She’s super friendly and approachable but equally as disciplined, motivated and inspiring. It’s been amazing to see the culture and community that she’s been able to create at her gym, and to hear her story and everything that came before it.  Some questions I ask are — "What would you say to someone who maybe wants to open a gym one day or start a business around their passion but they just don’t know where to start?" "What’s a mindset you have or a mantra that you always come back to when you’re dealing with adversity or something challenging?" "How can we maintain our mental health while pursuing our fitness goals?"
