His deep background in endurance sports provides Rich with a unique perspective that enables him to see value in what it means to be an athlete, no matter your experience, focus, or discipline. Maybe "motivation" isn't what we should be looking for?- Intentional training leads to confidence - A solid athletic identity and commitment to intentional training can build confidence that will serve you in other areas of your life. - The role of tools/data - Our watches, GPS devices, and the data they produce are valuable, but not if they detract from our experience or intentionality. - Training to stress - Can we become aware enough that we're able to see training as stress and not time? I take ketone salts that only have potassium added. I was wondering if I could get the added benefits of BCAAs and MCTs if I add them in my own concoction. Tu sais à quelle position tu as terminé? ça m'a rendu heureuse. Même chose au Championnat l'an dernier. Jesse : Tu as le 17 mai à Atlanta, Battlefrog. Ryan : Ouais. Jesse : Seras tu à Toronto? Ryan : Je serai certainement à Toronto. Bernard : Oui, on t'y a vu l'an passé. Lindsay : Merci! James is an englishman who has won Tough Guy UK 3 times and has come over to the US to test himself against the best of the best. I ended up learning a a bunch about Tough Guy and about James.
