Dr. Jay Zigmont, CFP® & Bri Conn
The Childfree Wealth® podcast has quickly become one of my favorite listens each week. Hosted by Bri and Dr. Jay, this podcast tackles a subject matter that is often overlooked in mainstream conversations - the child-free lifestyle and the abundance it can bring. The dialogue between Bri and Dr. Jay is engaging and thought-provoking, making for an enjoyable listening experience. It's refreshing to find a platform that gives voices to those who have chosen to live their lives without children.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the subject matter it covers. As a child-free person myself, I appreciate how it delves into new approaches to financial and retirement planning that are tailored to our unique situation. It offers practical advice on how to plan for a future where "passing on a legacy" is not the priority, which can be incredibly helpful for those navigating this path. The insights shared on this podcast have taught me so much about alternative approaches to building wealth and creating a fulfilling life without children.
Another aspect I enjoy about The Childfree Wealth® podcast is its diverse range of topics. While finance and retirement planning take center stage, Bri and Dr. Jay also delve into other relevant discussions related to the child-free lifestyle. It would be great to hear more episodes dedicated specifically to building community as a child-free person and exploring different ways to approach retirement eventually.
While I thoroughly enjoy this podcast, there aren't many negative aspects worth mentioning. However, one potential improvement could be an increase in episode frequency or longer episodes. Sometimes it feels like certain topics are touched upon briefly when they could benefit from further exploration or discussion.
In conclusion, The Childfree Wealth® podcast provides invaluable knowledge for those living a child-free life or considering embracing it in the future. With its informative content on financial planning and retirement strategies suited for a childless lifestyle, it fills a void in the podcast landscape. The engaging conversations between Bri and Dr. Jay make for a captivating listening experience, and I highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking to plan for their future without the traditional notion of "passing on a legacy." I'm excited to see this podcast's audience grow and continue to provide valuable insights for the child-free community.
