God's life in our spirit must flow through our heart (Jn7:38). So our heart condition determines the flow of His life in us (Prov 4:23). 3 Blockages must be removed: (1) unbelief, (2) unforgiveness, and (3) CARNALITY (Heb 12:15-17) - being flesh-ruled, valuing & minding earthly things above spiritual things.
The heart should constantly RECEIVE and RELEASE (pump) the spirit-life of God from our spirit to every part of our life (John 7:38). We must keep our heart free from blockages to this flow of life (Prov 4:23). In this message, Derek explains how to remove the 2nd BLOCKAGE - UNFORGIVENESS.
The HEART is the deepest part of the soul, at the junction of soul and spirit (Hebr 4:12). It RECEIVES the life of the spirit and RELEASES it into our soul and body (Prov 4:23).
