Can robotics make large-scale disassembly a reality for the circular economy? Automated disassembly is emerging as a key enabler for circular strategies such as repair, remanufacturing, and high-quality recycling. But turning this vision into scalable practice requires technical integration, economic viability, and alignment across industries. In this episode, speakers from robotics, recycling, and research explore how automation technologies can extend product lifecycles, reduce waste, and unlock new efficiencies in resource use. Recorded live at the CIRCULAR REPUBLIC FESTIVAL 2025, the panel brought together Fridolin Franke from SOLAR MATERIALS, Rebecca Zhu from Circu Li-ion, Tobias Ortmaier from voraus robotik, and José Saenz from Fraunhofer IFF to discuss the role of robotics in enabling circularity through disassembly. This episode is part of our CIRCULAR REPUBLIC FESTIVAL 2025 series, created in partnership with CIRCULAR REPUBLIC to bring you the key debates and insights from this year's festival.

Cardiff 5 Argyle 0. Where do we even start after that debacle? Would things have been much different if Obafemi hadn't missed an early sitter? Cissoko's reckless red card further complicated matters just before halftime, and Argyle were unable to stem the bleeding, suffering a miserable defeat. The pod raises concerns over Argyle's dismal away form in that awful white kit—just one point and one goal so far. The impact of the recent international break on momentum is discussed, along with managing expectations amid the media hype surrounding head coach Mr. Rooney. Argyle's poor record at Millwall is revisited, but there's still a glimmer of hope. IN this episode cross posted on Youtube, I share an article I recently published on Medium about the intersection of AI and music. I lay out the philosophical implications of generative AI and the disassembly of music into modular components for capital circulation and its implications on artistic expression and freedom. I argue for the importance of preserving authentic, embodied musical experiences and the role of genuine musical communities in safeguarding the transformative power of music. Drawing on the works of philosophers such as Peter Sloterdijk, Anna Kornbluh, Hartmut Rosa, and others, I explore the concept of primordial resonance and how nurturing contextualized, embodied musical spaces is crucial for maintaining the vital link between our primal musical enchantments and the public sphere. Join me as I delve into why these spaces, where freedom takes root, are essential for reclaiming the intimate, individualized experience of hearing that is so fundamental to our well-being and the future of music in the age of AI. What happens when you mix political commentary, controversial figures, and a game of "Fck, Marry, Kill"? You get an outrageous and hilarious rollercoaster of an episode that you won't want to miss. Join us as we navigate the insanity of the news cycle, from Bill Gates being blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein to Elon Musk sabotaging Ron DeSantis. Trust us, we'll have you laughing at the Republican Party's small dick energy and the crazy things that come out of it... the Republican party that is.As if that's not enough entertainment, we dive into the legal troubles facing Trump, including E. Jean Carroll's defamation suit, Jack Teixiera's espionage case, and the Manhattan DA's investigation of Trump's former CFO, Allen Weisselberg. We explore the implications of criminal charges and the Supreme Court's attempt to take the powers of the legislative branch for themselves. And just when you thought things couldn't get more twisted, we discuss the irony of the multi-year Clinton Foundation by Trump's DOJ in the context of John Durham' report, along with text messages linking Ron DeSantis with indicted Russian money funneler, Lev Parnas. As always, the GOP is the Shamwow of crime. But wait, there's more! We also take a deep look at the disturbing revelations about the people in power and the implications of their actions, including former Trump Lawyer and America's creepiest mayor, Rudy Giuliani, and his alleged assaults on women and anti-Semitic views, and Rudy's reported impotence (physicall and mentally) and how Viagra may be playing a role. Don't miss our commentary on the never-ending news cycle and the implications of the scandals involving those in power. Sit back, relax, and prepare to laugh, cringe, and question everything you thought you knew about the people vying for power on the right.Transcript available here: https://pardontheinsurrection.buzzsprout.com/2003879/12930272-pardon-the-rapid-unscheduled-disassembly-of-ron-desasterSupport the showFollow our show hosts on Twitter: https://twitter.com/@CoolTXchickhttps://twitter.com/@Caroldedwinehttps://twitter.com/@BlackKnight10khttps://twitter.com/@pardonpodSubscribe to Ty's substack:https://theworldasiseeit.substack.com/

Today, SpaceX's massive Starship exploded just minutes after liftoff. SpaceX tweeted out that the rocket experienced "rapid unscheduled disassembly." Boyd compares this to what's happening in our nation's capital. If we don't leave the crazy behind and start having serious conversations that will move the nation forward, our country will also experience a rapid unscheduled disassembly.
