Assisssins Creed Mirage ist genau das, was Fans der Serie erwarten – nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger. Es bietet wieder eine wunderschön gestaltete historische Spielwelt, die äußerst lebendig wirkt. Man kann der Geschichte gut folgen, doch sie leidet insgesamt unter den Richtungswechseln der Gesamtserie. Das Gameplay bietet sehr viel Schleich-Action, Rätseln, gut erzählten Nebenaufgaben und an jeder Ecke kann Basim sein Talent als Taschendieb unter Beweis stellen.

Da sich nun im Herbst wieder traditionell gegänsehäutelt werden darf, haben die Beiden euch auch eine Liste von Horror- bzw. Gruselgames zusammengestellt, die das Frösteln leichter machen. We have a lot of game reviews this episode! We open with Assassin's Creed Mirage. It's a toned down version of the recent RPG focused Assassin's Creed games. This is a prequel to Valhalla following the story of Basim. Does the game bring back the nostalgia we wanted or does nostalgia leave a sour taste in our mouth?We also played the multiplayer co-op game Payday 3. This is a light review, focusing on a few of the levels in the game. It's a ton of fun to play but does have some issues that are worth noting. Will this game keep us engaged long-term?Brett and Austin play Counter-Strike 2. This is the surprise follow up to Counter-Strike Global Offensive. It features a lot of new quality of life updates with refreshes of all the maps from GO, but people are upset they totally removed GO from the store. Was this the right move for them?Finally, we discuss the Meta Quest 3 and if it will be enough to bring us back into the VR fold. AC Mirage było obietnicą powrotu do przeszłości. I w teorii wszystko jest na miejscu - średniowieczny Bagdad ma klimat, w rozgrywce króluje skradanie, a Basim próbuje być jak Ezio. Steven Jack Butala: Yeah. Moving across state lines and getting all new stuff again. Getting all new insurance and all new... I don't need to do that ever again. Jill K DeWit: Yeah. And how much did you do and how much did I do? Well, we won't go there on that part, on the insurance part. Steven Jack Butala: I did a lot of the man stuff. Jill K DeWit: You did the man stuff.
