In this episode of John Solomon Reports, host John Solomon tackles a pressing issue that has emerged in recent days: the threat of drones as a potential terrorism risk on U.S. soil. Solomon reflects on the alarming events surrounding the UFC 250 fight, where a near terrorist attack highlighted the vulnerabilities posed by these inexpensive and difficult-to-detect flying devices. As concerns mount over the ease of drone access and the reduced reaction time compared to traditional missile threats, Solomon sets the stage for an in-depth discussion on national security.Joining Solomon for this two-day conversation are Dr. Seb Gorka, the White House counterterrorism director, Congressman Glenn Grothman, and State Senator Phil King. Together, they explore the implications of drone technology in the hands of malicious actors and the measures that can be taken to safeguard the nation.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Send us Fan MailA great fight can still leave a bad taste when the scorecards come in, and we start right there with a shout-out to our friend Ginny Fuchs and her gritty rematch with Adelaide Ruiz. We talk through what made it a real back-and-forth brawl, why the judging felt impossible to defend, and how one “criminal” card can change the whole story fans take away from fight night. Then we zoom out to the bigger boxing weekend: Tyson Fury's latest outing, whether he's slowing down, and why the sport can't afford to keep stalling on Fury vs Anthony Joshua. We get into AJ's early knockdowns, the confidence and theatrics that followed, and the uncomfortable reality that heavyweight timing matters more than ever when miles and damage start showing up at once.Errol Spence Jr vs Tim Tszyu becomes the clearest example of the episode's theme: activity is everything. We unpack how layoffs, age, and reaction speed show up round by round, what Spence's retirement talk signals, and what it might mean for PBC's direction as stars fade and new ones struggle to break through. We also recap the Zuffa MSG experience at the Hulu Theater, including ticket giveaway rumors, late main event frustration, Hitchins' jab, Berlanga stoppage weirdness, and what Dana White hinted about Tank Davis vs Shakur Stevenson. If you like smart boxing talk with real opinions and real laughs, subscribe, share the episode with a friend, and leave a review telling us the fight you want made next.THE SPAR-INN ON YOUTUBE

Just how much humiliation will Anthony Fauci face on Capitol Hill this week? Sen. Fauci's not the only person who should be embarrassed, either.
Ade Oladipo and Gareth A Davies unpack an eventful weekend for Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury following their warm up fights in Saudi Arabia and Thailand respectively. We ask how concerned team AJ should be by his punch resistance after he came agonisingly close to being KO'd by Kristian Prenga, and was it too soon for him to be back in the ring after everything he has been through this year?Elsewhere we unpack the best of undercard from Jeddah and discuss Errol Spence decision to retire. And we hear from Dana White who's softening his stance on Zuffa fighters competing for other organisations belts, and we look ahead to this weekend's card in Dublin too. Today I'm reviewing Of Flame and Fury—a unique fantasy that swaps dragons for phoenixes, delivering an action-packed story filled with rivalry, political intrigue, and breathtaking aerial races.Set in a world where phoenixes are both revered and exploited, the novel blends fast-paced adventure with emotional stakes, exploring loyalty, corruption, and the bond between humans and these legendary creatures. The phoenix racing adds an exciting twist to the fantasy genre, while the mystery surrounding the kingdom keeps the tension high from beginning to end.Although I wanted a little more time developing the central relationship before the romance took center stage, the engaging worldbuilding, compelling plot twists, and satisfying conclusion made this a memorable read.

Dan and Chris are back breaking down a busy weekend of fights from Anthony Joshua's thrilling second-round knockout and Tyson Fury's glorified sparring session to Tim Tszyu's decision win over Errol Spence Jr. We open the show breaking down Anthony Joshua's wild knockout win over Kristian Prenga which saw him hit the canvas twice in the opening round before stopping Prenga in the second frame. How much does Joshua have left and can he beat Tyson Fury in their grudge match? As for Fury, he won his tuneup “fight” vs. Mariusz Wach in front of a small crowd in Thailand to set up what we think will be the megafight vs. Joshua. Errol Spence returned to the ring for the first time in three years and dropped a decision to Tim Tszyu. Spence retired after the fight. For Tszyu it was not an outstanding performance but a win in a win and he called out WBA middleweight champion Erislandy Lara afterwards. Enjoy the show!

Does the Joshua-Fury fight still whet the appetite after watching both men in action this weekend? Barry Jones joins Buncey after they watched Anthony Joshua climb off the canvas twice before stopping Kristian Prenga in the second round. Twitter Facebook Your host for Audibly Speaking, Rick Reiman, speaks with Gabra Zackman about her career in the ever-more-popular field of audio books and narration. Gabra had narrated over 500 books, including such titles as The Sound and the Fury, Nobody’s Girl, Catch the Devil, G-Man, and I’ll be Gone in the Dark, among many others. An accomplished actor, I ask her about how she got started in the craft, what she thinks about the parceling out of assignments to male and female readers, how she works best and what one ordinary listener (me) would like to know about the business. If you like audio books or just wonder what this field is, you may listen to them in a new way after listening to this conversation. I hope that you enjoy it. Twitter Facebook
Tyson Fury has done his bit, now it's over to Anthony Joshua. Carl Frampton joins Buncey after Fury's win in Thailand, while AJ weighs in ahead of his fight with Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia. This week opens on sad news: Dick Knoebel, the iconic owner of Knoebels's Amusement Resort, has passed away. He was one of the true greats of the family-owned park world. Mike and EB share a piece of an interview they did with him back in 2006, on the midway in front of the Phoenix, and talk about why Knoebels still feels different from every other park in the country — and why that's exactly what he wanted. From there, the news picks up: Fury 325 at Carowinds is back up and running after the park caught a foundation issue on one of its support columns during a routine inspection. Holiday World is extending Friday Night Live hours and adding two brand-new fall operating dates in November. And Mike and EB spend a solid chunk of the show gawking at a Heritage Auctions listing selling off actual Disney park memorabilia — a customized Big Thunder Mountain bench going for over $10,000, a Tomorrowland trash can pushing $2,000, and a Twilight Zone Tower of Terror chandelier that might, weirdly, be the one item on the list actually worth the price. Then there's the story the guys can't stop speculating about: Silver Dollar City has pulled its mine-train coaster Thunderation to make way for what it's calling the largest investment in the park's history, wrapped in an elaborate in-universe press release about a fictional 1880s mining company "returning to work" beneath Marvel Cave. Given the ride's footprint sits right next to the park's real cave tour entrance, Mike and EB dig into what an actual underground attraction at Silver Dollar City could look like — and why the August 14th reveal might be the most interesting theme park announcement of the year. The back half is a trip report showcase: a live in-park report on the brand new Tormenta Rampaging Run at Six Flags Over Texas, a visit to a certain small, deranged-millionaire-built park in Georgia, Flying Fox at Kentucky Kingdom, a listener's 150th ride on Wrath at California's Great America, and a family day at Lake Winnepesaukah that ends with a first roller coaster credit for a very lucky three-year-old. Also, there's some 80's pop nostalgia that you won't want to miss.
Taste the rainbow? More like taste the disappointment, because the Binge Buddies are choking on a massive handful of Skittles. > Welcome back to "Hall of Just Us." This week, Bryan, Matt, Joel, and Ryan are watching the magic completely fizzle out as they endure the absolute misfire that is 2023's Shazam! Fury of the Gods. How does a sequel manage to make every conceivable wrong creative decision and reduce itself to a horrible, hollow shell of the charming original? The guys are breaking down exactly where the franchise lost its spark. We're tearing into the bafflingly generic villains, the complete absence of the first film's grounded foster-family heart, and the infuriating reality that the climactic third-act battle basically doubles as a desperate, feature-length advertisement for Skittles. Throw out your candy and hit play—we're taking the wizard's staff back!

On Wednesday's episode of The Daily T, Camilla Tominey and Tim Stanley discuss the hot mic blunder in which Shabana Mahmood, the Home Secretary, and Wes Streeting, the Defence Secretary, were caught on camera joking about early prison releases. The timing of the incident could not have been worse for Andy Burnham, the new Prime Minister, on day three of his premiership. Anger over the Cabinet members' poorly placed joke also came within hours of The Telegraph's report that two of Pc Andrew Harper's killers were amongst the criminals set to be freed under Labour's plans to tackle prison overcrowding. As the new PM vows to review the early prisoner release policy, Camilla and Tim examine the fundamental flaws in Labour's approach to justice. They also discuss how Mr Burnham's regime can better handle communications crises with Guto Harri, Downing Street's former head of communications under Boris Johnson. We want to hear from you! Original air date: February 2, 2026 With the Daily Blast on break this week, join us as we revisit some of our top episodes of 2026! After The New York Times reported that President Trump has backtracked on a major demand he'd made on Harvard University, he spiraled out of control in three wild tirades. He angrily insisted on a correction from the Times, and levied unhinged new threats against Harvard, demanding a new billion-dollar extortion payment while calling for the university's criminal prosecution. Harvard officials clearly leaked word of Trump's backtracking to humiliate him at a moment of political weakness. It worked: Trump appeared panicked and weak as he fired off half-cocked threats. Which raises a question: Why don't more institutions grasp that standing firm against Trump is the only way? We talked to Ryan Enos, a Harvard political scientist who has long argued for a strong stand. He explains the internal politics at Harvard leading to its current posture, why this fight's outcome has broader significance amid our slide into authoritarianism, and what the prospects are for Harvard holding firm.
