to dream our future dreams but then to imagine what obstacles inside ourselves prevent us from achieving these dreams.” In other words, we need to understand what we want, what does getting it look like, what will get in our way and how to we get around, through or over that obstacle. The New Year is a great time to go through this process of reflection, goal setting, intention setting and directing and goal actualization, but we can do this any time of year or multiple times a year. Our lives are precious - creating something we love will give us ease, meaning and joy!

“When we're experiencing peace, we're authentically being who we are.” I recorded this conversation with spiritual leader Panache Desai just before the first COVID lockdown hit in early 2020. In this interview, Panache gave an insight into his own experience of crisis and suffering and how it created an experience for spiritual and personal growth. I found Panache's perspective so empowering. In fact, this conversation became a catalyst for multiple personal events that unfolded during my 2020. I wanted to share this episode again because of the powerful reminder of the importance of the journey to self-love, acceptance, peace and surrender. When you listen, you'll discover how you can walk the path to enoughness with grace, surrender, and divinity. “People, once they are reacquainted with their essential self, have everything.” Panache Desai is a visionary thought leader and a life catalyst in the area of human development. This incredible human has appeared on Oprah's Super Soul Sunday, he's collaborated with Depak Chopra and has worked with everyone from Neale Donald Walsh to Joe Dispenza, Brian Weiss, Ram Dass, James Redfield, and other luminaries in the fields of spiritual and personal development. Panache is also an international bestselling author and at this pivotal point in human history, he's published a new book - You Are Enough - Revealing the Soul to Discover Your Power, Potential, and Possibility. Here's a taste of what Panache and I discuss: Why Panache's daughter forced him to surrender to the uncertainty of life - and the beautiful healing journey that happened as a result. The priceless gift of struggle and suffering. What does peace and surrender feel like? What is the essential self? Does ego ever help us play at our highest level? How can you get to the point where you feel enough? What we have to learn about enoughness from squirrels. What role does the mind play in helping us live our higher self? Tools to make your mind the poster child of the heart. The power of the breath. The five commitments of enoughness. What is presence? I guarantee this episode will inspire a new way of thinking; leaving you empowered to approach today's world with a sense of hope, faith, and peace. “Your value and your worth don't come from what you produce. Your value and your worth come from your loving heart, and your willingness to be a human being.” How to contact I'd highly recommend Panache's book. In fact, I believe it's essential reading. “Crisis is something that we create for ourselves in order to return to authenticity.” I believe this is the most important episode of Stay Grounded I’ve ever recorded. We’re living in unprecedented times and a new world is unfolding with each new day. Every single one of us are facing new choices and challenges as we adjust to the far-reaching impact of this global pandemic. Now more than ever it’s important to stay grounded in the things we love and the moments that matter. It’s true that the things, which brought us certainty in the past have been turned upside down. But maybe this crisis offers us a chance to unlock a new sense of meaning. Maybe this crisis will empower us to turn our attention to our inner world so we can find lasting peace and finally realize that we are enough. This is Panache Desai’s empowering perspective on crisis. He believes crisis is something we create for ourselves so we can return to authenticity - and in this beautiful episode, Panache explores how we can walk the path to enoughness with grace, surrender, and divinity. “Maturing at the spiritual level means realizing we are the source of every experience that we are having and we’re the source of every feeling.” Panache Desai is a visionary thought leader and a life catalyst in the area of human development. This incredible human has appeared on Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday, he’s collaborated with Depak Chopra and has worked with everyone from Neale Donald Walsh to Joe Dispenza, Brian Weiss, Ram Dass, James Redfield, and other luminaries in the fields of spiritual and personal development. Panache is also an international bestselling author and at this pivotal point in human history, he’s published a new book - You Are Enough - Revealing the Soul to Discover Your Power. There’s no question for me that Panache is a source of divine light. I had the privilege of recording this episode in person and the way his energy made me feel was like nothing I’ve experienced before. I guarantee this episode will inspire a new way of thinking; leaving you empowered to approach today’s world with a sense of hope, faith, and peace. Here’s a taste of what Panache and I discuss: Why Panache’s daughter forced him to surrender to the uncertainty of life - and the beautiful healing journey that happened as a result. “Enlightenment is your soul giving your ego a hug.” How to contact I’d highly recommend Panache’s book 'You Are Enough - Revealing the Soul to Discover Your Power, Potential, and Possibility'. In fact, I believe it’s essential reading. Get your book bonuses here. We thrive on your feedback, so if you’ve enjoyed this show, please rate us and leave us a review. Hello Gentle Marketers! I Welcome to The Gentle Business Revolution Podcast, the show where we talk about marketing your business by disrupting the current marketing paradigm. I’m Sarah Santacroce, your host. I decided to record an extra episode this weekend due to the current circumstances that we are all going through at the moment. As some of you know, I'm based in Switzerland, so right in the middle of it as I record this on March 13th. This is not an episode about the epidimic itself. I hope you got the right kind of information sources for that. What I wanted to comment on is a) be transparent about how I'm personally dealing with it b) give you some ideas on how to stay grounded in these uncertain times and c) invite you to a Collective Brainstorming on Resilience next Tuesday, 10am EST Ok, so just about a week ago I was still being quite cynical about the whole thing. Thinking people were overreacting and panicking. Only a week later though I'm worried myself. Not so much about my personal health, but about everyone and the global impact this thing will have. On health, on the economy etc. On systems that are already cracked. I'm thinking of the US health system for example. So yes, I now know that this has to be taken very seriously and I urge you to do the same. Not panicky seriously, but smart. Now, luckily if you're listening to this show there's a good chance that you're working from home already. So yay, that's a huge benefit for us. We get to continue to do our work. Yes, there will be some loss in income due to client cancellations, workshop cancellations etc, but there are also opportunities to come up with creative solutions. More about that in a minute... So how do you stay grounded in these difficult times? I admit that this week I barely got anything done. No writing for my book, no new projects... I just didn't have the mental energy for it. I did nurture relationships though, and that is sometimes just as important. Oh, and I added about 20cm to my shawl that I'm knitting. So if that's how you're feeling right now, give yourself permission to surrender and just be. Not do. And reach out to some friends or colleagues. Of course meditation helps me enormously. I use the free Insight timer app and I also have a paid app called Breethe. Unless the weather is really bad, I go for a daily walk. Usually around an hour, sometimes less. Instead of listening to business podcasts like I usually do, I listened to Tara Brach. I can't wait for Brené Brown's podcast 'Unlocking us' to start. Should be anytime soon. I heard Depak Chopra say on an Instagram stream to say to ourselves 'joyful energetic body'. I'm not into affirmations (if you haven't already listen to the episode with Dana Wilde, sarahsantacroce.com/gbr27 that explains why). But I like the idea of reminding ourselves that our body and it's energy is important. I caught myself craving chocolate or a glass of wine at night a few times this week, but then always convinced myself that now is definitely a good time to nurture my body with healthy food instead and not further burden my immune system with alcohol. Yes, taking vitamin C and D helps as well, but not if we're eating chunk food and poisoning ourselves with substances. In other words we need to take care of our minds and our bodies. This week I skipped it, like I said, I was just really out of it, but I plan to start this routine again next week: the daily gratitude journal at night and I also like John Jantsch (Jants)'s new book the Self-Reliant Entrepreneur - 366 Daily Meditations to Feed Your Soul and Grow Your Business. Watch out for Episode number 31 in which I interview John. So these are some of the things that I'm doing to stay grounded. It almost feels like now I have certainty that things will be uncertain. And I can just deal with it. Kind of like when you are sick and you don't know what kind of disease it is. It's a horrible feeling, because of the uncertainty. And then you find out and it's bad news, but at least you know and you can now deal with it. That's how I feel. I can accept that this is just what it is right now. A difficult situation we are all facing. But at the same time from the little I know from Astrology it's exactly what belongs. It's a global crisis that hopefully teaches us something about living together, on this one world that we have. And it's also a message from nature, telling us that she will always prevail and that she has more power than any human being. She gives and she takes. So despite the heaviness, I feel that we are in this together and we will get through it. Now, it's unfortunately not just a health crisis. It's an economical crisis as well. So that means that it might have a financial impact for some of us. So it's time to think creatively and work on our resilience as entrepreneurs. Because there are definitely ways in which business can continue, especially if we're using today's technology to connect with each other without having to meet. In order to use our collective intelligence and creativity I'm hosting a Collective Resilience Brainstorming call next Tuesday, March 17th, at 10 am EST. It will happen on Zoom and as an intro I will share some of the mindfulness ideas I shared on this podcast, but then we'll also go into the doing. What can we DO during these times, to stay resilient, and to keep afloat as entrepreneurs? I will share some suggestions but then I invite everyone to chime in with theirs so that we use the hive mind to find solutions together. I just created a very simple page where you can sign up to join us; www.sarahsantacroce.com/resilience I'd love to see you there. And if you can't make it live, sign up anyways and I'll send out the replay. Thanks for tuning in today. This is a raw bonus episode, no shownotes. So again the link to join us on Tuesday is http://www.sarahsantacroce.com/resilience If you're listening on a mobile device you'll find the link in the description. We can get through this together ! Hope to see you on March 17th

In 2016 he went on to co-author Heart Intelligence. He is also the producer of two award winning musical recordings including Doc Childre's Heart Zones which spent 50 consecutive weeks on Billboard Magazine's music charts. In 2019 he produced a video-based learbing experience, The HeartMath Experience During his career with HeartMath, he has been instrumental in business development and in delivering HeartMath's practical, yet dynamic, programs to thousands of participants world-wide. Because of his universal appeal, he has conducted training programs and keynote presentations in Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, all four branches of the U.S. military, school systems, ecumenical organizations and through publicly promoted events in over 75 cities on four continents. He is a member of Transformational Leadership Council, an exclusive organization made up of well-known authors and acknowledged leaders in the field of personal and organizational development and he is a member of Evolutionary Leaders, an organization founded by Depak Chopra comprised of many of the world's most respected visionary leaders. What you might not know is that in a former life, Howard was also a leading drummer for bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bob Seger. Here's the thing, those phrases we've all heard like "follow your heart" have scientific backing. Some of the amazing nuggets of wisdom from this conversation are as follows: Things We Learned From This Episode You heart is an information processing center that gives signals to the brain, and from the brain to the body. So many of us live from the neck up and don't realize the incredible wisdom and real intelligence in our hearts. As Howard said, his heart's intelligence is his own best friend. To better define heart intelligence, Howard explained it as an intuitive high speed knowingness that gives birth to most of our generative emotions like more caring, kindness, joy and love. It is the essential intelligence that navigates life to it's highest fulfillment We spoke of a new world emerging that is based on a higher consciousness, which then changes what we pereive. While Howard can't predict what exactly will emergy, he shared that we can see an increasing polarization and exposure of gross inequities. This polarization will lead to shifts in our systems and overall global consciousness, which ultimately will be for the best in the long run. Most importantly, when you add your heart to something, you never lose. Learn more about the HeartMath Experience film and incredible HeartMath techniques at heartmath.com. Enjoying the show? Failing sucks, however, we need to discover why we fail in order to succeed. In this week's episode I share a few failures and a piece of advice that changed my way of looking at failure.

Meet Antoinette Kuritz Book Developer, Publicist, Media Coach, Author, Publishing Expert and Founder of the LaJolla Writers Conference …is up-to-her-keyboard in the art craft and business of writing. Former educator and bookseller, Antoinette turned her love of words into a multi-media enterprise, taking writers from inspiration to publication; and representing authors from new to New York Times Bestsellers. Antoinette has inspired Chicken Soup mogul Mark Victor Hanson, launched the national career of psychic medium John Edward, worked with Carl Reiner, Betty White, Joseph Wambaugh, Depak Chopra, and her favorite, Dr. Benjamin Spock. Going Gray- with something to say! - Getting your words out in the new world of Publishing. Wisdom is often associated with grey hair, especially among those with grey hair. And yet, with the democratization of publishing, the people who write to publish run the entire spectrum of age, gender, race, and sexuality. What they all have in common is the need to learn the business side of the art craft and business of writing. Those of us grey enough to remember the “ Who's on first” skit, perhaps the best remembered, best written comedic skit of all time, performed by the greats Bud Abbot and Lou Costello- is a great description to the confusion, misinformation and outright fraud that is now part and parcel of the newly democratized world of publishing. Now that you have joined the 80% of Americans who think they have a book in them, you had better learn the game before you get up to bat! Self- publishing and the internet surely did open the gate for you to get onto the field. But the tenfold increase in published books has also helped the crooks, so the publishing game just got bigger---not easier!
Would you pay good money to see your favorite live speaker as a hologram? Paul Duffy of ARHT is betting you will. He's bringing his hologram technology to the speaking circuit, and has convinced Tony Robbins, Depak Chopra and others to give the "Humagtram" a shot. He tells all about it on #TalkingTech.
Becky Howell is the Holistic Success Coach, as well as author, therapist, and facilitator. Her newest book will be available the end of February and is a delicious blend of light hearted drawings with leading questions and deeper self discovery, titled 'My Happiness Book.' She is also the co-author of Receiving Unconditionally. Q & A Why do you believe that self love is important? If you don’t have self love, if you can’t love yourself, how are you able to receive love? I found myself so unlovely, I wasn’t willing to accept love from someone else. . . everything stems from this mindset, and self love is a mindset. What was the number one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love? There’s an idea in psychology, “We are all the product of our parents being too good and not good enough.” A lot of people struggle because they don’t want to go into the past. They don’t want to explore the blocks. I wasn’t willing to love myself because I wasn’t perfect. Who is one person who has changed your life for the better? My husband. He’s my rock. What is the best advice you have ever received? I don’t know if it counts as advice received, but I am a book fiend. One of my childhood books was about your purpose, going out in the world to make it a more beautiful place. When people are down in the dumps, it is easy to think the world is this ugly, nasty, mean thing out to get them. If they cling to that idea of, “be the change you want to see in the world,” “make the world a more beautiful place,” “how can you help the world evolve upwards,” then that’s a very, more hopeful place to be. What is a self care habit that you practice regularly? Getting out into nature by myself. Breathing and letting shields go. Just being able to be out there with no context or pretext and just exist. Do you have a favorite quote? No. I’ve got about six different ones. “Love is the answer.” “Love thyself first.” Too many to pick one. Can you share a resource, an app or a tool that we can use to build our selfcare practice. There are some really good online yoga programs. If you can do yoga, which is a movement meditation, or download a meditation on your phone and go for a walk. Incorporating the mind, body, spirit, and energy altogether is wonderful for you. What book are you reading right now? The Original Swiss Family Robinson, and The Seven Spiritual Laws, by Depak Chopra. What is the one thing that you are most passionate about? Having people be the own advocate for their health, and understanding it is a four corner approach of mind, body, spirit, and energy. Guest Bio Becky Howell is the Holistic Success Coach, as well as author, therapist, and facilitator. Jackie tells of her series of choices that led her to a dark and lonely place. Soon, she realized, “love starts within.” Through counseling and her spiritual practice, she embarked upon a “human revolution.” A process of discovery and growth, Jackie learned about herself, her expectations, and how to love herself. As her daughter entered adolescence, Jackie watched her daughter struggle in a similar way. Her book, Letters to My Daughter: A Mother's Journey of Healing and Transformation, includes essays that detail her struggles and her victorious rise. Jackie VanCampen is the author of Letters to My Daughter: A Mother's Journey of Healing and Transformation and other works. She is also an intuitive life and health coach and is passionate about helping women own their power, trust their inner wisdom, and fall in love with themselves. What was the one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love? Myself. My lack of belief in my own greatness. Who is one person who has changed your life for the better? My ex-mother-in-law. She saw the potential in me and helped me see it as well. What is the best advice that you have ever received? Happiness is an inside job. What is your favorite self care habit? I love to journal. It’s important for me to get my thoughts on to paper. I also love to read personal development books. I also practice Buddhism, and so I chant daily. What is your favorite quote? Marianne Williamson. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” What is your favorite app or resource to help with our own for self care? Omvana is an App that I use frequently. They have meditations, visualizations, and they send you a quote daily. What book are you reading right now? Go Pro, by Eric Worre and The Seven Spiritual Laws, by Depak Chopra. What is the one thing that you are most passionate about? Helping women fall in love with themselves.
